Hi this is subramanian i applied for a job in abroad on 18.0518 through shine.com.in the beginning they asked me to pay the sum of 5192 which i paid.. Then the same day again they asked me to pay the sum of 11706 which i paid again.. Like this i have paid the sum of 80000 above to you people and lost it.. Again you people asking 50000... How many time you people said this is final this final... After paid again one process pay some of amount... What doing shine.com, you cheating innocent candidate... If i dont get my cash back in the next 7 working days then i'm going to sue you people the amount of 30 lakhs for wasting my time and also bring you people to court and make sure your left behind bars.. You people are cheating the unemployed candidates promising them to get a job and cheating them i want my money back pls refund it.. Few months back i received call from career extension for kotak mahindra bank job thru shine.com. I have spend money 190000. For everything i have proof. I need those money to be refunded. These abhishek bhatiya and animesh rawat are the guys to this fraud activities. Animesh no. [protected] his number is not reachable for the past two months. I need my money pls help me to process it. He is from delhi.

Got call form shine.com careerlpus navigator and told to pay 1950rs as initial payment i had paid that money after thats i got call form hr to pay amont of 5250rs paid as verification amount i paind that also and i got again hr call v. K mehra and he sad that again send money 11350 rs for face to face interview and i paid that but now v. K verma no response my call 2 dayz please help and refund my money

Why is shine.com not doing anything when number of innocent people are being cheated everyday???

I got a call from recruitment services and a lady asked me to pay rs 2000 initially for registration to the company for the job services they were providing and asked me mail my resume and documents to so and so email id - hr. [protected]@outlook.com
They asked me to send the money on this bank account state bank of india a/c name-menka majhi

Ifsc code-sbin0000227 for online test and then told me that i qualified the online interview.
And the very next day they said i got selected for the call interview for jet airlines for which i need to pay rs5600 which is a refunfable amount and asked me to make my transaction through bank. I payed the money and i got finshed the call interview and they told me i got selected.
Lately i realized that this was a scam and i have been cheated badly. Please help me to get my money back and take action against this company.
And also save the life of many innocent people who are being cheated through in the name of shine.com.

This is Mallika from ballari.i have seen in job seeker about shine. Come recruitment for bank jobs so contacted one of the number which is mentioned their in details the number is [protected] her name is Shruthi I spoke to her she said we have vacancy for kotak Mahindra bank, and she arranged telephonic interview I spoke to Srivastav he has said u have selected for this job as a senior officer for this u have to pay 2600 for job application.i paid and they have sent fake email regarding that job to trust them.agian he asked me to pay 16850 as a security deposite again I paid because we trust them. He said this money will be refunded after ur face to face interview in kotak Mahindra bank. Again he asked me to pay 21850 as a security deposit that also I paid she said i[censored] pay this we will send u all the hard copies such as offer letter, gate pass, appoint letter within 3 days I didn't get. After that paying one of the person called frm Mumbai main branch his name called Abhishek when I spoke to him again he Asked me to pay 31500 as a security deposit.they asked us to pay 2600+16850+21950.i paid all the money but I didnt get any job these people made us fraud plz help us refund our money am a poor girl. Plzz take care of all these fake Companies these making us fraud and they stolen our money plzz we request govt to respond all these fake.I will tell all the names who had called and contact numbers also

I got a call from a guy called ashish on 12th april 2018 saying that they saw my profile in the shine., com. He said there are opportunities in essar oil. Then i sent my updated cv to [protected]@shineopening.com. Then another guy called me (His name was rahul ranjan) saying that you have to pay 2600 for the verification code. He said the money will be refunded when i join essar group. He also said the interviewer will ask the verification code at the time of interview. I paid the 2600 via internet banking. Then they some questions for the interview. On 13th april i got mail from ajit mishra from essar group saying that a phone inter will be conducted on 14th april.

On 14th april afternoon, i got the call from rahul ranjan from shine.com said to hold for ajit mishra hr from essar. Then he connected the call to ajit mishra. He interviewed me. Asking the normal hr questions nothing technical regarding to my field of experience (Petroleum field). The interviewed me for 15min. Then ajit mishra told me that he will show my interview to to other peoples in hr department and will call you on 16th april.

On 16th april i got a mail from ajit mishra saying that i have been selected to work in essar group. I got a call from rahul ranjan also. He sent me a mail which had essar group employment form and another form axis back to open salary account. On the same day afternoon i got another call from rahul ranjan saying that i have to pay rs.7800 for the verification of my documents (Degree certificate, experience certificate, old offer letter, aadhaar card, etc). I paid the 7800rs. He said that the verification will be done by stepahead department of times of india. He also said the money will be refunded when i join essar group.

And on 24th april i got mail from [protected]@shineopening.com saying that the document verification is finished and i am selected for employment in essar group and he sent me an offer letter from essar. He also called me from mobile number and told me the same.

