Harassing calls & CIBIL score affected

I & my relatives used to get a lot of harrassing calls from various staff of Shaha finlease regarding pending payment for a standard chartered credit card of 20 years back.

They even report your outstanding to cibil & show the outstanding amount with interest as more than Rs. 2 crores resulting in lowering your cibil score.

Any Such cases of more than 3 years are not even legally valid.

    Hi, I take the loan from CASHe application for last year. I payed the overdue amount and all. They are providing the clearance proof to my mail. But my cibil showing the write off. Please clear the problem. Once again your side check and sloved the problem. I attach the clearance proof also. Please help me. Thank you

        My wife, me and other relatives are receiving a phone call from this company since last couple of days. The lady who is calling me her name is Laxmi. This lady initially told me she is an advocate and asked me the pay some dues of wife's personal loan which is given in 2006. Inspite of me telling him that we have cleared all my dues long back and we did not have any outstanding he was not ready to listen and started to blackmail me to pay this money else he will remove some warrant against her. I asked him to send me details of loan account which she did not agree and said they don't have all the details they just have the total outstanding amt that she need to pay. I told i will check with standard chartered bank customer care and will get back and they said this bank do not have any record and they have sold all this details to shaha finlease. When i tried to find more information about this company i found this to be fraud and reported by many others. Now this lady is calling me and torching my wife and relatives and me and forcing me to make the payment which is actually not something that i have to pay and giving lots of bad words and saying if i do not pay money she has sent people to my place and my lace when my wife was alone I'm fed-up of this lady, hence through of checking if there is a way to be out of this problem. I'm very much sure that there should not be any outstanding amount. I am already filing FIR against her outraging the modesty of woman and harassment without any cause. She is really bad on phone. Please help!

          I received a mail from shaha finlease stating that I had a standard charted bank credit card and there is some outstanding dues amounting to 314555.00. We requested them to provide details regarding this card. Instead of sending details, they have sent legal notice through their attorney company JKB legal. This legal notice says the amount due is 32, 383, 288.75p ... in crores...

          They were sleeping for last 26 years and now they have sent this notice. If there was any dues, they should have notified us earlier... as they know that people will not have details back to 25 years or more and very easy to scare and make people pay...

          I have asked for details regarding this so called Standard Charted credit card with number [protected] with Customer Number as per them: [protected] .. I searched all possible sources and there is no mention of this credit card...

          This harassment should stop immediately and hope government agencies will take note of such companies harassing people for illegal gains.

              Unjustified Recovery attempts for Credit Card Payment, issued by Standard Chartered Bank in 1999, recovery call after 23 years

              I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent harassment from Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd. Co. recovery officers in relation to an alleged outstanding credit card bill of my father-in-law, Shailesh Das from 1999. Nobody contacted him since 26 years and now they're contacting and harassing all of my family members and my workplace colleagues too.

                  I taken the loan from Cashe application more than 8 months I'm not paid loan, when I have money then I have clear all the dues with late payment charges and overdue charges also on MARCH 2023, from Cashe the loan has been closed in CIBIL Properly and I have the NOC also along with me, one day I checked the CIBIL report SHAHA FINLEASE loan has been active status and end number of times I have share the NOC to his mail ID [protected]@shahafinlease.com but still there not update the same, for this I didn't get job in banking sector, even though I have clear everything and I'm sharing the NOC screenshot. Kindly check and help me out from this.

                    Loan closed but not updated in cibil and other credit bureaus

                    Dear team greetings of the day
                    This is to inform you that my name is shubhojit goswami and my registered mobile number is [protected] and my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com from Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited and due to some financial crisis I am not able to pay from 6-8 month and suddenly after some months I got a call from shaha Finlease that they buy my loan account from cashe and they gave a settlement offer for both my loan account no - 805409 and 797775 and I paid the amount and close my account and I get the noc from your team..which I attached below for your reference.
                    But after payment your customer care team block me and after repeatedly call and send mail and sms to your team I did not get any response from your end and I am really dispointed with your company casual behaviour

                    This is to inform you that my loan is still active and there have overdue amount us showing as per the settlement terms and conditions my account should be closed in all credit bureaus under settlement and there should not be any overdue balance but in my cibil report which I attached below from last four - five months loan account is active and there have some serious credit fall in my account for this reason

                    I request you please close all my account in all credit bureaus as earliest I also make dispute in cibil with dispute id CDS[protected]

                    Please do the needful as earliest and update me the same

                    Please take this letter as a final warning and I also cc to Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited and The Officer-in-Charge rbi for reference

                      I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recent harassment from *Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd. Co.* recovery officers in relation to an alleged outstanding credit card bill from 1997. It has come to my attention that, after 26 years in Nov 2023 since the issuance of the credit card, I am being pursued for a bill generated in 2001 for credit card no.[protected], which I was entirely unaware o[censored]ntil now.
                      Nobody contacted since 26 year.

