I have to return the two products one is chappals and another one is dress which is the exchange one but also another time got defective products. So this time i didn't have chance of exchange so i placed return in meesho app they have scheduled to shadowfax. But they are not calling for pickup and for the dress the mentioned the status like pickup is qc failed. They don't even called me or came to my home and mentioned like that. For the chappals they don't called and mentioned customer not connected.
This is happening all the time with shadowfax when i have returns or exchange. R[protected]FPL this one is for chappals R[protected]FPL this one is for dress (new one i have reinitiated).

Today also they did the same. Order rescheduled today they didn't call me. I have called them twice they said will come at 5m. They didn't came till 6 pm after that i called him he said half an hour I will come but he didn't show up. And the same happened again reschedule to tomorrow. Please do something

    The order i placed on 19th April was returned on May 10th. Yet the order hasn't reached the seller. No way to contact them and they never contact you as well even if they promise in 24hrs they would contact me. It's been a month since this long exhausted tracking has been going on. With no respect or value for the customer.

        I ordered a product from meeshi website which was to be delivered by shadow fox delivery guy but this delivery guy hasn't delivered me my package, he robbed my package and as I had done online payment he directly without calling me and without my consent generated OTP and updated it system that package is delivered. Because is such unbelievable unprofessional behaviour of the delivery guy I got robbed of my package by delivery guy of shadowfox.

          I got a courier on Saturday(14/05/2022). I was in the office. I cannot receive the product directly. I informed my neighbor to receive the product. But the courier boy didn't accept the gpay and rescheduled the order. Yesterday (15/05/2022) I requested to return the same product. Today (16/05/2022) the same guy came to receive the product. I was not available in my home, I'm explaining and asked about the receiving time, without asking anything to me. He rescheduled the date.. is this a way of treating the customer. ([protected]) - I got a call from this number. Kindly enquire them.

            please listen to this conversation this conversation of shadowfax courier company..kindly take strict action ...please listen to this conversation this is what your shadow fax courier boy and employees are doing with customers ...misbehaving ...inappropriate behaviour when we are contacting them.
            if they have marked unpicked...they are not returning the product ...

            now i dont have refund as well as product ...
            look onto this matter...they are not even checking in their system ...i have gone to their office they said we have sent product back to seller ...when meesho contacted them they are saying they did not get back the product . Either your shadow fax office in jaipur are robbers or theifs stealing products of customer ...kindly look into this matter.

                Regarding asking of otp by delivery agent

                I was returning a product from Ajio but the delivery agent from their delivery partner Shadowfax asked me the OTP without completing the resheduling saying he will not come as he is quite far away and started making excuses like it was a mistake from their part that the request should have been tomorrow . It has angered me as he is taking the CUSTOMER as an ### ....

                I ordered a product i.e. 2 lower & 2 tshirt but i received a another product i.e. winter track suit….and i call a seller but seller number is not available…i paid a cash payment of Rs.1440 on dated 14/05/2022…so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible otherwise I’ll file a case in consumer court as well as file a FIR in section420 ipc against you i.e. shadowfax and seller also…shadowfax is also responsible for this type of fake sellers…

                      Shadowfax delivery boy did not delivered my package to me my order no is order:(trial) :#4991145 .                         Shadowfax delivery guy called me he said he wanted to take the return order from meesho, he took the order but didnt gave me the return slip . and now the site shows that your order has not been picked up and they ultimately cancelled my return although i have handed over the product .and now i wont be able to get my refund amount

                          Sir 2week se account details mene shadowfax app me help update ki hai but in ki team details verified nahi kar rahi rooj yahi bolte hai 24 to 48 wait kijiye me 2week se yahi chal raha hai kal in ki team ne call bi kiya tha and bole ki aaj bank account verified ho jaayega but aaj bi nahi kiya and jab mene msg kar ke pocha ki sir abi tak nahi kiya aap ne account verification tu bole 24 to 48 hours wait karo ab rooj yahi hota hai sir koy help nahi karta bas yahi ek msg company rooj daal deti hai .

                                    I tried reaching out to the number provided by Shadowfax but i tried calling more then 30+ time, each time it says the number is busy and once the bell rings the call gets auto disconnected, the Delivery person is not trying to reach out. One of the worst delivery service companies is Shadowfax. Complete disappointed, i would request flipkart to not send anything from this company.

                                      Meesho return On 8th may My product pickup by your delivery boy return I'd R[protected]FPL.He taken away my pickup product and updated qc failed .that time i don't know he updated QC failed.After updated QC failed he has to return my product but till now he not returned my pickup product.Delivery boy stolen my product.I want my product or update successfully pickedup product.
