[Resolved] Shadowfax — Regarding asking of otp by delivery agent

I was returning a product from Ajio but the delivery agent from their delivery partner Shadowfax asked me the OTP without completing the resheduling saying he will not come as he is quite far away and started making excuses like it was a mistake from their part that the request should have been tomorrow .
