Sir my name is Manisha kalluri already 3 times i have given you the complaint till now i have paid 55000 rs sir to refund my amount you are asking again the money for gst service taxes i have also paid 4154 rs for that process and now you are not at all responding instead of that again you are asking to pay another 5000 rs my parents are asking about money and i am not able to show my face please refund the amount back without asking for the money my number is [protected] thank you

I had received a call from vision consultancy caller name swati mehra [protected] for the job placement and asked to deposit rs 2550/-for the same. I agreed on it and deposited rs 2550/- on her account. But that ihad not received any call from her for the interview neither she is receiving my call nor she had refunding the amount. One person also involve in it name hemant [protected] who had asked me to deposit more rs 7500/-for the placement but i denied the same. I want my amount back and want the shine owner to take strict action against them.

I Humera khot had a got call from shine.com last may from a lady call rashi wherein she ttol me to pay 2000 thru their website then she put me in conference with mr rajeev [protected] from this number wherein he told i will get the job in hfdc for manager post wherein he told me to pay 10k then 110000 then 80k then again he told me to do 30k anf 8k told i paid him 258000 he had told thru hdfc card that thru paytm on number [protected] this is fraud which is happen from shine people and i contacted shine people they are not taking my request and i spoke to shridhar also on rajeevs number when rajeev was not available and raaj who is senior of their company told will my return my money back but till date no contact in month of jan he told will give my money but not yet returned.Please kindly return my money

Today i got call from so called ranjith employee id112545 he told he you need to pay rs 2500 to schedule a interview with hr ashok leyland i want to know whether its true or not. He told he will call within one hour. He asked me to pay rs2500 within today so that he can schedule interview at 4 pls respond em soon. I dont know so many people already filed complaint in the shine website like this but non mentioned employee id i want to know whether its true or not. You please check into this and let me know the whether its true or fake call.

I have purchased 5 job service from shine.com on 19.06.208 and i have paid rs. 24, 894/-

But till date i have not received and progress from your side.

Still my service status is showing in progress. 14 days has completed but i have not got single benefit form your service.

Now half month has crossed but i am not getting help from shine.com

When i call to your sales team where i got the call on 19.06.2018 but they are not response properly they had said you call to our resume service no. They will help you.

I have called several time on the no. [protected], but nobody response, some time call not possible, no. Is not available, no. Is not exists.

I have felt now that someone has cheated me.

At time for buying service i want to purchase only job referral service of rs. 3500/-, but your sales team person mr. Shivam aggarwal has cheated me and told me that you have to take 1 more service for this job refereal this is document verification report other wise your job refereal service not activate your 3500/- rs. Will be lost then i ave to purchased education background verification service of rs. 5, 204/- after the purchase this service he has told me that we have to make your professional service report so you have to avail this service and you have to pay rs. 9995/- other wise your prior both service will be not activate your money will be lost and you will not get good job opportunity and we could not provide you job reference then i have to take this service because i donot want to loose my money i have already paid 8704 rs. I think shine.com is reputed job portal they will not cheat me but after this three service shivam aggarwal has told me that this is is the final step and this is called job search guidance with job thought report of s of rs. 6195 and same thins he has told me that you have to paid other wise you loose your all money and you will not get good job and you have to repent on this i am getting scared and i think if i have loose all money what should i do and in the hope that i will get good service from shine and good job reference and opportunity from shine.com because i am dealing with ht media group. After all step mr. Shivam aggarwal has sent another service issue focused negotiation training course of rs. 17, 700 after this i have denied that i will ot make payment because you are not telling in one time that how musch i have to pay the amount in every service payment you are saying this is final and after taking the service you are telling that you have to take 1 more service other wise you will loose your all money but now this time i will not single penny i have already given my half month salary to you i donot want take any more service.
You just activate my service which i have purchased but shivam aggarwal has pressurized me and trying to scare me that you will not get good job opportunity, good reference from our side because you have not taken this service, after that you will not get good service than you do not tell us that i am not getting good job information.
I requested you to kindly refund my all money now 14 days completed but i am not getting your services. Now i do not want you any service i have already given you enough time but noe please refund my rs. 24, 894/-

I feel cheated, its been 4 months that i opted for your service.I paid 44k for their service, i was speaking to one Abhishek I paid for 4-5 services. Out of which i was provided only 2 services namely - One Referral Service and Resume updation service.

Last weekend, i got fraud calls from Shine.com, mentioning that i woud get back my refund.But i had to pay 36k to them through PAYTM.

Now another lady called Komala from Shine, she is saying we provided all the services.

Yesterday i got in contact with one of the freelancer employee with a name abhinav. He offered me the airlines job in rajiv gandhi international airport. He said me to register sum of the amount rs.2000. As i was literally interested in airlines without a second thought i have transferred the amount through paytm. I'm calling him but he isn't responding to my calls nor replying my mails. His contact number is [protected], [protected].
These are the contact numbers. Please do refund my amount as being a student from the middle class family i have made lot of effort to collect that amount. And also i have provided my personal details like adhaar card, coloured photo and few remaining documents regarding my qualifications. Very far for the first time i have applied for the job and i have been dooped my these frauds. It's a request you to please fix this issue.

