Shadowfax — Regarding late delivery of courier

This above shipment is still not deliver... Please let me know when i receive my courier... very poor service by Shadowfax courier every time i am facing this issue... Next time I will not send any dispatch from Shadowfax.
Our Customer is chasing for courier to me... and your courier person is not update any details .. that customer requested for future delivery or office closed.
Kindly improve your service for delivery...
This behavior is not good for a company like you. I hope you will respect the privacy and time frame of your customers and will never give them a chance to complain again as you have to maintain your name in the market otherwise there are many competitors.
