Shadowfax — Product not delivered and not return

Address: 25/8 , Cassia road, Shipra Suncity, Indirapuram

My name is Bhagayshri and i send 1 parcel from Ghaziabad (UP ) to Pune (MH) before 1 and half month from shadowfax but that parcel was not deliver also not return . It is costly . I want my parcel return otherwise i definately file a complaint against shadowfax and all .
