I got call from shine.com about the recruitment process and that I am shortlisted for the interview in mahindra company by the resume selection process. They have force me to give 800rs and sure me that amount will be refundable within 24hrs if I am not selected for the recruitment. They have conducted my telephonic interview and asking for more 1200rs. They have send each and every document from shine.com. should I give 1200rs more for the recruitment process. They need 2000 as security deposit.

I am indrajeet pathak, i got call from recruiters.in company.
They offer me job for amezon and flipkart company. So for that they request to pay some fees. For that i paid 2500 for registration fees and after that 8000 for profile identification and 5200 for cancellation fees, and last for refund id that is 5500 total 21, 200 ₹
Please help me to get my refund.

The day i uploaded my cv on shine.com i got a call from one of the person saying he is talking from shine recruitment and they shortlisted my profile for interview calls, as these calls are outside of job openings from portal i have to pay 2100 to to shine. They asked me to send the money to account number: [protected], account holder's name: shine recruitment, ifsc code: sbin0005976.
The account details and all the communication mails are sent from [protected]@mail.com.
After i paid the amount to shine, no one is picking up the call.
The numbers from which they communicate me are: +91-[protected], +91-[protected], +91-[protected].
I want shine to help me to get the money refunded, as they are using the name of shine everywhere, email, bank account.
I also have a doubt/question without shine helps how come they get to know all my details, they have exactly the same details what i have uploaded in shine's portal.

Please refund my money.

I registered online with shine jobs following which i received calls from their representatives. A particular arpita das and her supposed senior mr deepak sharma told me they had vacancies which matched my requirements. They claimed to set up interviews as soon as i paid them rs 2709. They also promised a refund of the money if i didnot get the desired placement. They called me repeatedly to the point of harassment till i paid them through jdpay. However, after i paid them, they didnot bother to send me the invoice nor have they scheduled any interviews. It has been two weeks since the payment. I agree scheduling of interviews takes time but what about sending across the receipt/invoice of the payment made? I have been constantly calling them but the calls are always disconnected or unattended. Please resolve this issue by either refunding the amount or scheduling the interviews.

Hi this is vivan yadav i applied for a job in abroad on 24.3.18 through shine.com.in the beginning they asked me to pay the sum of 4870 out of which the net amount was 6797 which i paid.. Then the same day again they asked me to pay the sum of 8284 which i paid again.. Like this i have paid the sum of 50000 to you people and lost it.. If i dont get my cash back in the next 7 working days then i'm going to sue you people the amount of 30 lakhs for wasting my time and also bring you people to court and make sure your left behind bars.. You people are cheating the unemployed candidates promising them to get a job and cheating them i want my money back pls refund it.. I have paid the amount of rs2000 to the account (Photos attached), they said this will the refundable amount when you cancel the test. I have cancelled the test for second round still i have not received the amount. I have called many times no one is responding, i don't know know why you are stealing money like this form us, i have been waiting for 4 months for this money, if you also fail to return it back i will take a serious action on it, you have to face the problems.

I received a call from Mr Abhishek Chaudhary stating from shine.com hr hiring team.. where they promise me that they will provide me job in banking sector where he ask to pay rs.2500 as id generation amount which will get refunded in 1st month salary...I paid 2500 via paytm.

Next morning again he ask me to submit rs.8100 as the PRM charges. . I refuse to pay nd ask for refund but he refuses to do so. ..

This kind of calls are totally totally fake calls. .. even I not getting any help from shine team where I mailed them each nd every details of this fake person...

This paid money is my hard earned money now m unable to understand what I shall do..??
How is will get my money how my matter will get resolved..??

This is inform to you that i am ram taul jaiswal from hyderabad, i got a call from your company on 21/3/18 at 15:05 by ms. Aliya sharma for registration that cost of
Rs 10/-, but 20000/- didected from my a/c at 15:30. Same i informed to ms aliya sharm, ms. Soniya khanna (Account dipartment), and mr. Rubbal (Manager) and they promised me that with in 72 hour's but still i didn't received my money.
Please do the needful on it.

But after that another person from called me saying that, he is from shine and i need to pay rs.6500 for activate my account, if i’m not paying this amount my profile will be in hold state. Hello, I am Gurpreet Singh Virk, I made my profileon shine website to get a job.as per my profile shine.com mention various jobs daily, From one of them I contacted a consultant company registered by the name of Muskaan Placement, owner of this consultant is Akshay wakua from kurukshetra Haryana, on your website.I called them, they told me that they are going conduct a interview for me.I pay 2000 rs in the of month of January but till no interview was conducted .I called them many times to refund my money but they refused.so this is my humble request to your company kindly interfare to solve this.Morover kindly verify the consultant before registration.Please do not play with the feeling of job dealers.

Today i had a call from a person asked me that he was an employee of shine india.com. He asked me to pay rupees 2500 for registration then i will pay the entire amount via net banking, after that he asked me to pay further rupees 5600 for documents verification. Then i had a doubt. So i request shine india to look after this matter. And refund my amount.

This is regarding my grievance. Yesterday (4/4/2018) i have paid around 84, 771 towards few services. Initially i was not told about the whole amount.
I believe it was one time amount. But i have realized that unknowingly i have spent a lot of money over it and i am not willing to continue with it.
Hence i request to withdraw from the services which i have not yet availed.

I did not realize initially till the time my balance was over from my account.

Please see the details of amount payed towards the respective services.

All are calling from their personal numbers and they say that the call is being recorded.
When i fall short of money i was asked to pay it from my friend's account too. I have a dropped an email to [protected]@shine.com as well. They said they will get back to me within 48 hours but i did not get any notification as such.

Today (5th of april)
When i called them again, their tone is entirely different and they on face say that they are not going to refund. I did not even pay full amount for the services, so how can they activate my services.

When i said that i will not avail their services they said, its upto me if i do avail or not but the refund is not possible.

My question is what kind of example are you setting to your clients/customers. Is this the way you treat people. Is money nothing to you.

When you pay so much money towards a service, you have all the right to ask for it. You cant deny me that.

On april 4, 2018, i got a call from some unknown guy from shine. His mobile no. Was [protected]. He first of all didn't tell his real position or anythng n just asked me to tell what i am doing, and all out of nowhere. He ended the call saying "mai hi puchta rahunga ya tu bhi kuch batayga apne aap". Is this the way any sales guy talks?. I asked that guy what his name is and he refused to tell me and asked me - "are you frustrated that you don't have any job?". Amazing behaviour from shine.com. I then called shine ghaziabad no. And asked them if they knew anybody from this no., to which they replied there is no such no.in their database. I googled the no. And i found that this guy is telesales executive and is on almost every search item that comes up wen you search shine. The email id along with this no. Is - [protected]@gmail.com

I don't know if any one will resolve this unacceptable behaviour

I g=had received a call from [protected] he says that we will provide service and will assure that we will provide hike upto 40%. I had paid 3103 rupees and then they call me from [protected] and ask for further 11000 and then i had paid then they asked me for 18000 and i had paid. But as i had paid 18000 then i realized that they are fake providing fake degree from acca (Uk). When i asked for refund they says that they will not give any rupees.
So i feel that this is a fake company and fraud company.

Please take suitable action against the company and employee who are engaged in fraud.
