I received a call from shine (Name of expert: abhisek and senior executive: alok ananad) stating they provide a good job interviews for various companies, provided we pay an amount of 4300 for the service. Which i have paid but i have not received and help or no contact made from them once the amount was paid from my end. When i call they either disconnect the call or say the person i request to speak to is not available and ask for the contact number for a call back but no further contact made from there end. Kindly take this up as complain from end and provide a refund of the money which i have paid.

Please transfer my all amount rs 23, 800 to my account. I paid rs.1800 firstly for bank form apply and after that the link is shared by [protected]@outlook.com to give test online. When i completed that test then again they called me through [protected] this number and asked me how much marks have you obtained? I told her that my marks are 19/20. After that she told me that you have qualified for telephonic round. Hr neha singh sent me confirmation mail through email [protected]@outlook.com to pay rs. 6500 and this is refundable at the visiting time. After few hours the telephonic round is also completed. Next day on 1st march, 2018 she told me that you have qualified for telephonic round. And next hr raj singh told me to pay rs. 15500 for document verification and this is also refundable at the visiting time. I also paid that but after few time she again told me to pay some amount i. E., rs. 23000 but i had not paid that and i told her that i want to cancel this offer because i am very poor and i have no lots of money to invest in this thing. As it had said by her that every amount is refundable at the visiting time. After that i called her but she was not receiving my call. I want to please take some action on this and transfer my all amount rs 23, 800 that was paid by me. I had also sent sms that i am complaining your this habit to police station.

Whenever i update my resume through shine, then from that time i just get a call for providing job. Recently, i got a call and mail from shineplacement mr. Atul verma as he told his name, he told that i will get a mail from tata pronects and he demand rs of 2600 in account. I got a mail from tpl hr abhinay vijayakar.in that mail he mentioned interview shedule time after conducting interview, a selection mail i got and from shineplacement atul demand to deposit rs.2600. When i deposit that amount from that time his all contacts details switched off. It means from your name from your mail domain and also from company reputed mail domain fraud work is going on.

The company will no any one to job provide they want money soft target emotion s people make fool the firstly say registration fees only you pay rs 3000 next they demanding 12500 for one time pay for security purpose one time pay again they demanding 26000 final security purposes they pay for company whom vacancy providing last total amount payable rs 41000 next again demanding 13500 i refuse to pay for this position so requesting to refund they say ok refunding you shortly 3 months goes they are not responding any type

Hy my self vikram and i get a call from shine.com for that my profile has been selected for hdfc bank back office operations. They told to pay 1600 as a security amount and same i done as per their procedure after some days they told again to pay 5000 for telephonic interview and i also confirmed that did i have to pay again after that they said no. But after some time they call me again to pay 6500 for offered letter. After that they call me again n said that u have to pay again 10200 for corporate account opening. I did same and ensure from them did i pay any more they said no. After some time ask to pay 12400 for appointment letter now wil u please tell me what the hell is this going on again now they are asking me to pay 16850 for gate pass
I get a call from chaya and ankita and mr. Vikas please confirm me otherwise wise i'm going to raise a complaint against u in police station

I applied for job in shine.com.. I got msg from careerrecruitment for airport ground staff job. I paid 2000 rupees.. And then they askd for 6000 rupees, when i asked for details, dey r not responding correctly.. Its a total fraud company.. I want the refund of my amont 2000 rupess.
Then i called them contiuosly,, they r asking for 6000 and not responding correctly. There is no assurance of job.. They are asking money for every round.. This is completley fake. Please dont belive it.. And i want my money back and i m going to complaint about it to police and i have evry call record and payment copy and email.

Hi, my name is neha sharma. I got a call from shine about the reference service costing rs 3103 for 6 months. I was explained that my profile will be taken care by experts and my resume will be re done by them. I will be given login id and paasword for my dashboard where i can apply for jobs and my resume will be forwarded to the companies. Simultaneously i will be shared the contact number of the top management people (Or person taking careof hiring process) for the company.. I was told that they will arrange an call back from expert to whom i need to tell all my requirements about the job profile and expectations about salary package, etc.
Today i receive a call from an experst asking me to pay rs 12000 for the resume service.
My concern is regarding that only.
Why this cost was not told to me??
Is rs 12000 is so low for you that you choose to ignore and tell to customer.
Why it was told previously that in rs 3103 amount which i paid my resume will be re - done?
The sales pitch of the service offered was such that i need to pay this amount only and no extra payment is required to be done.

It was very very very disappointing, after i told i cant pay rs 2000 i wes told bluntly that i case i dont pay they dont take any responsibility ofd the job. There is no guarantee that i willbe contacted for the interview or conatcted by the company. If this rs 12000 hidden cost service was the baseline for everything, according to which job offerrs will be done, dont you think this should have been communicated.
Please address to this issue on priority. I am so much disappointed with the behavious and approach of the executives that i am reluctant to take any chance and take this sevice forward. Pleasearrange for my refund as i am not sure there may me more hidden cost to it. Customers cant be fooled this way.