On 25th april i got a call from rahul ranjan from shine.com he said he will connect me to ajit mishra from essar. Ajit mishra said i have to sign a bond agreement and pay rs.48000 for the bond. I paid 24000 on 25th and another 24000 on 26th april via internet banking. On 26th april after 3pm i got mail from rahul ranjan, it had an attachment of bond agreement details. He said the money will be refunded when i join essar group

On 27th april i got mail from ajit mishra from essar saying that i have to undergo medical fitness test. For this test i have to pay rs.78000.in the mail he said i have to do the medical test from the apollo hospital, navi mumbai branch. When they said i have to pay this much amount for a medical test. He said the money will be refunded when i join essar group. I knew this job opportunity is fake. Because no good company will tell you to pay and do the medical test.

I asked him to tell me which medical test i have to do, i will do it from apollo hospital chennai. He said i have to do this from mumbai itself, u cant do this from others apollo hospital because it will take more than 15 days to get the appointment to do the medical test. I called the apollo hospitals in chennai and mumbai. They said there is no such medical test for rs.78000.

I said i dont have the money to pay for the medical told them to pay for now and deduct from my salary. Then i got a mail after 4pm from [protected]@shineopening.com, saying that they will pay the half of the rs. 78000. But i have to pay the rest. I mailed them and told i dont have the money to pay. I dont want the job and please refund all the money i paid before. The next day rahul called me and told they will refund my money within a week, but no money was refunded untill now and the phone they used are switched off now.

1. The job 95% of the job opportunities listed in the shine.com are fake.
2. Shine.com does not do any kind of verification (Jobs posted are actually real) of the jobs posted in their site.
3. I called shine.com many times none picked up the phone. The automatic recorder told me to tell my problem. No call backs.
4. I called essar multiple times they will connect me to essar oil hr department but no one picks up the phone.
5. These people have original documents from essar and bill from shine.com. Where did they get them
6. I got mail from [protected]@shineopening.com, *@essar.com, [protected]@timesofindia.com

These people are a big gang cheating a lot of people many peoples. These people are living in noida.

I have attached the relevant photos of mail and documents omitting my personal details. Please dont fall into trap like this and lose money.

Threatened activity from freelancer hemant kumar - client of shine.com [protected]@alerts. Shine.com

Respected sir/mam,

I (Meenakshi sharma chadha) got an email from freelancer hemant kumar - client of shine.com [protected]@alerts. Shine.com by hr rajat for vacancy then i sent my resume ([protected]@gmail.com) to them on this email id [protected]@gmail.com. I took an appointment by calling him (Rajat). He sent me interview venue on this number [protected]. He's number was [protected]. As discussed i visited interview venue and there i meet to ms. Mannat, suggested me a job for back-end executive in noida sec-5. Then she filled a form of acs tech info and asked for 600 rs. She said, "we have to take charge for assurance so that we'll not leave job before a month and 1000 rs for another round at training venue (Given in receipt)." they promised to me for noida location sec - 5 and joining from monday (23/4/2018). I submitted 500 rs. she arranged telephonic round for me then i cleared my first round and gave me filled form of acs tech info as receipt along-with contact number (Mentioned on the receipt) of hr sonu kaushik [protected]. She said, "we have to attend another round on saturday (21/4/18) at 2:00 in tilak nagar." they sent to me for training purpose on saturday (21/4/2018) at tilak nagar. I visited at tilak nagar. From there i got the address of laxmi nagar office with contact number. Then i called on given contact number which was [protected] (Yogesh) by my own number [protected]. Then i told all this to hr rajat. They promised to me for noida location sec - 5 and joining from monday (23/4/2018). Then he sent another noida location without any contact number and i asked to provide it. He said, "i'll try" but after 2 days he refused.

When i complained against them in the complaint board on april 30, 2018 i received 600 via paytm but 1000 was still pending. Due to pay rent, i wanted to get my money back as soon as possible. They said, "we will refund your 1000 back after 25 days."

The vishal sir telephoned on 14th and threatened me to cancel my grievance from the site otherwise i will make you a case of defamation. Next day he refunded 1000 back via paytm.

My name is r. Matheen. I am from chennai. I got a job offer from shine.com. The person who spoke to me was mr. Mohammed sami ([protected]). He explained me about the job and he explained about the job process and for each process he asked me pay some amount. For each process i paid money. So totally i paid around 1 lakh 25 thousand rupees. After getting the huge amount there was not proper response from mr. Sami. So i felt this could be fake so i told sami to refund my money. Sami told you have to pay 20700/- rs for shine consultation fee then only we will refund your money. During that time i didn't had money. So i told him to deduct that 20700/- from my money which i paid (Ie.1, 25, 000) and you transfer rest of the amount. He asked me to wait. He told it will take 3 months time. After 3 months also i didn't get.

