Hi sir
I vijayramrao submitting a complaint against shine school,
Hanamkonda, warangal telangana india which is grabbing high school fees from parents and making good business and not paying income tax soon developed 5 schools and new college with shine group with in a year almost they have more than 7000 strength in 5 schools. For nursery school fee is 50000 and lkg is 60000 and ukg is 70000rupees 1st to 10th is 1lak rupees earning 42 crores a year and this is the indian system encouraging such schools not maintaining minimum standards not even they have qualified teachers and minimum play ground this schools have
If income tax department allow them to earn such big money they next target is in politics and they kill society.
Please sir they are maintaining wrong records and paying less tax to government earning in millions in year from last 6 years they crossed more than 200 crores black money if the government takes primitive step at least you can save future generations and society and government can get good income tax from them
Shine kumar yadav correspondent and his own family members maintaining the schools with no minimum qualifications they have.
Please save money from such institutions and help governments and people money

    On the above information i by shine.com, as suggested by the recruiter i have paid 1600 for registration, 6500 for certificate verification and 15500 for caution deposit.

      This is to bring you in notice, that 4 months back We purchased Shine portal by Account Manager Name : Druva Rampal .No Training provided . No Follow up from them . After requesting several times for meeting and resolving our issue with regards to searches and data there is No response from Shine . They Schedule the meeting and never turn up.
      This is repeated many times . And when we complaint about this, They respond us in a very rude and unprofessional manner.We are really disappointed with their service and so requested to discontinue with the service and asked for refund .
      Also shared this experience on '[protected]@shine.com', finally got reply from them, they asked for invoice and assured to revert on same within 48 hours, but now it has been more than 4 day, after 2 reminder mails still there is no response .

      So would request you to look into the matter and kindly help us in getting our payment refund .

And above all being fraudulent website, shine do not even have any option to remove my information from website. I just want to remove my information from website, to which shine is not helping.

          I got a call from shine.com on 24/9/2018 that my resume was short listed for tech mahendra. And for telephonic round they charged me 3000/-. I deposited money into their account.
          Account details : -


          Account holder name - shine

          Account number - [protected]

          Ifsc code - ciub0000502

          After that i got a mail that i m seleted and for certificates verification they charged me 5130/- rupees. By trust blindly i deposited in same account.
          And next for job id registration they asked me pay 10k to release offer letter from particular company. I m some what doubtful only but i paid that 10k too.
          And next day (25/9/18) i got a mail from shine only but with an attachment of pdf of techmahindra.in that all my timings and joining date, ctc etc details was given but atlast point they are asking as service bond want to sign 15k to the company.
          And that 15k also want to pay on same day (25/9/18)

          Whether to trust or not i dont know.
          And if it was fake please tell me how to refund my money.

            Hello sir/ ma'am,
            I got call from [protected], for job in banking sector, they told me that i have to pay 2500/- for their charges as this job will get confirmed for me, so i was ready and i have sent amount through google app as they said, then after some time i that person transfer my call for documentation to a leady she demamed 6500/- & she said it will be refundable after 48 hrs, so i have sent the amount after discussing with her for 1 hr. Then she told me i have to send all my documents along with one application form which she sent to me. I did all that. Then yesterday i got a call from same number i. E.[protected] with demanding more 10000/- so thought that this may be a fraud. So i told them i cannot pay this amount and i want my money back as you promised that 6500/- will be refundable, so he said ok till the evening my money will be to my account. But it's a 2 nd day i didn't received any amount.
            Please look into this matter. I am middle class woman. My family is depends on me and that's why i was stuck in this issue.

              Just now i got a call from shine.com. one male person talk to me and he is asking me to pay 2150 amount and he send me that message from [protected]@gmail.com. by using this below link he asked me to pay that amount.

              he told me that he have the vacancies at hdfc, icici, axis bank and his offices are located at hyderabad and mumbai only and he also told me to pay that amount immediately. At first i thought this was a genuine call but after i came to this site i got to know this is the fake call. so i request you to guys please dont trust them and i got this call 00675607 from this number so, guys be aware of this.

                Sir, I am middle class family girl.I ask for a job.I had received a call from [protected] offering me a job and asking me to mail photo, resume, provisional cerificate and send 2000 rupees generating for user id .they give me fake id HS104131SK. after paid 2000 rupees.and send me message by whatsup.their what up number is [protected] and they conduct false telphonic interview.interviewer said me your are selected.your job letter provided you next day11A.M.but next day they did not pick call or message.
                sir, please help me for refund my 2000 rupees.and my document, save the cheating.so, I am attaching some proof to resolve my issue soon.

                  Hi this is rudraraju rohith varmaI have applied for job in shine.com for ground staff in airport so they have called me to pay 2000 for online test so i have paid after that they said that there is an telephonic interview so you have to pay 6750 for body check up and after one day they have called me for telephonic interview take an interview and next day they called me and said you have selected so if you pay 22, 750 you will get offer letter so i have paid they have send me an offer letter. so i have taken that offer letter to indigo office they have said that it is fake letter so i am request that send my total amount to my bank account.
                  one of you consumer rajveer the great conversation with him because of refund my money to my account. So he called me and said i will transfer money to your account 58, 300 so tranfer me 10, 000 i said ok. I transfer from my won account 10, 000 so i did not recieve my refund amount to my bank. He said it will deposit on monday but it did not deposit yesterday i have called him he said that it will take to deposit 7days for tranferring money. I am suffering from lost of probleum with that amount beacuse i should give to sombody. Rajveer so please see this msge and send the information about that money please i am in trouble.so please look forward for this message and send my money bak please

                      Dear sir/madam

                      I was informed of your service and paid for some of your service, instead of giving me service, your sales team went on selling different packages to me and giving me information in piecemeal manner. On understanding that the service will not be of optimal use to me, i had requested for a refund of money paid before initiating service.

