I have recently updated my cv on shine and since one week i am receiving fraud message from consultancy who are claiming to provide job in tata motors, sony and lg electronics and on the day of interview they are charging an amount of 2500 rs, the sad part is the message i am getting are all from shine which is so disappointing and because of this i am losing trust in shine.
Take strict action against them, here is the message which i am receiving

Hello sir/mam, today afternoon i got a bitter experience with shine.com which i believed only because ht media is a trusted name.

I had an unpaid account on shine.com. After some time, one of the executive ms. Khushbu (+91-[protected], [protected]) called me and explained me the benefits of their paid service, she sent me a mail regarding that mentioning that an amount of rs. 2980/- needs to be paid.. Ms. Nisha tiwari [protected]& ms. Khusbu followed and then i was trapped and paid that amount. Then she told me her recruiter called you for completing the job profile

Immediately after that, mr. Rajesh called me and told that, he is the person who will take care of my profile. When i asked if i get a job, he told me to be 110% rest assured and i'll get a job withing 7-10 days. He was constantly asking me to trust him and ht media and told that to complete my profile and get the password i need to pay a little more. When i asked the amount he told rs. 3980/- approx.

Then he sent a link and i paid rs. Then again he told to pay another rs. 4267 saying that this is the second part!

Again he told to pay rs. 5200/- (Approx.) to complete my profile. Then all three transection done and then again ask for 6200 rs. When i refused, he told that it's up to you and disconnected the phone. I found that these are mere training programs which has nothing to do with my profile completeness.

When i asked my money to be refunded, he told that there is no refund policy!

My earnest request to please help my hard earned money get refunded.

I have availed of shine career plus paid services and made payments as required but still haven't received links for starting actual service.

After refusing job and interview assistance package, exec refused to clarify timeline for beginning of service/course.

I am vikram r in few weeks before in the shine web portal i saw an add regarding l & t construction and i conatcted the hr named ridhima roy she said that she is working in shine and i will help in the job by backdoor process initially they asked me to deposit 3500 in a account after that they asked me another 11990 for call letter and again they asked for 20000 for bond process but i am not willing to pay so i said just cancel my profile and refund my amount after that she is not picking my call upto now i am having all evediences with me its clearly mentioned shine.com only so i request u to plz refund my amount as soon as possible thank u

Mr. Dheeraj ojha sent me a mail regarding that mentioning that an amount of rs. 4100/- needs to be paid.. Mr. Tushar followed up from[protected] times and today i paid rs. 4100/- for the service.

Immediately after that, mr. Shivam agarwal ([protected]) called me and told that, he is the person who will take care of my profile. When i asked if i get a job, he told me to be 110% rest assured and i'll get a job withing 7-10 days. Then he sent a link and i paid rs. 6101/- (Txn. Id : in20180625_120679_170551). Then again he told to pay another rs. 10259/- (Txn. Id: in20180625_120685_171018) saying that this is the second part! Again he told told to pay rs. 17700/- (Txn. Id.: in20180625_120692_171559) saying it's final, then again he told to pay rs. 23600/- (Txn. Id : in20180625_120697_171926) saying it's final part2!

Again he told to pay rs. 37000/- (Approx.) to complete my profile. When i refused, he told that it's up to you and disconnected the phone. I found that these are mere training programs which has nothing to do with my profile completeness.

When i asked my money to be refunded, he told that there is no refund policy!

So, a jobless person was manipulated by luring with job guarantee and more than rs. 60000/- of hard earned money has been taken away.

My earnest request to please help my hard earned money get refunded.

I got a msg from shine saying cv has been shortlisted.. I got call from the number which was there in msg. They said to pay 2000 for interview n I paid it.. Now they are not answering my call n not replying through mail.. Please help me out i lost my 2000 rs. Pls pls help me out in this.
I m so poor n don't have money now. Pls help me out in ths.

I got a call from [protected] shine.com to get their services. I refused many times but he assured me that he will provide the job within 5 days and the amount he told me was 2550/
When I paid the said amount then he transferred my call to another person and he was also asking me to pay Rs-7059/. Whereas the person who called me first told me that you have not to pay another amount and you will get a job within 5 days for sure.

When I told the second person Prachi shah that I am unable to pay the amount 7059 and asked him to refund my amount then he told me that the amount is not refundable.

Then I again called the first person on [protected] he did not pick my call, after calling many times he picked my phone and spoke very rudely.

Now I am going to take a legal action against the company.i go to consumer court for complain againt arohi meha and shine company.also take PRL In police station.i have all the proff which arohi has send the mail and also bank slip which amout i was paid.

I got call saying that I will hey there job in Capgemini or IBM

1. They said pay 27000rs and I did because he said which will be refunded after interview. And I will get a CRM manager who will help me till interview who will make sure that I will get job.

2. Then they said pay 6500rs for profile verification I even did that because he says it will be send to my place and it's compulsory document for interview.

3. Then I got a call asking my eprofile which I don't have so they asked to pay 23358rs he said it will be refunded and I will get my domain and my profile will be like http://www.shinejobsonline.com/e-profile.php

4. Then I got call for interview . After that I got call saying that I am selected so now I have 2 options
1st direct joining for which I have to pay 45000rs
2nd through interview for which I have to pay 35000rs
He told pay asap then we will keep the interview.
As I was not able to pay full amount he told pay 5000rs and give interview which I gave. After that he called me and told to pay remaining amount but was not able to that much amount I told them to cancle it.
For which they replied that they will block me on shine and said as he has all the document he will see that I will not get any job in future.
After that I called them for money refund but there is no reply.

