My name is r. Matheen. I am from chennai. I got a job offer from shine.com. The person who spoke to me was mr. Mohammed sami ([protected]). He explained me about the job and he explained about the job process and for each process he asked me pay some amount....

This in reference to my complaint dated 07.05.2018 regarding cheating by your hr employee mr. Vishal kapoor to provide the job. For which i have been charged a sum of rs. 3422+ 12154/- for providing the services by your company. Since i have not received any call from any where, you are requested to refund my amount charged by you through paytm. Please note that if no response is received from your side i shall be compelled to lodge the complaint...

Call and mail received from shine people saying that, for profile activation I have to pay RS.2600/- so I do accordingly after that they continuously giving invoiced around for RS 30000 for different services and I paid same - nowthey giving one more invoice saying GST certification ... I am totally confused and and I don't want to continue with your service - kindly refund my amount...

They had given me a commitment to refund my amount
On 18th aprli 2018 they asked me to wait for 15 days, i did that, then on 4th may 2018 they asked me to wait for another one week for the refund.

Its been over a month now since they committed for the refund and now neither my calls nor my emails are being...

I had register myself with shine.com for the job in canada & paid approx 46 thousands for the registration. They had asked me that i will get the emails of vacancies which relevant to my profile.

After registration they received my calls for few days and they have started to send me the emails of vacancies. I am a materials management professional and they were sending the mail for the jobs in restaurants, retail shops......

Received a cll yesterday from mohali recruiter named vinay tripati saying tht he'll offer me sure shot job at max hospital, mohali.
I was forced to do online transaction of total 17, 250 rs and was assured about my offer mail by today.
I didn't get any mail and when i called him today, he didn't answer my call.
I'm continuosly trying to reach shine customer care number but no one is either responding.

I have registered with shine.com by payment of rs.4683/- on 23 feb2018 by icici credit card.
However, shine representative approached me on 5th march asking me whether i want refund of the registration fee.in the process of refund, i was asked to provide otp, telling that it is the most secure method of refund.