I got call on 22 june 2018 and they told me that they are from shine.com and i have seleted in hcl so u have to pay 1500 rs as registrion security charge. After dat ge took 4500 rs fr document verification, 8500 for sheduling interview, 12500 for hcl form n 15500 for courior that form.
So i have lost total 42500 rs in fraud shine.com

My name is sangamesh, today afternoon i got a call saying that we r calling from shine.com just now we have seen your resume and your shortlisted for mahindra and mahindra and ashok leyland, so you need to 1500 for registration fee and another 3600 for some other part fees then i said okay and even i paid... Again that nitika kashyap told me that she is the hr you need to deposit 11500 for job confirmation letter from next week you can join the company... When i refused to pay the money she said that she will cancel my order and she will not refund any money... So plzz plzz some refund my hardest earned money... Plzz its my sincere request.

I have recently updated my cv on shine and since one week i am receiving fraud message from consultancy who are claiming to provide job in tata motors, sony and lg electronics and on the day of interview they are charging an amount of 2500 rs, the sad part is the message i am getting are all from shine which is so disappointing and because of this i am losing trust in shine.

Hello sir/mam, today afternoon i got a bitter experience with shine.com which i believed only because ht media is a trusted name.

I had an unpaid account on shine.com. After some time, one of the executive ms. Khushbu (+91-[protected], [protected]) called me and explained me the benefits of their paid service, she sent me a mail regarding that mentioning that an amount of rs. 2980/- needs to be paid.. Ms. Nisha tiwari [protected]& ms. Khusbu followed and then i was trapped and paid that amount. Then she told me her recruiter called you for completing the job profile

Immediately after that, mr. Rajesh called me and told that, he is the person who will take care of my profile. When i asked if i get a job, he told me to be 110% rest assured and i'll get a job withing 7-10 days. He was constantly asking me to trust him and ht media and told that to complete my profile and get the password i need to pay a little more. When i asked the amount he told rs. 3980/- approx.

Then he sent a link and i paid rs. Then again he told to pay another rs. 4267 saying that this is the second part!

Again he told to pay rs. 5200/- (Approx.) to complete my profile. Then all three transection done and then again ask for 6200 rs. When i refused, he told that it's up to you and disconnected the phone. I found that these are mere training programs which has nothing to do with my profile completeness.

When i asked my money to be refunded, he told that there is no refund policy!

My earnest request to please help my hard earned money get refunded.

After refusing job and interview assistance package, exec refused to clarify timeline for beginning of service/course.

I am vikram r in few weeks before in the shine web portal i saw an add regarding l & t construction and i conatcted the hr named ridhima roy she said that she is working in shine and i will help in the job by backdoor process initially they asked me to deposit 3500 in a account after that they asked me another 11990 for call letter and again they asked for 20000 for bond process but i am not willing to pay so i said just cancel my profile and refund my amount after that she is not picking my call upto now i am having all evediences with me its clearly mentioned shine.com only so i request u to plz refund my amount as soon as possible thank u

Again he told told to pay rs. 17700/- (Txn. Id.: in20180625_120692_171559) saying it's final, then again he told to pay rs. 23600/- (Txn. Id : in20180625_120697_171926) saying it's final part2!

Again he told to pay rs. 37000/- (Approx.) to complete my profile. When i refused, he told that it's up to you and disconnected the phone. I found that these are mere training programs which has nothing to do with my profile completeness.

When i asked my money to be refunded, he told that there is no refund policy!

So, a jobless person was manipulated by luring with job guarantee and more than rs. 60000/- of hard earned money has been taken away.

My earnest request to please help my hard earned money get refunded.

I got a msg from shine saying cv has been shortlisted.. I got call from the number which was there in msg. They said to pay 2000 for interview n I paid it.. Now they are not answering my call n not replying through mail.. Please help me out i lost my 2000 rs. Pls pls help me out in this.

I got a call from [protected] shine.com to get their services. I refused many times but he assured me that he will provide the job within 5 days and the amount he told me was 2550/
When I paid the said amount then he transferred my call to another person and he was also asking me to pay Rs-7059/. Whereas the person who called me first told me that you have not to pay another amount and you will get a job within 5 days for sure.

When I told the second person Prachi shah that I am unable to pay the amount 7059 and asked him to refund my amount then he told me that the amount is not refundable.

Then I again called the first person on [protected] he did not pick my call, after calling many times he picked my phone and spoke very rudely.

Now I am going to take a legal action against the company.i go to consumer court for complain againt arohi meha and shine company.also take PRL In police station.i have all the proff which arohi has send the mail and also bank slip which amout i was paid.

I got call saying that I will hey there job in Capgemini or IBM

1. They said pay 27000rs and I did because he said which will be refunded after interview. And I will get a CRM manager who will help me till interview who will make sure that I will get job.

2. Then they said pay 6500rs for profile verification I even did that because he says it will be send to my place and it's compulsory document for interview.

3. Then I got a call asking my eprofile which I don't have so they asked to pay 23358rs he said it will be refunded and I will get my domain and my profile will be like http://www.shinejobsonline.com/e-profile.php

4. Then I got call for interview . After that I got call saying that I am selected so now I have 2 options
1st direct joining for which I have to pay 45000rs
2nd through interview for which I have to pay 35000rs
He told pay asap then we will keep the interview.
As I was not able to pay full amount he told pay 5000rs and give interview which I gave. After that he called me and told to pay remaining amount but was not able to that much amount I told them to cancle it.
For which they replied that they will block me on shine and said as he has all the document he will see that I will not get any job in future.
After that I called them for money refund but there is no reply.
