Address: Santacruz

The address on my order was wrongly printed by the said courier company as kurla instead of mahim. The delivery executive sent a code on my registered number and called me immediately and told me to share it with him by which he can change the delivery address to mahim. Following which the delivery executive cancelled the order without seeking my approval. On speaking to the manager named Vishal at their office in santacruz i was informed that he will deliver it to me by the end of the day (27/05/2022) which never happened. Again calling at their office i was told that they called some different number and they cannot deliver me the package.
The date of delivery as shown on the AJIO app was 21/05/2022 and has been delayed to a very large extent.
Kindly address the above grievance at the earliest.

      I ordered and cancelled a dress in Meesho which was delivered and picked up by Shadowfax delivery guy. BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY PICK UP SLIP. Except the code that is given before pick up. Which the Meesho people wouldn't accept. I JUST NEED MY PICK UP SLIP FOR THE ORDER I AM ATTACHING THE FILES FOR.

      Thanks for reaching me regarding this. I got a call from a representative who said that since the issue has been brought to you guys after 6 months, he'll not be able to take action. But after I told him that I didn't knew how to reach you guys I emailed you on Feb 1 itself which is not more than 2 months from this happened, he said that he'll escalate this but can't assure me anything. Just so you guys know that I have emailed you after Meesho told me to, I will attach those email evidence that I have reached you beforehand and not received any response . I emailed you guys on Feb 1 and there was a reply that the ticket was created. And then received a ticket closed email on March 23 and nothing in between with no resolutions.

        I bought a saree from meesho app and the quality is not good so i want to return the saree. I have initiated for return on meesho app they have scheduled the return with shadowfax. The delivery man didn't call and updated as reschedule by customer I have called him he said he will come tomorrow for sure. Then next day he didn't call and updated as pickup failed. This is the second time same problem with shadowfax. I have faced the same problem in December 2021

          I was supposed to get a clothing item delivered at my home . Although I got it on time, the courier boy refused to deliver it to my home and instead asked me to go down my apartment. Though I talked with him calmly he behaved very rudely and unbefitting of the service he was supposed to offer. This is a very serious flaw in the service and I hope such instances of rude behaviour are punished or atleast the person is reprimanded.

            I ordered 3 mobile cover by Zapvi on April 23, 2022 (copy of which is attached with..). The order has not shipped yet... ‼️ And also I receive the notification as "SELLER INITIATED DELAY" since 2 days...

                I ordered shoes from flipkart and delivery was assigned to shadowfax. Tracker on the delivery date showed item delivered but actually I never got any delivery and not even a call from delivery person. My money has been deducted and no one is helping me regarding my concern.

                    I have ordered a product from meesho.
                    Shadowfax was delivery I want a contact less delivery but for contact less delivery they ask me to pat first for contact less delivery then I paid through Paytm and then delivery boy arrived and he said I didn't receive the money so he take the product and never return and he said I will return tomorrow but no response from delivery boy. Now I tried to contact shadowfax but they are not responding to me and not returning my money or product anyone customer cares are not responding anything the take my money.

                      I have placed an order through hopscotch on 6th april. Tracking id SF[protected]HO
                      It was supposed to be delivered here in parbhani on 18th April. But i haven't received it yet though your tracking status shows that it has been arrived here on 13th April. This is very unacceptable and poor service please solve this issue and delivere my package

                      This is my 3rd bad experience with Shadowfax courier. first time I ordered a product thro Meesho, it was returned even without calling me. 2nd time again I ordered another product on Meesho, the executive called me, but refused to deliver the item and return it. Now I ordered from Paper Boat. The product reached by destination yesterday (22/04/2022), but no body called me. I raised concern on the tracking form, but no response. during my 2nd experience, I mailed to Shadowfax, but they kept replying that they will resolve, but no action taken at all. Nor has I received any call from them. I had a very poor service from them. They only take courier and return back to sender. They never supplied items.

                        I have 1 ordered from Meesho Order id:[protected]Sub Order ID[protected]_1) and it came from your carrier, but wrong product received, I check and same day refund request submit in meesho. Your courier boy calling me for pickup returned product, meesho told me product not pickup by courier. but I gave that product for return Calling 2 time[protected]/04/2022 6.10pm picku time or 4.46pm But there was talk and your boy asked me for otp, then he took it, that I am sending it in the recording you check it, and my refund please get him. (One more think day before Calling 2 time[protected]/04/2022 1.46pm And mobile no .[protected], I have those calling recording if you required let me know...)
                        I have talked to those people together and am sending their recordings.
                        If you do not take any action, then I will camp against your company in consumer court.
                        So I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible .

                              Im a seller on meesho platform as registered name TINY TREATS GALLERY MOB - [protected] and my parcel is going
                              smoothly through exprees bees, e com and delhivery which they took my parcel on time and running dispatch on time but since shadow fax also attached with me they even did not called me to or told to give parcel they neither called me not pick parcel since 19th April. My order already on breached side due to not picking on time still i somehow get the number and called to pick my all parcel as they are already breached so long so they came and pick small parcel and did not pick long parcel as they said they can't and will not pick long parcel. How can this be possible as if meesho giving shadow fax the pick up and deliver it to coustomer with their permission yet they not picking my parcel due to size issue.
                              My many parcel already breached due to their careless behaviour and now they giving new reason to not pick my parcel due to size additon to that they said to deliver it to delhi road then they can deliver or else cancel the order.
                              Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible and get them to pick up my all long parcel as my experience running with shadow fax is very bad till now and will not recommended anyone to use shadow fax service anymore in future if they did not pick my all parcel and not solve my issue quickly.

                                Product not delivered to my address through Shadowfax

                                I had placed an order from Meesho app on 5/April/2022. I got message from shadowfax that product Order Number: SF[protected]FPL has been delivered on 16/April/2022. I have not received the parcel nor the courier boy called me for 4 digit delivery code. But the status shows delivered in both Meesho app and shadowfax tracker.                                 Hi,

                                I ordered 4 products from meesho on 24th March and requested for return on the same day . Then next day shadofux boy called and picked up all 4 products without giving any pickup slips . But when I checked meesho app only 1 product updated as returned then I waited for 3-4 days and raised a complaint in meesho .They are asking for slips now. Kindly get me courier boy contact no .

                                  I have placed an order of charger from cred app, SF[protected] but no one came for delivery and not one contact me, even he is not picking my phone, it's very disgusting that either u try to deliver on holidays or not interested in delivery .I m going to file consumer complaint that u r not able to deliver in Delhi from the same city where u pick the order from seller.Worst courier service, soon u will get legal notice

                                    I need a call back from Shadowfax courier. I didn't get my order delivered. But I got a message from Shadowfax courier that the item was delivered. The delivered order id is SF[protected]FPL... Kindly take action on this immediately and I need a call back.
