Shadowfax — Regarding return of the order from ajio

I have ordered two products from ajio and it's return was mentioned to be through Shadowfax.

For returning the first product ' Walkfree Chunkey heeled sandal with buck closure' with return ID: RT32200689, on 10th march I got a message from Shadowfax that it'll get picked that day. After that I did not get any messages or call or any attempt for return from anyone. But when I tracked it's showing not picked, QC failed. And in Ajio it's showing return pickup attempted and return button is not working from then.

For the second order (Metro kitten heel with ankle strap) with return ID: RT32654207, on 17th March I got message from Shadowfax and one man came to pickup my product and I returned it. But when I track, it's still still showing not picked, QC failed. And in Ajio it's showing pickup attempted.

I'm not able to contact the their employ as they've given an unavailable number and help center in their site is not working.

I want to return my product successfully and to get refunded completely.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I ordered UCB slides in a jio the shadowfax agent will deliveried the product.I have return the product .the shadowfax agent will take it back item successfully.I doesn’t get any pickup message or any refund amount for that product

I have been trying to reschedule it, but wasn't successful even ones, please help, this is highly unprofessional.
I have been trying to reschedule my pick up with order number: r[protected]aji but it isn't happening, i just keep getting calls that we are trying to reschedule it but in reality it isn't happening this is very unprofessional of you guys, nobody is interested in helping me, i want return my order asap it has already been 16 days since i have put it in return section.
I have been trying to return the order for th past 6 days. Without even calling me, it is showing return pickup attempted 2 times in AJIO app. It's getting delayed. Please resolve this issue.
