This company is so fraud april 10th akash recruiter of this shine.com called me & conivinced me to pay 2000&profile is selected in jet airways i paid through debit card &again next day they called again convinced me to pay 8000 then next day arjith kumar who is an senior hr in shine.com has stressed me to pay again 14000rs i got so much angry &refused then i told to cancel my profile &refund my paid amount it's been 3months still they failed to refund my money i want help in getting back my amount

This is regarding recruitment services from shine.com

I received a call from sales executive furqan and abhishek regarding resume build and recruitment services.

Payment of 5000 was made to avail the explained services. The services were not activated even after the payment. I reached out to concerned person and the senior authority to verify the same. I was asked to pay 5000 more to get the services activated which they had not told me while explaining the services. I am really unhappy about the service and was cheated. The team member who spoke to me was not sticking to his words and was not customer friendly. Till now i have not received any response. I have lost trust on them and regret for making a decision to go for shine.com.

As i got call from shine.com and said that they will arrange for interview in a hotel of indore and demanded for rs.2700 and rs. 6500 as they said it comes under their company policy and will be refunded to me as soon as i'll join the job. As i found it reliable and paid those amounts to them but after that day onwards i didn't get any call from their side and the no through which i got call of mr. Kabeer - [protected] is switched off. Please help me out. Paytm no in which the transaction was done - [protected].

I had uploaded my resume last week on your website. On saturday (2nd june) i received call from your side and asked for one time registration fee of rs.4100/- for getting preferred services. For that i have asked to give me time till monday to think over it. Today i again received call form the executive and i agreed to pay and payment has been done. 15 to 30 min post making the payment i got another call and mail from your side and asking for another rs.9900/- for updating my profile. It was a big shock for me. It was not told to me earlier that there may be any further investment on this. I am not expecting this from such a big print media house.
When i queried about if i don't pay this rs.9900, what services you will be offering with rs.4100 (Which i already paid). I got another shock that it was just a registration fees and no service will be provided against this.
I have a request to please refund my money. Further to this i have a suggestion while briefing the customer about registration fee just give him an idea that there may be further investment based on your profile. Sir, the company for which i am complaining is providing jobs to the peoples. So i has also applied for job in shine.com and sent my resume. The company has grabbed rs19000 from me against cost of interview and other formalities with company but they had not provided me any job and are not returning my hard earned money. I had made a lot of calls to company for this matter, company told that are not responsible for this. Plz look into the matter and help me for returning my money. I shall be thankful to you for this.

Dated 9/1/2018 i got a call from mr rahul gupta ([protected]) informing me that shine.com has number of opportunities in my local town and they are in the search for suitable candidates. And he said that as i am having rich experience in the field i will be the right candidate for the higher positions and will approach the companies and submit my details. Prior to that i have to get registered to shine.com with the payment of rs. 2714 and later will send me the details of the companies and after my confirmation will process with the procedure. He also said he will be arranging an interview of 2 rounds immediately after the registration payment of rs.2714 is made which i also agreed with him and proceeded with the payment through online payment. Once the payment was made i had asked him for the details of the companies where he said to go through their site and need verification and create referal to be carried out on the shine.com site with the additional payment of rs. 10900 which i clearly denied to pay. But he started convincing me that the verification is a must for processing and need the payment to be made. When i asked him why was it not said to me initially before the first payment he started saying some nonsense stories which himself he is not clear about. Later once i said him that i don't have rs.10900 presently, after long conversations he started informing me that i can make some discounts now that i can pay the half amount now and the rest will be once i arrange for the money. Since i didn't agree with his words he started to inform that i can have a full belief on him and make payments and the second payment will be reimbursed to me back as soon as i get the job. Finally my words was, demanding him to arrange an interview with the companies with the registration amount paid where he suddenly disconnected the call and never responded me back.

Presently i am getting several unwanted emails from shine but nothing belonging to my profession and interview call. Help me out from this fake recruiter and help me in refunding me payment of rs.2714
Fyi all the conversation between both o[censored]s are been recorded in my cell phone and ready to produce if required.

I updated my profile on shine.com and received a call regarding interview in two mncs. They asked me to submit 2700 through paytm for security amount which is refundable. Then they asked me to transfer a amount of 6500 through upi for profile verification certificate which is also refundable. Now their phones are switched off and no response from their side. Please refund my 9200.

I have applied for the post of operation branch manger in axis bank through shine.com one of their recruiter vision media technology. I got a mail from you are short listed for that post from vision media technology, their hr swathi mehra ([protected]) told to pay rs.2550/- as registration fee. They will conduct inteterview within 3 working days after payment. I had made payment on 24th may, still they did not conduct any interview. They did not reply for call or mail. Please kindly rectify the issue and refund my amount.

As per shine executive name shiva mobile number, [protected] i was paid 3651 amount and they was committed to me that you will get better opportunity within 7 working days. After that they suggest me to pay more 6500/- for document verification. I was said that before payment there was no complications happen about documents verification price. Now 10 days pass neither shiva not his senior attend my call. It has just blannder done with me from shine team. Till today i am neither getting any opportunity nor getting any call from shine

If i will not get any proper response then i will go in consumer court in base of mail - record call history and complain mail.

