I ordered a shoe from ajio in January 2022 and they choose a delivery partner the ### shadofax it's been like 15 days all I receive is fake delivery attempts from that company and cancel my order without my knowledge I dint even received single call from them . When try to CUSTOMER service they don't have one .that's not THE BEST part of it when I try to call the delivery agent ( the number they gave in message) the phone official phone number doesn't have incoming facilities because they dint even pay the bill . What kind of company runs things like this ( may a scam one )
Next time don't waste your time on these guys just cancel the order of ajio choose these goons as delivery partner it will save your time and energy
