[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Wrong delivery status

My package with Order #[protected] was supposed to be deliver today. While I was out they delivered and updated the status that the item has been delivered. But when I came back there was no package. I already paid online and I don't even have the package . Also customer care services is very bad. They should reply within minutes but it's been hours they have not call back.
I want my money back
