I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Shadowfax regarding a parcel I sent approximately two months ago from Ghaziabad (U. P.) to Pune (M. H.). The parcel has not been delivered, nor has it been returned to me, despite multiple attempts to contact customer support and filing complaints on platforms such as ConsumerComplaints.in and Control.in.
The parcel contains a valuable engagement saree, and its loss has caused me significant emotional distress and financial hardship. I have not received any update, resolution, or refund from Shadowfax, and I am now demanding one of the following:
Immediate location and delivery of the parcel.
If delivery is not possible, a full refund of the parcel’s value.
Please treat this matter with urgency. I expect a prompt response and resolution. If not addressed, I will escalate this issue to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and pursue legal action.
