On 18th Dec, I got a fake order delivered and it was COD of Rs 699.It was received by the family.Later when checked it was some black long cloth which was not all ordered.I need full refund for this order and this product to be picked up by the delivery person and return it to the headoffice.

I order some products on AJIO and SHADOWFAX courier was supposed to deliver my orders today (18th December). But I didn't receive them. Now when I tried to track my order with provided tracking number, it says "No information present for consignment SF[protected]AJI right now".
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.

The delivery boy named rishi kumar behaved very rude and in an unprofessional manner.
While I was providing him with direction and proper address he misbehaved with me on call and threatened to throw the parcel on road. I was in office and not present on the address so I requested him to deliver it on the address where someone would have accepted it on my behalf but he never listened to me.

My apparel order from meesho was sent through shadowfax (tracking SF[protected]FPL). When the delivery person came to deliver the product, i wasn't available at the location. He called me and said that he is giving the order to my father and asked for verification otp. I gave him the otp. But instead of delivering the product to my father, he said to him that i wasn't receving his call to verify the otp and so he took the product...

4th December 2023 we got order by name of Vinod Gosavi ..which order not given by me but seen our name we paid 684 RS...in order we got long BLACK Clothes ...which not ordered by me...Please help me to receive back my money ...and details about order person who done this fraud...on order we don't have found any details...i want to complain for this who did this fraud...

Yesterday i booked a phone from flipkart and choose the open box delivery as too many fruads are going on but shadowfax didnt do the service he rejected to open the box and was very rude and said take the parcel or dont take it doesnt matter to me i will put on return and send back
and in flipkart it clearly stated that if i accept the parcel than i will not get any replacement or damage claims
That guy was so rude didnt respected that he is shouting at the door step at 11pm at night he came with the parcel so late and than he dont even want to wait for 5 min to check also
created the drama before the whole society

1. Booked a product in Meesho on 13th November.
2. The product reached Shadofax, - Miyapur facility on 19-November.
3. Though it reaches Miyapur facility on 19-NOV, the same hasn't yet delivered to me (24-NOV).

What is the reason for delay in delivering the product?
How many more days required to deliver the package?
Is there any expected date?

Yesterday we booked a complaint on this, seems no action has been taken yet.

Please respond asap.

Shadowfax delivery guy refused to come to the door to deliver. He lied that his leg is fractured. When i went to him his leg was just fine no fracture was there. And then he started behaving very rudely. I told give the parcel i will complaint he said complain whoever you want to. And when i gave him the otp he just left without delivery parcel and did bad gestures. The experience was extremely pathetic. I want strict action to be taken against him and my product to be delivered as soon as possible by other dekivery guy. The courier guys number is +[protected]

On 4th Nov i ordered a kurti set from flipkart. Because i was going to pune on 10th nov i devided to cancel my order on 6th November. Now "my" package arrived the next day and the delivery driver said it was the kurta set. I was happy and decided to receive it and paid by UPI. After opening it i came to know that its now my order. I tried contacting flipkart but they weren't of any help as for they said that the kurta set was cancelled and they weren't the ones who delivered. I have soo many concers mainly being how did shadowfax come to know my adress? And how did it know the exact amount of the thing i ordered? I am very sad that i got scammed from a trusted company like flipkart :(

I ordered joggers online and by BAD luck seller use service of Shadowfax. The package was in my town from last 5 days. I daily receive message that "Delivery boy tried contacting but I am not reachable"..lolz. In fact, I never received any call from the delivery boy. Instead, I I tried contacting delivery boy on the provided number in message, delivery boy never received my call and started rejecting my calls...I tried over 50 times on direct call and WhatsApp but No Luck. Later, tried contacting to Shadowfax support and neither they routed me to any agent and got any call. Till now, I was assuming the issue is with the delivery boy but now going through all complaints on internet I think there is a problem in company's management itself. Thank God I learnt it now and will never accept/ will reject any delivery from Shadowfax in future. These folks also rob the products in the packages got to know from various reviews I have gone through..You guys are worst I have came across.
