[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Return of Product to Shadowfax

I have ordered a product from meesho and I have received a defective product so raised a return request and for return pickup they allocate shadowfax as a delivery partner, A delivery guy has come for pickup but the status was qc failed for my item, Later i contacted the pickup partner he has not submited the product in the company and kept the item with him self. without seeing the item how shadowfax report as qc failed I want to return my item and no way to contact customer support in shadowfax.