                      Approximately 20 years ago, I successfully managed to settle all outstanding bills related to the aforementioned credit card. I was totally unaware of this. It is perplexing and distressing to be subjected to recovery efforts after such a prolonged period, especially considering that I am now retired and facing financial constraints. My wife and I, both being diabetic and cardiac ailment patients, are under immense stress due to the unwarranted harassment from Shaha Finlease Co. recovery officers.

                      I must bring to your attention that, as per *Reserve Bank of India* (RBI) guidelines, if payment is not received within three years, the account is converted to a *Non-Performing Asset* (NPA). Given the considerable time lapse since the alleged bill was generated, I request you to re-evaluate the legitimacy of this claim and cease the harassment immediately.

                      The relentless pursuit by recovery officers is causing undue distress to me and my family. I implore you to adhere to ethical practices and, in consideration of our health conditions and financial circumstances, desist from any further harassment. Failure to do so may compel me to explore legal avenues to protect my rights.

                      I kindly request a prompt and comprehensive investigation into this matter, and I expect your cooperation in resolving this issue without any further inconvenience.

                        The shaha finlease has been calling me continuously and asking me to pay around 15000 and telling me that my father didn't clear the cc due back in[protected] . He had brain stroke four years back. And he forgot everything.

                          In 1997 u issues me a credit card of Standard chartered Bank now in 2023 u r calling for recovery after 26th year i[censored] call me before 20 year I was able to pay n at that time I earn but now in my retirement age atleast u have to confirm me before . And as per RBI guidelines within 3 years if payment not received than account has been converted to NPA ...So kindly request u to don't call me n my family members .. As me n my wife both have heart problem n diabetes patients so please co-operate n stop harrasment.. Otherwise I have to complaint further...

                            Had a credit card with SCB in 2010. I Lost the card during those days and now I get a letter to pay 51, 28, 02. They are demanding this much amount to be paid now.
                            I had some amtto be paid at that time around 3000 but now it is increased so much.im ready to pay the min amount in thousands I don't have that much money.
                            How much amount they can lower it to so that I can settle this completely.

                              My name is vishal sharma i take loan from cashe finance when I take the loan I'm not able do repayment on time after some months I call upfrontly to cashe finance after that i got one call from shah finance n they said cashe sold your file to shah finance n they asking for repayment and i said okay no issue send your executive at my address I will paid rest amount they said they don't any field executive you take loan online and uh have to pay online first a fall I don't any loan from shah finance I take loan from cashe then thay started harrasing me my family member they have all contact number n they said we will edit your photo Or images and send them to all your contact n family member n they also call my father and abusing him agent name kavya from andheri department second person raj kameth n when I request to give call to the manager aditi gawade she is already abusing me n n said tumhari aukaad nahi hai paise dene ki to kyu lete n she also start abusing +[protected] +[protected] +[protected] they r calling from this number my register number [protected]

                                M/s Shaha Finlease has created a fake account that they claim to have been opened in the year 1996 in my name. They have also parked an overdue of outstanding that dates back to 2010. This has severly impacted by CIBIL score and has branded me as a defaulter which is definitely not the case. I have never done any business with M?S Shaha Finlease and for sure had never heard them untill 2 days ago when I decided to check my CIBIL status. I request that this false outstanding amount be completely erased and this account be closed permanently.

                                  I have been getting emails and phone calls that I have Credit card Dues which I have not since 2005,
                                  as I remember I had applied for personal loan in several banks and pledged some of personal documents to Bank representatives for processing the loan- during this period someone have misused my documents and signature has been forged to get the Standard Chartered credit card and abused, now Shaha Finlease is after me asking clear dues which I am not aware of neither i used the credit card -- this is disturbing my mental peace and feeling i am being harassed in the name of clearing the dues. please look into this and help in sort this -- I am not obliged to pay single penny which i have not entitled for and some one's fraud.

                                    The settlement was done in may 2011a and the attached letter mentions that it will be reported to cibil within 45 days. The cibil report says the record was updated in 2014 which is not expected.
