Shadowfax — Return of my product from meesho

2 din ho ye h meesho wala products wapis nhi lene a raha h ..kabada bhar k diya h.mere itne paise in jese fraud selling wale k liye nhi h..ahar wapis nhi kiya me FIR krungi..aage ke kiye teyar rehna. dekho 3122 paiso m hm kachra diya h..chup chap wapis kr lo mera paisa wapis😠😠😠😠😠

i order a product from meesho. this product not match quality so i returned it.

the shadowfax courier boy come to me and pick that product but he not returned to meesho and he mention in there website that this product mismatch and not pick this item ...i am continuesly calling meesho and shadowfax for resolve this problem but they are not responding ...hence this type of fraud created through online order and your money will lose

The delivery boy picked up my product today know it is telling that there is quality error. How come this can happen after taking the exact order. I also posted the image and also gave the otp to him with correct order. I need my refund within 2 days and a confirmation. Otherwise I'll take a action.
