I am divakaran, i received a call on 26th may 2018 around 2pm from shine from mr.neeraj and asked to attend telephonic interview in kirloskar electric ltd., and i payed 2500 for that...2 days later they said me that iam selected for next round and asked me to pay 6500 for crp verification, .three days later they asked to me attend interview in chennai on 11th may...they said" the company is sending a laptop along with a call letter so that i have to pay 15000"..i asked that why should i pay this amount?...he replied that "its mandatory"...i too paid the amount...i have all the amount paid bills towards shine india...and their contact number..along with their conversations through whatsapp...so kindly consider this complaints and take necessary action.

Shine is demanding too much money and they didn't clear at first call. Need to have my money refunded. My cell is [protected]. They are charging me that amount which i cannot pay for that service approx 31k. I have already invested 18k approx. They are forcing me to pay due to their incentive structure. I need my whole 18k refund back as it seems some hidden structure. I have recorded calls where they agree that they have hidden charges. Please expedite...

On 4th on june someone called from shine.com saying that they will provide my job in wipro with accommodation and salary of rs.25000/- in bangalore with number of features and for that asked rs.1850/- which is according to them is refundable in either case i get job or don't get job and as a fresher searching for job i paid. Again in 9th june they called me and asked me to give my atm card details including cvv number for returning that amount.

Please inform customers and others about this fraud site called www.carriershine.com for australia/canada immigration. And fraud calls from non shine employeea so they wont loose money and they will pretty much aware of such site. Please announce officially that these guys are not part of shine. You guys would have taken this action long back. Please do it asap

On 14/03/2018, i applied for a job through shine.com. After submitting my cv with them, i got a call from naukrione.com asking me to get registered with them after making a payment of rs. 2714/-which i paid. Subsequently, i was impressed upon to pay a sum of rs. 10443/-for completing the profile, which i reluctantly paid through my pension amount, i was again advised to pay further, an amount of rs. 12000/- +amount. Finding it difficult to pay any further, i informed that i was not in a position to pay. They informed me that so many suitable placements are available. They will fix up my interview soon with probable employers and they also told that a month's salary is charged to the employers and this is how the co. Runs financially.
Finding it something fishy i requested for refund of my hard earned pension amount on this email on 17/03/2018 and on 25/03/2018, but till date, i am yet to get any reply.
I made a telephonic call to mr. Bharadwaj, who was coordinating on behalf of naukrione.com on [protected] and mr, rahul on [protected]. Both of them assured that after completion of refund form. Since then they have been lying on one pretext or other. They asked for ac details for enabling them to refund my amount, which i shared with them. It is a total fraud co. And always speak a lie. How are they being allowed to operate their operation?
Kindly intervene and help a sr. Citizen from being defrauded.

My name is bhawna tongaria and today i made a call to shine and showed interest for the paid services. I was told by mr shishir that there is a annual fee of rs 3691. He explained me the features of the paid services and steps of the process. After that my request was transferred to mr. Ranjan who told me that there are further steps to initiate the process. I was asked to pay verification fees of rs 6000. He kept on telling me the next steps of the services but in the entire conversation none of the executive told me the that every next step is payment based and there is a no choice to opt out. Once i paid rs 6000, he told further told me there is another verification of education and sending you the link please complete the request. Step by step he asked me to complete the request which was actually making the payment for the services.

All the executives mr shishir, ranjan and pankaj have very well articulated the features of these paid services 'that please complete' the request' but none of them told me the cost associated which is to be paid at every step. Why i was not told at the first instances that the entire package would cost me 30-40k??

Below are the services which were explained to me but with the hidden fact that is cost associated with them:
Job referral booster package = rs 3, 691 paid
Job profile verification plus package = rs 6, 101 paid
Education verification plus package + job search guidance with job thought report = rs 10, 259 paid
Issue focused negotiation training course = rs 17, 700 pending
Was it really difficult for the executives to tell me in advance that approximate cost of the package for a person of 9-10 years of experience.

I am feeling so cheated and trapped and suspect that i can be further charged forcefully by just mentioning that 'its a process and we have to follow as per your profile'.

This is so annoying and i would really like to withdraw back from the services. Kindly initiate the refund process. I wrote this email to [protected]@shine.com and it got failed as this address does not exist.

Looking forward to hear back on this matter urgently.

I was received call from Shine.com on 16 Jan 2018 for joining their services as prime / paid customer @ Rs.4227/- for getting more opportunity for Job. I agreed and pay the same amount after that they transfer my call to their senior sales person and he smartly/cleverly took my money of Approx. Rs.38000/- (over telephonic discussion he assured me that don’t worry I will improve your profile and I also assured that you don’t need to pay extra amount but again next day (17 Jan 2018) send me another link for payment of Rs.10998/- then I realized that they are making me fool. Same day (after receiving payment link or proforma invoice) I send them request to cancel my registration process. In between I had many communication with them for refund my money (Emails and supporting documents attached). Yesterday (15 Mar2018) I received final confirm by them that “We would like to inform you that you had made the payment as per your desire and with the help of the payment link. Your service have been initiated after doing the several follow-ups which are made through the calls and email. The payment is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated” Request you to kindly look the matter and help to refund my money. If any other information required please let me know.
Still i am chasing them for refund.

I am Arpita. I received call yesterday from shine.com stating my profile has been shortlisted fro 2 MNCs and I need to pay Rs.2700 for the processing which is refundable after 2nd round of interview.
After which they asked for Rs.6500 for profile verification. In total i have paid Rs.9200.