                      I told them please refund my money & i can't pay now more, they have done misbehave with me.

                      Instead of closing the request your team continued the service initiation and are telling me that company doesn't have refund policy.

                      It is appeal that reputed company like yours don't have a refund policy... Also have such kind of behavior.

Now they are again asking me more than 30000 again to complete the process. Also saying after paying that they move my profile to recruiters. Executives were only concerned about money not on how they are going to boost up my career.

                          On 27 july, 2018 10:55 am i have received a call from [protected] has told calling from shine.com to register with shine.com pay online rs. 10 only, after that she has given a link "shinejobprovider.com" when i appeard to pay rs 10, at the same time instead of rs.10 rs 20, 000 has been deducted from my bank account.                             Your excetive najmul sharma called us to have an interview lined up in your expected job company. Further he asks to deposit some money of amount rs 3500so that your interview would be directly cleared and on behalf of shine 90% process completed and 10% yours. I submitted all that fees like registration fees, security charge, verification fees, sallary account opening fees, training fees, pro fees, final process fees then they told me you have to pay gst charge for refund amount i was pay that amount, but they cant confirm my job joining, then they told me to pay aggrement fees, i pay that amont. I pay amount arround 1, 25000/-. To accont of shine recruitment and abhishek sharma. But from last two days ther phone was switch off, no any mail or massege. Sir plz do helpfull..

                              Dear sir/madam

                              I was informed of your service and paid for some of your service, instead of giving me service, your sales team went on selling different packages to me and giving me information in piecemeal manner. On understanding that the service will not be of optimal use to me, i had requested for a refund of money paid before initiaing service.

                              Instead of closing the request your team continued the service initation and are telling me that company doesnt have refund policy.

                              It is apaling that reputed company like yours donot have a refund policy and misled customer will not be given refund even if the service is not initated

                                Dear Madam/ Sir,

                                On 28/08/2018 i received the call from shine.com executive DHEERAJ OJHA
                                ( email : d.[protected]@shine.com ; phone no: [protected]) and informed me about job service where they will conduct me interview with well know companies, and it cost 3000 INR. once i paid the 3000 INR, he request me to talk to his Sr. Executive SHIVA ( phone no : [protected]) and he will start the process saying with out informing me the total charges. once shiva started the process he asked me to pay 4944 INR once i proceeded with mentioned amount he again asked me to pay 5796 INR saying its a last charge, once again i proceeded with the mentioned amount.
                                and again he asked me to pay 10000 INR. when i denied to pay 10000 and asked him to stop the process and refund the money, he saying he can't refund the amount and asked me to pay 10000 INR or i will loss my total money paid.

                                the above executives of shine.com has not mentioned the total amount even after i request them to tell me the total amount before starting the process.

                                total of Rs.13740 i have payed and now i don't want to proceed further and request you to please stop the process and refund the total amount of 13740 /- on urgent basis.

                                  Your excetive rajesh rana called us to have an interview lined up in your expected job company. Further he asks to deposit some money of amount rs 49000 so that your interview would be directly cleared and on behalf of shine 90% process completed and 10% yours. But after 3 months not a single interview was lined up nor he picked my phone. Further inquiry we came to know on behalf of 49000 rs he just provided learning schedules he wasted our 3 months and money also.
                                  One of your executive told us that your amount can be refunded please put a mail regarding refund, after that one executive call and told us that you have to pay gst amount of rs 8614 after that only your refund process shall initiated we paid he transferred the call to mr nitin tyagi he told us to pay again 12500 which is refundable after that no amount need to be paid, again nitin tyagi told us to pay 10500 after that only your amount will be refunded we had a very hard discussion on that but he ensured within 24 hrs your amount get credited to your account, after so we proceed but after again your executive told this is 50% you paid again 10500 you need to pay nitin tyagi told us within 7 days you will receive your amount after that nitin tyagi phone gets switch off my total amount being fraud is 91000/-.

                                  I requesting you to kindly refund my 91000 as soon as possible.
                                  And please trained your candidates to be loyal with us and don't waste time and money.
                                  Please refund my amount.

                                    They started calling me for from day 1 as soon as i registered myself to their job portal. First they took 2500 rs. As registration fee, after that their associate named atul called me to pay rs. 12500 for their services and getting shortlisted for interview. When i made payment of rs. 10000 they started forcing me to deposit the remaining amount asap, when i denied to pay the remaining amount and asked to refund they stopped receiving my call and answering my emails.
                                    From last 1 week i am continously calling and mailing them to refund but no one is responding.

                                    I request you guys to take a legal action against these peoples and teach them a lesson.

                                    I received call from your side and the agent name was "Janki [protected], I explained everything to her and forwarded all previous us emails on [protected]@shine.com, then she said that she will call me back but I have not received any further response from your team till now.                                       I received mail from shine website 17th august 2018 to complete my profile there on website, to which definitely i didn't apply. And then there after i started receiving so many unnecessary emails from shine. Regardless of many mails to delete my data from shine.com, they never deleted my profile and information from website. The only option shine provides is to not receive any emails, without just not deleting personal data. Again i'm repeating, i never registered personally on any such website!!

                                        The have totally cheated me out with their false promises.

                                        I would suggest not to opt out their services.

                                        The executives are ill mannered and if you ask for explanation of the expenses you get to see that they are 100% rude and the behavior is not at all professional.

                                        Just after making payment as they explained that the service is just a learning course that too without any job guarantee i asked for a refund since i did not want their service. They kept on repeating that it was at your consent you made payments and we can not return back.

                                        However, i recollect making payment since they assured of job interviews and a number of opportunities.

                                        Its already past 30days and not a single interview call came in.

                                        I do understand now that i have been looted.
