I have received a call from shine during end of december 2017 and i guy called arul kumar was pestering for job offers. After much persuance i paid an amount of during 3rd jan 2018. I have mailed my resume posted all calls ceased and i only get junk calls from different agencies asking for more money. Please repay the amount. Stop harressing people in the name of job offers.

I got a call from person named ranjeeth singh from shine.com he said i'm short listed for havells india limited interview through phone they asked me to pay 2500/- which would be refunded if selected or not. Today morning i called more than 10 times he didn't lift the call after that i received a call from the same number it's rahul sharma who said ranjeeth singh is on leave and now i'm selected money is not refundable i need to pay 9200/- for job confirmation now i lost faith completely. Now i need my 2500/- back. I lost my valuable time. They scared me by saying my name would be in black list if i reject they offer.
I'm waiting for quick response and i demand my money back

This is vishal sutar from pune as soon as i registered on shine.com i received call from indeed, naukri, job india and then shine. I leterally ignored the call thinking it's fake however the call from shine.com i felt gunion the person looked confident who's name was rahul and told me about shine paid service.

He guided me to website www.naukrione.com. where he made me register my basic details and make me pay 2700 for registration and than 8378 for e profile service i paid all this via hdfc debit card. The merchant was showing e study tools when i was paying the money online.

I want to confirm if it's paid service from shine.

On 20th evening i registered myself with shine.com and started to receive back to back calls from indeed, naukri, job india and last from shine.com.

The person name was rahul and told me about shine paid service. He made me registered on www.naukrione.com with a registration fee of 2714 rs and then for service cost for 8378 rs. When i was paying it online the merchant showed was e tools. They sounded professional and i believed it because i thought i have just registered with shine and that's why i received this call about shine paid service. But am sacred this is fraud, i have attached photos for your reference.

Even if shine claims it's not them than how come they got my information and called me as soon as i registered with them. It clearly shows that people information and data is sold online by these reputed companies. I want my refund back or let me know how i have to file case.

When i googled about shine paid service, am scared seeing the complaints similer to my incident.

Then after i have not received the call from your exexutive.

Addison group through shine asked to pay 1500 for civil engineering job in l&t for job process. They asked to pay through paytm 2-3 numbers were given after initial ones already exceeded monthly payment limit (They are successfully fooling many)
After online test in indiabix.com they again asked to 900 routes for certificate verification.
Then i realised that this was fraud and they are simple asking for money. When i requested to refund the money they abused my family.

The fact is that it is almost a week since I payed 20, 000 and no response I got from shine.com regarding your services, only phone calls I get for services but nothing has been done so far. Resume writing not done, study material I have not received, and no calls from any company all across India. Now, I am feeling really cheated from shine.com. Only you have forwarded resume to consultancies which are also also asking to pay money to them. This is a big scam I am feeling. Because I have not received a single call from any company all across India.

Today my sister went for a walk in interview for reliance jio company as the person has told my sister on phone and we went there
The place was not like a office but was like a agency like thing and the interview was a waste of time no technical questions were asked
Only two minutes interview (So called) and the madam explained us that we have to pay 1000 bucks for getting a job interview on phone and if my sister was rejected they will refund the money. The call interview was waste of time to because the interviewer asked simple qustions and confimed the job and told us to submit the photocopy of documents in the andheri location office
But we want our money because this was fraud interview te only aim was to make money out o[censored]s

So people out their dont rust this site and dont go for ay such interviews through shine.com
As the name is shine they are the real thief in the job world

Ltd a proper fraud company. After that when i received their mail the mail was not from shine.com and after that i cross questioned they got frustrated in their own answers and said i am blind and abused as well in text messages. They have charged 1500 for registration and 1650 for laptop verification which is refundable. After this procedure they asked for 7500 for profile verification but i said no i can’t afford give my money back which i had paid. They said send a mail regarding this and mention the reason in it. Refund will proceed in 45-90 days... 60 days was completed yet no amount is refunded. Their mobile no. Is also switched off and no reply on mail..

Shine.com complaint status update [id: 1834939 date: 13/01/2018
My previous logged complaint against shine.com is not yet solved and still waiting for the action from the from shine.com team in refunding my amount inr. 2715 back to me.

I have got several calls from shine.com team but finally with so solution the complaint as altered to resolved stage in the website.

My sincere request for consumer complaint team is to look after the matter and get me my amount of inr. 2715 refunded back at the earliest.

As these days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them.

Many thanks for your valuable response but please note that the number which i received a call was from [protected] which is registered in the name of shine.com as per the records . The person who called me had asked me to get registered with ProNaukri.in and then details requested below are as follows,

My registered email id: [protected]@gmail.com and bank transaction statement was
Transaction of INR 2714.00 at E Study tools on my card.

Transaction details as as below,
Date: 09 Jan 2018
POS (hdfc card #) E Study Tools POS DEBIT
Cheque no./ Reference # 484545.

But the person mr. Anuj told me about no any other payment required.

But after some time they are demanding more money for payment.
And they are not opening my linkedin payd service life time account.
