The package contained a shirt and trousers that are defective and entirely unrelated to any order placed by us.
Furthermore, the package lacked any sender information, making it impossible to trace or contact the sender. This omission is both unprofessional and unacceptable.
Given that the payment was credited to your account and the package was defective and unrelated to our order, I request a full refund of the 949 rupees. The failure to provide essential sender details and the receipt of an unrelated, defective product are clear indications of service failure on your part.
Additionally, due to the gravity of this matter and the inadequate service received, I am compelled to pursue legal action.
