I usually refrain from posting service-related concerns publicly, but after six days o[censored]nexplained delay and zero communication, I feel compelled to share my experience with Shadowfax.

I placed an order, and despite the promised delivery timeline, it has yet to reach me. What’s more disappointing is the lack of any update or communication regarding the delay. Customers understand that logistics can face challenges, but transparency and timely updates are crucial to maintaining trust.

I urge Shadowfax and its leadership team to address such service lapses and improve their customer experience. But No Reply