There is a service promise from Shine and they have taken 37k, today i received a call from a number +[protected], assuring that whatever amount has been paid by youwill be refunded back,
To my surprise, in order to do so they ask you to pay first 9999 to a paytm account of kamlesh from noida through any of your debit card number, dont get into all these fraud calls any way where they promise to refund the same plus all other amount taken previously to the same account

Hello, i got a call from shine recruiter her name is archana and she talk to me rudely & she doesn't know how to talk with a customer. I think she makes me a fool for a job. I don't think the original recruiter can talk like this. I want to say only you have got some bad recruiter who doesn't know how to talk with their customer. So if you want a good review for your recruiter then make some action on this.

Got a cal from a number [protected] at 11:30 am, i answer the cal other side mr rahul was speaking, he was started to telling me that my resume got selected for techmahendra for hr role, and he was taking money rs 3000 for schedule interview and after interview he was taken 5000rs for verification.and i trasfered total 8000rs money to shine bank account which he was given acount details.later i got to know thats fake.i asked him to refund my amount but he is saying will refund you tomorrow .but im not willing on his words.please make him to refund my amount.

Ko shine.com we arjun s nath ki tarf se call aya tha aur unhine muje 2500 job karne k liye kaha jab maine 2500 pay kiye to unhone muje ek fake company ka form diya fir unhone apne dusre partner ke jariye muje online company ke hr department se fake naam se interview karvaya uske bad unhone 2 round k liye mujse 5800 pay marne k liye kaha aur jab 2 round ho gaya to unhone muje company ka offer letter dene me liye mujse 8800 pay karne k liye kaha.8800 pay karne k bad unhone ek duplicate offer letter banakar muje de diya. Uske bad jab unhone muje noc letter conform karne k liye kaha to unhone muje 11800 pay kane k liye kaha. Lekin mein jab us company ke office pahunch tab pata chala ki ye sare letter aur email fraud the aur is me mere total 17100 amont chala gaya so please refound my money...

Explanation-

I have got a call from an employee of company (Shine.com) saying that she is calling from shine.com and informed me that i have been selected for an interview in cabin crew of three airline services indigo spicejet and air india for the position of cabin crew/ground staff and air ticketing. She demanded for 1800 for registration in which she mentioned that at any situation the amount is refundable, therefore i agreed on and i paid the amount. She asked for three round of interview, first was on email id, she sent some 20 questions and i have to answer that than she asked for document verification and she told of paying 4500 immediately therefore i denied. And when i called back and asked my money they misbehaved with me and has shouted on me loudly. Please do something about it. I have all the call recordings available on phone.

Desirable resolution - request a refund plus that employee should be treated accordingly.

Today one of team member (Sreejan Kumar) (though sent me email in name of Dheeraj ojha )from Shine.com called me and asked about their paid job service for one time payment of Rs. 4148, but he never informed me about next level payment of Rs. 6101. He never informed me that Rs. 4148 is only for registration in Shine. Even I asked him about regards to any further payment is there or not and he did not informed me anything.

I think I am cheated by Shine because their team member hiding information collected money from me. I have a trust on Shine and don't expect this kind of behavior from Shine.

Now I am begging justice from you, I hope you will not dissatisfy me.

I complaint last week for my RS 2700 which should not refund till now.
and today again call from shine.com and main thing was true caller also display name "shine"

All ready lodge completed but no any response please refund my amount 41000/-company amount verious type amount demanding firstly 3000/- next 12500/- next 13000/- next again 13000/- total 41000/- paid then again demand 13500 final pay I refuse to paid this amount due to any time they say this is last payment you again when paid amount again and demand amount how trust this company job higher totaaly fraud

My self lopeshkumar. I got called from dinesh from shine.com and inform about abroad service and advise about registration charges 3056/, after that he just passed my file to mr. Ajay.
And mr. Ajay convenieced me to pay the charges, which i paid on 01/03/2018.
After that he also suddenly told about documentation charges till 9800/.
I told him, i cannot effort them but he convinced to pay the charges 4500/
After you review you website and complain. Asking charges day to day not informing to proper to us. I don't want any further process. Request you to just cancelled my registration and total amount back to my amount.

Hai sir, This is Sai from Andhra pradesh sir one person called me her name is ridhima Roy she is saying that I'm from shine .com your selected l&the company as a Quality Engineer and do she said you have pay 2500 then I have paid then she said tomorrow you will get offer letter that time I'm very happy but next day she called and she was saying that you have to pay profile verification 11990 thenot i have paid sir at 2pm she sent l&t offer letter that time i didn't understand but after few days she called you have to pay bond verification 25, 500 then i have paid then she is saying that on February 23Rd you will get courier in that you will get offer letter, bond letter, salary a/c kit and company Id card. On February 23Rd I didn't get any courier I called her she didn't pick up my call and I called through other names she picked up and using abuse words.
