Shadowfax — Subject: shadowfax courier worst delivery service in anantnag (Partnered with flipkart)

I want to raise a serious complaint against Shadowfax Courier Services in Anantnag, who are Flipkart’s delivery partner in this region.

I have faced multiple issues with them:
They never deliver the product on time.
One of my orders was returned without any delivery attempt, despite me calling them several times.

They never answer phone calls or respond to messages.

Another parcel reached their Anantnag hub 4 days ago, and they didn’t even bother to dispatch it. I had to personally go and collect it myself from their office.

This has caused me a lot of stress, inconvenience, and wasted time. This is not a one-time incident — it’s a repeated issue.

Despite raising complaints to Flipkart, nothing has changed. If Flipkart continues to assign Shadowfax for deliveries in Anantnag, I will stop using Flipkart completely and will advise my friends, family, and colleagues to do the same.

I request the concerned authorities to:
Take strict action against Shadowfax Anantnag hub.
Force Flipkart to assign a more reliable courier service for this area.
Ensure no harassment to customers due to courier negligence.
Please take this issue seriously. We deserve better service.