I hope i will get proper response on my complain

I got a call from shine.com executive regarding arranging interviews with companies for which they told, me to pay some amount which i have paid them in instalments of rs5575 rs 4227 rs 9596 and rs5575 which amounts to rs rs24973.in dec 2017.
Still it has been 6 months they have not arranged any interview as per their promise. So i told them to refund my amount of rs 24973 but they are still saying that they will arrange interview when i will pay some more amount to them. I think they have made a fraud with me.
So i want my money back so that i am registering a complaint on this.
Please take some appropriate action against this fraud made by shine.com

I have paid to this company more than 90000/- for immigration and job services. But i found that so many companies offering job through shine.com is fake.
After complaining about this, i have asked about the refund of my payment. And they are not answering properly and also they are telling the wrong procedure for refund.
Please dont use any kind of services from shine.com and also dont trust any person calling from shine.com. They are frauds.

I got a sms of airport cabin crew job from shine, then i contact to a guy named vivek rai, he asked me to paid 5000 on 17 may, 2018, after 2-3 days he asked me to pay 17000, then also i paid, after that he again asked me to pay 15000, i paid that time also. Then after few days he againly asked me to pay 11000 thousand, then i denied to pay the money,. 1st time he told me that all the will be refundable. But now he denied to refund my money. So plz save otherwise i have leave my house.

Hey i want to share my experience with you guys... I applied job through shine has a cabin crew and i sent resume my marks in sslc puc and my i'd photos after that i sent my resume first i had to pay the registration fee 2000 and then a girl named anjali was contacting me and was giving me a information like you have online test so i attempted the online test and got selected then she said for next interview pay 6500 then u will get a call from jetairways company thy will take our interview... The person called me took my interview through call and asked questions later he said ur selected... After that for my medical test they said u have to pay 14500 and ur money will be refunded to ur face to face interview so i paid all these money and next day got a cal again saying u have to pay 24500 and ur total amount will be refunded... But then there i got doubt on this people and told them i can't afford to pay huge amount again and told them to refund... So they told ok and said to send a mail saying u want to cancel this so i sent a mail to infinityjobservice. [protected]@outlook.com and then the girl named anjali was transfering her call to her hr named ishitha and karan they said u will get ur refund on april[protected] and same day i called them but she said because of govt holiday today u will not receive but on may 2 u will receive and i called them same day but it ws coming switch of not reachable and i tried contacting through other number and in many ways am contacting them even now but unfortunately i was fooled by those people... And my request to you guys is don't b fooled by the people who ask money for job be alert guys and those who collect money from such way will not b good hweva god will and should punish i have lost my money and am from a middle class family i have lost huge amount of money i duno how to give all the total amount of money to the person i borrowed from... I got call on 29th may for job assistance charges & i agreed then i paid 2903 amount..in evening again i receive call from shine.. He told many things & open again window for money 8374 rs.
That i also paid.. Then again on 30th may i again receive call from same number.. Then now he asked for another amount 15990..
Then i denied.. He said you will not get back your amount & you have to pay that

Again the shine people are calling me for giving their service based on my previous paid one. They won't give any money back to my account. Always trying to loot money from job seekers with their current situation. Have started complaint against those people who are looted my money in a legal way with strong evidence. One of evidence is ' the payment link will expire within 5minutes'. Intension of this word is, they won't allow us to discuss with friends or neighbor before made payment with shine.

I got a call from this number "[protected]". A person said that we are calling from shine.com and we can offer you great opportunities in various mnc's. You just need to provide your documents and deposit rs.3500 amount. When i said that i don't want to avail such services, then he continued pursuing me and told if you want a better future then you should avail our services.
When i firmly denied him, he ended the call by saying that you can never get a job. So, i called him back to say that you have to say things nicely to a person and be more gentle and professional. After that he started abusing me and threatened me. I had to cut the call because he was cheap and argument was going on and on and i didn't want to waste my time on such losers.
This number be identified and proper actions should be taken so that these people should not be doing such lame activities with other people.

These things are ruining shine.com status and value in the market. Job seekers would definitely going to remove their accounts from shine.com and move to other job portals. Such a bad experience.

I got cheated by a person named amit singh from shine.com, at first he called me and assured me of some job once i make a payment of 3100 approx and later on same day he called again and told me to pay 6600 approx more and said this the final payment and at that time i was about to finalise my job somewhere through naukri.com so i told him to wait for a day or two but he said sir please make the payment the employeers are ready and bla bla and if you get your job assured from somewhere then have faith in me i will return you amount for sure.in a span of only arounf 2 days i got confirmed from another opportunity and asked him to make refund of my payment of approx 10, 000 in total & he said okay i will do that.

Now its already a month passed and i didn't got my refund yet, in this way while taking the money they didn't even want to wait for a single day & sit on your head to make the payment and at the time of refund its already a month & no response from their side and now this amit singh stopped replying to my messages as well.

First of all i installed shine app, aviation requirement one day call, name sarika sarma that girl was calling me, sir 3 round only, i was rally expect 1st round online exam, 2 nd round hr call you sir, 3 rd round
Face to face you going to chennai International Airport that girl was said,
First sir you pay the money 2500 rupees i was paid,
Next you pay sir 6500 rupees document movement fees,
Next you pay amount 13500 medical fees,
That girl sent my mail id one call letter, that was fraud my friend asked,
Next time that girl was sir you last amount 25000 rupees training period amount my mistake this amount i pay,
