Refund of Order No. SF77416165FPL (Online payment of COD amount)

My order with order number SF77416165FPL was cancelled by, but I have made online payment of Order Amount Rs 950/-,

but on 16th December, you cancelled the shipment. Now I want return of my paid amount Rs 950/-

This shipment is Cash on Delivery facility, but on 11 th December a SMS alert came to my wife's mobile number with content of delivery of shipment. But I am out of home, and my wife doesn't have cash...

Am reseller from meesho. I have order the the product and the product was shipped and it was out for delivey today but the customer number is not working. The customer is asking for the change if phone number. The order id is #51342491. So please kindly see my request. Other wise send me thejitu das. The delivery boy contact number so that i will contact the delivery boy and will ask him to deliver to the customer...

delivery delayed

I ordered (prepaid) a phone cover from bewakoof on 17th October and the delivery was to be done on 30th October by shadowfax delivery service. I tracked my order, they keep rescehduling my date. They have rescheduled more than 3 times now. And when I call them they are very rude, and they say they can't deliver as they are not in that area .I feel this delivery service is fake. Its a prepaid money. Otherwise it would have mattered...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m lodging a formal complaint against an online store (Savana) and its delivery partner (Shadowfax) for a clear violation of consumer rights.

Order id: S011250702123551007001
Tracking ID: SF[protected]S
Out for delivery since: 17th July, still not delivered
Issue: No delivery attempt, no real-time customer support, automated responses only.

This is causing me significant mental stress and inconvenience. I demand urgent intervention as the company is failing to deliver the product despite full payment and no communication from human support.
The deliver agent's phone number is switched off and there's no response at all.

Please assist me in getting either:

Immediate delivery with proof

OR a full refund

    I placed a COD order through Meesho (Order ID:[protected], which was delivered by Shadowfax.
    Their tracking page showed a "Pay Now" button, and I made UPI payment via PhonePe of ₹282.
    Soon after, the order was cancelled and returned to the seller.

    Despite several emails and social media messages to Shadowfax, there is no response or refund.

    Kindly take action and ensure my refund is processed.

      Dear Shadowfax Customer Support,

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly unprofessional experience with one of your return delivery agents. I had scheduled a return for a wrong item I received, but the delivery agent assigned to my pickup behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.

      Instead of facilitating the return smoothly, he spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Due to his unacceptable behavior, my return request was rejected, which is completely unfair. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for receiving an incorrect product, nor should I be penalized due to the misconduct of your delivery staff.

      I request immediate action on this matter, including an investigation into the agent’s behavior and a reinitiation of my return request with a different delivery agent. I expect a prompt resolution and assurance that such incidents will not happen again.

      Please treat this as a priority and provide an update at the earliest.

        I am writing this to complaint against the abusive behaviour and deliberately cancelling of the pickup order by a delivery agent of yours due to some grudge that I was unavailable for pickup at the schedule time at the first day which was also because of sudden preponement in pickup on meesho due to technical glitch on their end. My two orders for pickup one from meesho and one from savana was deliberately cancelled by the same agent, namely Manoj Bansal (as seems on truecaller:[protected] ). I am trying to contact him but he is ignoring my calls and on contacting on WhatsApp also he clearly refused to receive the pickup. The order from messho was lying for pickup since 5 days. It is very disheartening and abusive experience, also your customer support number is unreachable and in working condition. I am also attaching the screenshot of order details and delivery partner contact. Also, if no effective remedy and stringent action can be taken against such abusive behaviour, I would be bound to seek remedy from the national consumer authority directly. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

          I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from both Shadowfax and NimbusPost regarding my lost shipment.

          My parcel, which was supposed to be delivered via Shadowfax through NimbusPost, has been declared LOST with no clear explanation. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither company has provided a proper reason for the loss. I have repeatedly asked:

          Why was the shipment lost?
          Where exactly was it lost?
          How did this happen?
          Instead of addressing the issue, NimbusPost simply stated that since the shipment value exceeded ₹4, 999 and was not insured, they are not liable to provide compensation. This is completely unfair, as the loss happened due to their logistics partner’s negligence, and sellers should not have to suffer for their mistakes.

          If NimbusPost and Shadowfax cannot ensure safe deliveries or take responsibility for lost shipments, how can we trust them?

          I demand:

          A clear explanation of why and where my shipment was lost.
          Immediate compensation for the financial loss.
          Assurance that such negligence will not happen again.
          If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further through legal and consumer protection channels.

          I urge other sellers and customers to be cautious while using these services, as they seem unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for lost shipments.

            I had ordered a product from Nykaa and it was suppposed to be delivered yesterday. I was waiting for the parcel as I got the message ( refer the attachment). But the delivery agent did not deliver it. And on the app/tracking page they have updated that the agent tried contacting me and that I was unavailable.

            Further when I called back the delivery agent, he said that there are many dogs in my building therefore the agent did not deliver the parcel.
            I have spent enough time & energy trying to explain my problem to Nykaa and ShadowFax but to no use. Please help me in this regard at the earliest.

            People of my locality are frequently facing such issues.

                    I ordered a product on Flipkart and the promised delivery date was Sunday the 22nd of December. I received a WhatsApp message from Shadowfax stating it is out for delivery however today is 24th December and I'm still waiting. Surprisingly, the Shadowfax Jasola facility is near to my address.

                    I rang the number in the message and the person said he is on leave and the company is using his ID to assign deliveries. With these non-ethical behaviors how the companies partnering with them is a serious question.

                      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delivery of my order, with AWB number SF[protected]RAE. The delivery has failed repeatedly since Saturday, December 7, 2024, without any prior call or message informing me of the delivery status.

                      Although I received a message with the delivery person's contact number, I have attempted to reach out to them multiple times, but unfortunately, my calls are consistently ignored. This lack of communication is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially when no alternative arrangements or updates have been provided.

                      I request immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure the prompt delivery of my order. Kindly provide a clear explanation for the repeated failed deliveries and ensure the delivery person is reachable so we can arrange a suitable time for the package to be delivered.

                          The product I have ordered from amazon which was to be delivered to be by Shadowfax at 1st november 2024 was not delivered reason stated as failed delivery attempted but in reality I have been waiting whole day since I got the message as will be delivered by 9pm today. But it wasnt delivered to me again at night 12am message has been sent to me stating will be delivered by tomorrow. Which was same as first day even I have called the delivery agent as it was given in the message contact delivery agent for accurate delivery but the agent did not picked my calls nor return the calls. Neither replying to the texts I have sent. Even I have raised an issue to Shadowfax regarding this issue the computer generated message showed we will look into the matter and contact you within 24hours but no message replied.

                            I would like to express my concern regarding the delivery of my recent order, which has been marked as "near the address" since October 22nd. It is frustrating to see that the delivery date continues to be extended without any updates on when I can expect the items to arrive.

                            Additionally, I would like to highlight a previous order that faced similar issues. The items were kept in the hub for three weeks before being returned to the seller, which was very disappointing.

                            This pattern of delay and lack of communication is concerning and does not reflect the level of service I expect.
                            We are expecting a resolution and justice in this matter as soon as possible.
                            I kindly request immediate action to ensure the current order is delivered promptly, and I would appreciate any information on why these delays are occurring.

                              Shadowdax Delivery guy updating fake details without attempt any call or physical address.
                              Many time I raise complaints from the portal but no response.on Google there is no info about Delivery channel details neither I get any messages about my parcel.
