[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Refund not initiated for a returned product

Product was returned on 11th March 2022. Even after multiple complaints and emails sent there is no response from shadowfax. The seller is also not responding to calls or msgs. No proper customer care is available to reach out and complain to. Need shadowfax team to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. It has been almost more than 2weeks.
