[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Product not received, poor customer service

I had ordered the bangles from Zavya and they couriered the same through shadowfax, which was supposed to be delivered on Aug 27. However it has not yet been delivered and there is not update from them, nor can I contact their customer care, call gets disconnected. Tried escalating on X, raised query from their website. Called zavya app from where I had ordered, they are also not being helpful. It's not the first time facing issue with shadowfax delivery. Hence, this time thought of complaining. Strict action should be taken and a compensation should be provided
