I got from shine people that my resume has been selected for some companies. Initially they took 1500 for registration and 3500 for document verification and for other purposes. Them i was told to pay 18500 where i refused.
Then a call from ajay from accounting dep called me saying that he refund my money back so he asked to me 5000 rs and 2800 rs gst as extra amount. He said he would refund my money immediately but he dint.
I request you refund my money. (12800)

Complaint Details : Dear concern I am visit the shine.com side and upload the resume in the side and fill the all coloum .After few days call to shine consultants and consultants day your ptofile is match for job and you are registration for shine .com you submitted the fees 2500/- in the a/c number who are already send shine consultants in my mail.In the next day shine consultants conduct my interview with icici bank hr .in the evening icici bank hr call to me and complte the telephone interview .icici hr say thay you are select for job and package and profile decide but Hr demand for security fees amount 8700 and ask you will pay and i will send offer letter for evening .in the same day i will come to local branch and got the number of icici bank hr and i am call to hr name harshvardhan singh was repiled i am not call to any sonu kumar today .i am say to hole matter to shine consultants and replied to shine consultants morning i will verfiy to hr team .in the next morning not pick the my number . A big scam has been going these days in name of providing jobs.. One such is vision media technology on shine.com.
Many posts from arohi, ekta, swati, nitisha have been posted spoiling the brand image of banks and looting the job seekers. Complaints have been filed before as well but no action has been taken by shine or monster or any other website.

Please, sir, i need a help i paid 14000 money 2 shine.com for a job of hdfc bank they said for registration fees and a training fees but they didnt provide me any job they said me that after sending money only they will provide us job and aftr sending money they said me to wait for 2-3 days but its alredy 1 month no response nathing now i am in big problem please sir help me 😭😭

I got a call about my resume has selected for cabin crew and they told me at first if i didn't get selected my money will b refunded in 24hrs, first they told me you have to give us rs 2000 for submission, then they told me to give 5500 rupees for next exam round, when i told them i cannot pay that much money, refund my money, its been 20 daus there phones are switched off and they even didn't reply to my mail. The company is total fraud. I want my money back

I'm totally upset with the way of shine sales person tarunbhai & mr. R pratapbhai communication.
Initially they told me to pay one time registration charges rs.3691.00 and i paid then they ask to pay for additional rs.8083.00 for job verification process. They told me this is the final amount. But after i paid the two amounts total rs.14302.00 and again they asking me to pay rs.5000.00 (20738 paid karvana hata pan amane mane pan mari jode paisa nahota atale kahiyu 5000 paid kari do atale 5000 paid kari ditha) for education verification and job search guidance

I really got very disturbed and asking them to refund my paid amount for not required the services.

Please suggest how to get reimbursement for my paid amount rs.31076.00

Dear sir, My name is deeksha in the month of June I got call from shine jobs .they told that they have vacancies in Spicejet airlines in cabin crew department. To register they told to pay 1750/-, after that for documents verification they told to Pay 5800/- after for offer letter they told to pay 14800/- and they send an fake offer letter through mail. After that they told to pay 25800/- for training and original offer letter. I paid that amount. Bt I contacted Spicejet airlines through Twitter and then I got to know it's fake. I called them to refund my money they told to wait for 35 days to wait for refund money. Bt still now I didn't got my refund money. And ther number is switched off. Please please help me to get my refund amount. I have all the proofs- msgs contact number, call records, mail chats, bank transaction, and that fake offer letter. Please help me to get my refund money back

N.[protected]) regarding to hdfc data entry job providing your complaintal adress. After that she said me, you paid the registration fees 1400 rupees to refundable for not selected. I paid this amount.. Next day again call me to the transfer telphnc intrvw, took the intrvw about the data entry & said u r selected.. Aftr next day i hv called ([protected]) to the next procedur i have mailed the soft copy selection letter there was mention security deposit refundable 8300 rupees this fees also paid securitie fees 8300 rupees pay refundable to ur first month salary before next process.. This fees also paid.. Aftr two days bank provide laptop & smart phon this fees refundable amount 9330 i was notpaid…. Procedure over.. 3-4 days your joining letter sended the couriior o[censored]r adress…but yet not riched the file…thats mobile no. Is also swiched off…customr care is also not recieving the phon…totaly frowd…. I have some proff of transaction of payment, fake soft copy training & joining letter…i have lost 9700 amount . I would like to request the cyber crime team to investigate the case and bring the culprist in front of the law and punish them. And kindly request pleasei need my money back.

I also got call from shine.com on dated 06.08.2018 for l & t finance ltd recruitment. For that i've to paid rs,.2500 which is refundable for security purpose and i did that. Then after telephonic interview they again demanded rs. 6900 for document verification then i have paid rs. 4000 then i have doubt and denied to go through further process also i asking them about my refundable money. They told me i will call back some time asking with my senior but till they have no call to me. After that i will call then that person mobile is switch. This is rediculous. Shine.com must have to caught all the fraud peoples and make them to refund of all job seeker also takes serious action against them... As early as possible. I m a student and wanted a home based job, but instead of provinding us job they are in need of money from us. I paid registeration fee which they demanded for after that fee for verification but it wasnt enough they were demanding more money for some other reason, which i refused for, so they told me to cancel the profile via email which i did and they tolad me my money will be refunded within 10 day but till now i havent got any refund nor any calls or neither they are recieving my calls, please look upon it i want my money back, nos. I have taken a job posting from shine.com online costing 1500rs, on august 3rd 2018. My services were not activated so i checked the which say you need to provide kyc documents. I sent all my documents in my gst registration there is some spelling mistake i asked them how to resolve this no response received from their side for two days. Then i tried to call on their customer care no[protected] on which no body answers calls and the auto answer says we will call you back but no response.in mail i asked to call me explained my pain of calling on their number. I manged to speak to them on 7th aug 2018, at 9:30 am i asked the executive to transfer my call to his manager whos name was mr aniket tiwari who had talkedt me very roughly and was ready to understand that due to poor communication i am frustrated.
My money is blocked and no services available, they denied to refund my money also shine's after sales service is very poor. Dont ever use this portal

My number is [protected]. I got a message from shine.com mentioning about sony hiring executives. Salary around 27000.. And the number given was [protected]. I called that number first they asked to pay 2500 after i was selected by a phone interview. And then after i paid that amount they sent me an offer letter by email.. There they mentioned about paying another 8000 on that day only for current account opening charges. They called me again. I did it on 2nd aug. Then after i paid, they are just not responding. So i realized this is all fraud. Please make arrangements for my refund. Or else i have to take legal action against everybody involved in this scam.

Hello sir, i have got a call from a no.[protected] saying that you have shortlisted for interview from the reputed company and have to register with the amount of 3000/-then they have created a telephonic interview which was a high drama, where they said u got selected in so and so company and they said to pay an amount of 5000rs. for document verification, after that they have sent an job offer letter and said that u wil be getting joining id if you pay 10, 000 which is refundable on joining date, and later what they said is you have to sign a bond of 15, 000 which is refundable on 3rd month of salary, this was a backend process where you wil get courier of joining letter with in 2-3days, knowing that it was all trash when asked about refund, their response was very rude and in abusive manner..total amount lost was 33, 200/- on these fraudsters, my request is to take serious action against them playing with people emotions in the name of job providing service