After that i logged a complaint in shine customer care after two days i got a call from customers care representative from this no [protected]. He explained why refunding process was delayed because i didn't pay that consultation fee 18% i. E 20700/_ rs. He told like that so i thought that could be my mistake. Now even in a problematic situation also i paid that amount after paying that amount also still i didn't get my money customer care person also not responding properly. Something he is blabbering i want my money back. I have all the transaction details, complaint details, messages details, voice recording i want immediate response from shine job consultancy.
Already i have filed a complaints but customer service representative was blackmailing me if you remove complaints then only you'll get your money. So i have removed complaints.
Fyi i have given all my details like bank details, all my documents, all transaction details, my residential details everything is original. But still i didn't get my money back. Customer service representative is telling you'll get it by courier but still i didn't get my money.

So totally i have to get 1 lakh 59 thousand as per your customer service representative. Kindly give my money asap.

This in reference to my complaint dated 07.05.2018 regarding cheating by your hr employee mr. Vishal kapoor to provide the job. For which i have been charged a sum of rs. 3422+ 12154/- for providing the services by your company. Since i have not received any call from any where, you are requested to refund my amount charged by you through paytm. Please note that if no response is received from your side i shall be compelled to lodge the complaint with with crime cell in this regard.

Call and mail received from shine people saying that, for profile activation I have to pay RS.2600/- so I do accordingly after that they continuously giving invoiced around for RS 30000 for different services and I paid same - nowthey giving one more invoice saying GST certification ... I am totally confused and and I don't want to continue with your service - kindly refund my amount

They had given me a commitment to refund my amount
On 18th aprli 2018 they asked me to wait for 15 days, i did that, then on 4th may 2018 they asked me to wait for another one week for the refund.

Its been over a month now since they committed for the refund and now neither my calls nor my emails are being answered.

Nobody is taking any responsibility nor they are responding, they are not taking up my calls as well

I had register myself with shine.com for the job in canada & paid approx 46 thousands for the registration. They had asked me that i will get the emails of vacancies which relevant to my profile.

After registration they received my calls for few days and they have started to send me the emails of vacancies. I am a materials management professional and they were sending the mail for the jobs in restaurants, retail shops... Etc which were really not relevant to me.
I had tried a lot of time to connect them but did not get any answer from their end. All the time their bosses were busy in meetings and had no time to attend their customer.

Three days ago, finally someone picked the call and asked me that i still have to pay 24 thousand rupees to them. What the hell. Instead of solving my problem he was asking me for the dues. This is totally fraud.

Mr. Abhishek had registered me on shine & he was calling me from [protected].

Shine executive executive is calling and asking me for available time.
When i agree for any specific time slot, he never calls back.
On last saturday, he called me - i said we can discuss now. But he
Disconnected the phone and never called back.

This is a fraud company... Don't take their services... Raised complaint... But in vain...

This happened day before yesterday(7/5/2018).
I happened to register in shine.com and uploaded my recent CV, and day before yesterday(7/5/2018) I got a call from a lady MANISHA DUBEY[protected] saying she is from shine.com and they are offering me job in Aditya Birla.she made me register in a site called http://cvjobs.in/Index.aspx (CVjobs).and told me that in order to attend the interview i have to register i will have to pay 2500inr, which i did by using my debit card.later she connected me to another women, she said she was the HR linking the client companies...and made me pay rs 21600 including gst for processing my CV to the Aditya Birla company and later after payment asked me to pay 10700 inr to make sure that i get telephonic interview id from the companies senior manager who was a male.later he asked me to pay 20000 in the name of M/s Pragat thats were i got doubted, they were even helping me by giving 50% discount for me.
i could hear some female voices while talking to the lady .she said her name as SHANAYA(WHEN I ENQUIRED).later when i asked her to refund my money she said unless i pay 10000 and attend the telephonic interview she will not pay any money back. Manisha Dubey[protected] is the number in which i got the call from shine.
..[protected]; this is Shanayas number, she gave me this number (personal number)inorder to make sure i get the money after the telephonic interview.

Please help me in getting my money back.
I hope reputed organization like SHINE .com will of course help in getting my money back as this type of frudent happening in the name of Shine.

Dear sir this is to bring to your kind notice that today morning ive received a call from mr. Ritesh contact[protected] and i was guided to pay rs.4196 which i have done through net banking, he told me that i will be getting one more call only for guiding me in this regard, later ive received a call from mr. Deepesh contact [protected] who again told me to do online payment for 10, 000 which im not intrested in doing so, as im un aware of total payment in this regard. If i was guided by mr. Ritesh initially regarding total payment/expenditure/expense i would have not gone ahead in this approach.

So i request you to kindly cancel my request for subscription and refund me back rs.4196 which i paid today morning.

Before 2weeks i had a phn receive.. Then he told me to he say to shine.com and many types of promises to provide a job and he 5000 rupees also take through paytm [protected] this no so he told me to his name rajiv dixit. And he told to delhi gurgaon location but now his no is switch off.. What should i do plz help me for my refund money and safe and secure to shine from the fraud agents.
