Shadowfax — Return not being picked up

I submitted my first request of return on 29th June 2025. Everyday I waited for delivery person to take my order but no one came. At the end of day only one message came saying I was uncontactable which was absolutely false. I continued sending emails to [protected]@shadowfax.in but no one replied. Even raised many tickets. After 10 days a delivery guy called Shiv Mishra came showed attitude and denied to take order away because it was large. I have a video proof of him too. Don't force me to take any legal steps. ARRANGE THE PICKUP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
