[Resolved]  Shaha Finlease — credit card does not belong to me

Updated by Arasu12 The complaint is not resolved, i want to write this issue to our Honorable Prime Minister and Finance Minister as this looks like a complete scam. The SCB bank is still operational in India and how have they sold my details to SHAHA Finance, i have done my settlement with SCB some time before 2005. I asked both SHAHA Finlease and SCB to provide me my account details and they are not able to provide, infact SHAHA Finlease has sent me an email stating they do not have the records prior to 2005, i had settled this account prior to 2005. But they gave me details till 2003. How is this possible. As per Shaha Finlease my account was sold to them in 2010 which is after five year of my settlement with SCB, which clearly shows this is a way of doing fraud. SCB has sold only the details of the people who have either done settlement or defaulters. How has our Government allowed such kind of thing to happen if the bank is still operational in India. I have requested Shaha finlease to prove that i have not done the settlement and they have failed as they claim that SCB has not given details to them. How is this again possible, if a big bank like SCB can give details of the client but not the history and tell Shaha finlease to chase clients for payments. i know there are ten of thousands of people who are affected because of this scam and i want Government of India to look into this issue and help citizens of India.