On interview day, I again received call for e-profile and that too for Rs.23598 which I refused to pay, and so they cancelled my interview in MNCs.

I want my money back soon.

I have all proofs with me. Please help, i want my money back

Yesterday received call from shine for two job opportunities and they asked me for 2700 rs. Which i gave as that was refundable. Again they asked me for rs.6500 for profile verification. Refundable after 2nd round.

Today on the interview day i was asked for e-profile which has charges 23598. Which i refused to pay and cancelled my interview.

I want my money back total amount is rs.9200.
I want this money as soon as possible. Else i wilo file case against you.

Shine not able to provide a single interview call since a year after investing a huge amount for different service. It's 100% fake site, want to know how to book a legal case for this fraud site.

I had taken atleast 15 different module from shine.com, they told me it is mandatory to have these services for your carrier spent around 2.5 lacs, now these people are not responding, so please guide me how i log a fraud case against these people & put them behind the bar.

My self mr p v b kameswara rao, applied some job on 24th may 2018.in this connection shine had approched me asking me to pay an amount first rs 2774/-, then second rs 10, 433/-. These transctions i have made and agin you people have asked me another 12, 600/-. So i have not paid. Finnally i have decided to refund the amount from your end. Today one of your person called me and taken my debit card details and cheted me to grab rs 3000/- illegally. Immediatly i want refund the tltal amount of rs 16 214/-. Other wise i will put a case against you people and also i apprise and made complient in police stn. Kindly refund

The episode i have narrated has not at all been resolved although shine.com has put forth that it is resolved!

Shine.com did not pursue the matter to my satisfaction. They only made some cursory enquiries like did i not know they did not ask me to pay for their services? This was their main line of advise or argument.

Then one fine morning, they let out the matter is resolved!

Looks like it is all a part of a sinister game!

Got a call from shine.com and ask to transfer amount 2500 as they offered a job in tcs. I transfered the amout through my account as i trust the job site. They conducted a fake interview also and again asked to transfer 6500 as a part of crp verification which i didn't tranfer. I enquired tcs and found that the mail sent in name of tcs was a fake mail. Kindly take the action. To refund the amount 2500.

I have applied for some companies in shine.com
But i got call from all and all where fraud. All wants money. Other sites are better than shine.
This site is worst site ever.
Please do check before you apply for a job or i are asked for money.
First check the details in company website and connect with them.. If you get a positive response from them then it's gud.. Else never go for this.

I am chasing for the invoice from shine.com from last 6 months, and i have sent email about it on email id's mentioned in their disclaimer email, but both emails are fraud and i got auto reply from [protected]@googlemail.com

They have charged me 20000 rs and it is complete waste of money.
Even they are calling for refund and ask for account details and tell us that they will transfer call to their account department but it never happened and call disconnect.
Its very irritating and the staff calling from shine is not proffessional, they beg you to pay saying that after getting dream job by enrolling in shine services the charges to be paid will be equal to 1 day of salary.

Please let me know if anyone faced same complaint, we will take legal action against it together.

After registering in shine.com, one mr abhimanyu called me and promised me on advantages over opting additional services in premium. I had already paid around 5k for upgrading to premium. I asked him clearly how much it will cost and he told around 15k in addition to the 5k what i have already paid. I agreed for it and he sent me 2-3 invoices to make payment over the call itself. After completing around 20k of payment, he started sending another 20k invoice. When i disagreed to make that payment, he started threatening me that i will lose whatever i paid till now, and this is the last payment which i have to make. I was forced to make that payment once it was done, he again sent another 20k invoice and same drama happened again. He started explaining all benefits of it and i had no choice than accepting him, else according to him i will be losing all the money which i paid till now. He made me pay around 72k in less than 30 mins over the phone and told me all services will be starting in a weeks time and i will be getting a job in a weeks time etc. But after that i was not getting any calls or emails or updates from them and again i called him other 3rd party services which they have made me register. But very cold response from all those 3rd party agencies. Abhimanyu started forcing me to make one more payment of 30k, which i clearly denied and didn't make the payment. After that he never attend my calls nor they do any service for the amount i paid. I asked for refund, then shine.com will tell me that i should ask the 3rd party agency as they have handed it over to them. 3rd party agency will tell that they cant do anything and i should ask shine.com. Only service what they did was created a professional resume for me, but that was just 6k of service.
Basically for doing nothing i paid them around 70k and i would like to get it refunded as they are not doing any services what they offered. It's purely cheating jobseekers by offering so many promises.

Someone called me from [protected] shine.com and told me that my resume selected for job in Axis Bank and asked for pay registration fee rs. 1500 so i paid this amount and then they takem my fake interview and again asked for pay last surety amount of rs.6400 so i paid it and next day they called me and said that i have cleared interview and Job is fixed but for Joining latter i need to pay last job security amount rs.13500 but i paid rs.6500 and give me some time for pay rest of this amount. On Monday i paid rs7000 and they said thet i will get joining latter on email but they have not sebd me any joining latter...

I altaj khalid from kanpur uttar pradesh got call from shine.com in 4th june 2018 that my cv has been selected for job interview for which i have to fill up a form given on their website and i have to pay only rs 10 for the form. When i fill the form and got 10 rs deducted from my account amount of 20000 got deducted. When i am calling on that phone number now no one is recieving my call and rather it is switched of most of the time. So kindly refund my money back as soon as possible.