I have submitted all the document you needed, for job posting service. As i get this through online payment. But still my account is inactive.

I dropped a mail but did not get any response. And when i am calling. No one picking call.
If you can't activate then refund my money, other wise i have bound to take some strict action.

I really suffering too much and its a worst service ever i seen.

The whole shine.com is fraud
Being from the hindustan times they don't work properly. The marketing executive told me that i will be getting resume writing with job booster. As a customer i bought this service because it was a good deal.
Now with the other services they are not provided when i started calling them they didn't even was concerned about the service and with a lot of calls and emails they started again and changing their statements with everything and just want to put the blame on the client.
My preference was not fulfilled and then after asking of refunding of money they simply says that the money will not be refunded.
I have a concern if they are not providing something then the marketing person should not even say it verbally.
The shine.com is a fraud. They just want money and provide no service.
I used to follow the hindustan times newspaper now i will not follow the newspaper as well.
A shame on the industry.

Sir/ madam my name is manisha kalluri i registerd in shine.com and uploaded my resume a recriter has contacted me by the mail and phone number his number is [protected] first he asked the amount of 2000 rs and i have paid and again he asked the amount i have paid totally 42, 900 rs i have paid he said that he will refund all the amount on the date of joining now he is not responding i have all the mails and reciepts which i have sant the amount. Please respond to my complaint my number is [protected]

Shine.com is not refunding my money. They are not even afraid of consumer complaints portal. I told them that i will complain in consumer, they replied that then take your money from consumer portal.

They are asking about more money to pay. They are asking for more 10000/- rs for our other refund by saying that it is company's policy. And if we dont pay this 10000/- then money will be refunded after 3 months.
There is no response from their side and not refunded money.

I got msg. That there is job offer and asked me to send my pan card photo and my photo and asking me to pay reference id amount 2k if ask to mail me from ur official mail ID he is telling I am texting from Outlook and he will block my account in shine plz help to find out it's really or fake, they told me ur amount u will get in 1st month salary or i[censored] fail in any round of interview u will get ur amount on the same day for 1st of interview oly v should pay 2k, y u ppl encourage such fraud activity, I have all of his msg regarding payment

This company is a fraud company.This company is asking me to pay 10000/- for job interview, but after one month I did not get any call from any company, even neither any company has contacted with me.Even complaining no of time, nothing happened with me.Entire team is expert to snetch money.Be careful from SHINE.COM.After complaining nobody has solve my issue.Kindly inspect this matter and solve my issue and help us other people from this kind of company.

I received call from m/s shine by ms. Kajal (Cell no.[protected]) & mr. Rahul verma cell no. ([protected]) for gaurenteed jobs placements in abroad. They said i have to first registered with them for which i have to pay an amount of rs 3999/- inclusive gst & after that i have to pay rs 12135/- towards profile charges the above said amount was paid by me on 31/5/18 & 02/06/18.

After that i was assured that they will conduct my interview from 14/06/18. But after this date neither they are picking my calls nor agreed to refund above amount.

Kindly help for refund of above mentioned amount.

I had urgent requirement for some position so i get the paid job posting services on friday online. And i paid amount online.
As i had urgent requiremetn so i thing that after paiment immidiately i can post my job but i get the userid and password over mail (Did not get any call from your side till today) and still i am not able to post job and i get a mail for kyc document (I was not aware about it).

I had register from my company name and i mailed them my personal pan no and adar no (Even i was not interested to share these doc) and told them to register as a freelancer. But they denied saying that it is not posible we cant change it you should have to share company's doc. So now i share company's pan card and bank statement as want address proof.
Now the are saying that bank statement is not valid and they want company’s certification of incorporation.
I just want to know am i asking to open bank account in shine.com? That you are asking such detail.
Its completely disgusting.

Now i dont need your service. My requirement has been closed so i dont need any more.

So i am requesting you refund my money or register me as freelancer.

And i am requesting you to never call back for any of your servces or promotion.

And i suggest to all people to never use services of shine, if you have urgent requirement.

On 31/05/2018 on the pretex of providing job.. I only wanted my resume to be made and had not requested for any other services.. For that he sent 4 invoices amounting to rs 25300/- saying this payment is essential. I am giving below the details of the said payment. I requested him for the refund.. He says they have no refund policy. Pl help me in getting my payment at the earliest.

On 1st june 2018 a girl named as sanjana called me nd told that she is talking from shine.com and there is a vacancy in hdfc bank as data entry operator. For this i have to pay 2500 as registration fee. So i paid this. After some time she demanded for 9500+13000 rs. I paid only 9500. After some time i realised they r cheating me
So i told i want my money back. They told u have to pay 8000 to get a refund id. Ab marta kya na krta i paid 8000 more to get my money back but a man called me nd said he will give my money back nd for this he taken my bank account no nd card detail nd debited 10000 more. But after 15 days past i have not received my money. Now i m going to make an fir against shine.com coz it is not a safe site now. They r cheating students only in d name for giving money. Already talked to my brother he is assistant commander in bsf and he told me that he will talk to pmo regarding this fraud case plzz do something shine.com walo nhi to tumhari khair nhi hai smjh lo
