Hi team

I im looking new job at web site and register my resume on shine.com after register customer care conact to me and say pay registration fee
After that one by one different person contact from same shine.com i have transfer amount online 7 (51000) time but still not got any job details after that i call to shine.com they ask again pay amount.

Mr Swarup Singh... He is just a big cheater.. HT media plays with the emotion of the people and their hard earn money.

I have paid around 60000 to Mr swarup singh for job assurance. He is asking for another 42000.

They are aying me to pay around 1 lakhs.
HT media is a fake company.
They have not provided me any Job and are totally fraud.. Mr swarup singh is a biggest liar you will see on this earth. He is just a false promise and he just looted my hard earn money. Till now I have not received a single thing out of my 60000. Even their resume writing experience is unprofessional. Even I rejected that 1000 times yet they don't understand anything.
I am totally shock on how HT media is doing just a fraud thing. Even companies like this are fraud.\

I got a call from shine.com (A lady), on 16th march 2018, saying that there are jobs available in the abroad market related to my profile, and that if i register with shine.com now, then i will start getting interview calls (In terms of skype calls, email or on my mobile number as video call) within 5-7 working days and gave me 100% job assurance
She made me pay the initial amount of rs. 6797/-

Then the mr. Shakir called me up from the sales team, and started asking to make more payments, when i started to object against it then he said that my last payment services will be useless if i don’t do this payment and kept on sending invoices one after the other. I had asked him to send me a list of what all services are required for which payments has to be done, then every time he kept on saying that this is the last payment, this is the last payment and at the end mr. Shakir and his team leader mr. Rajesh rana made me pay rs.155610/-, giving me commitment that i will start getting interview calls within 5-7 working days.
From 18th march 2018 to 23rd march 2018 they made me pay rs. 155610/- forcibly. By calling me again and again till 9:00 pm and convincing me that i will definitely start getting interview calls in 5-7 days

But, i have not received any call from any company regarding the interviews im just getting mails from job portals just like i used to get earlier and they had made me pay for services like six sigma, regarding which even they dont have any idea how it is related to my profile. Apart from this they both made me pay for issue focused negotiations, saying that they will negotiate salary on my behalf with the companies, but nothing has happened so far. Whatever they have committed to they have not fulfilled it.

Apart from this the staff themselves are unaware of their senior’s designations, people working since 3 years together, doesn’t know the designations of each other.
They were supposed to call me on last monday i. E., 26th of march, but didnt call, i had to call 50 times to get connected to the concerned person, still no response. On wednesday evening i. E., 28th march someone called me in the name of mr. Rajesh rana and spoke very rudely, the very next day another mr. Rajesh rana calls up and says he did not speak to me last eveneing
I had spoken to two people with the same name of mr. Rajesh rana. When i complained about this they are saying that it’s a flaw in their process and will take action, but my point is i have not paid them to show the flaws and loop holes in their system.
They are just ignoring me take taking more time by just dragging my issue. The staffs are totally unaware of what services are relevant and what are irrelevant to a particular candidate.

They have accepted that it was a mistake and blunder from their end. Now i am in a situation where i cannot trust anyone from shine.com, my calls are put on hold for long long time, i had to call 50 times to reach mr. Rajesh rana or mr. Shakir, they are not at all taking any responsibility of the commitments they have given at the time of payments, and i have still not received any interview calls from any company yet.

How can i trust a company where they have confusions and flaws in their own system and they are unaware of all these things, when informed they are saying a junior might have done that, how can a junior do such things and there is no protocol to take any action against this. People like these are working as career counselors in shine.com

They have still not found who has done this and are still asking me to give time, and i am totally frustrated now i cannot give them more time. I just want them to refund my money

I have lost trust in the company and i just want to get the money refunded.

Hi,

Dated 9/1/2018 i got a call from mr rahul gupta ([protected]) informing me that shine.com has number of opportunities in my local town and they are in the search for suitable candidates. And he said that as i am having rich experience in the field i will be the right candidate for the higher positions and will approach the companies and submit my details. Prior to that i have to get registered to shine.com with the payment of rs. 2714 and later will send me the details of the companies and after my confirmation will process with the procedure. He also said he will be arranging an interview of 2 rounds immediately after the registration payment of rs.2714 is made which i also agreed with him and proceeded with the payment through online payment. Once the payment was made i had asked him for the details of the companies where he said to go through their site and need verification and create referal to be carried out on the shine.com site with the additional payment of rs. 10900 which i clearly denied to pay. But he started convincing me that the verification is a must for processing and need the payment to be made. When i asked him why was it not said to me initially before the first payment he started saying some nonsense stories which himself he is not clear about. Later once i said him that i don't have rs.10900 presently, after long conversations he started informing me that i can make some discounts now that i can pay the half amount now and the rest will be once i arrange for the money. Since i didn't agree with his words he started to inform that i can have a full belief on him and make payments and the second payment will be reimbursed to me back as soon as i get the job. Finally my words was, demanding him to arrange an interview with the companies with the registration amount paid where he suddenly disconnected the call and never responded me back.

Presently i am getting several unwanted emails from shine but nothing belonging to my profession and interview call. Help me out from this fake recruiter and help me in refunding me payment of rs.2714

Myself applied resume for branch manager in any financial institutions. Based on resume i have received so many calls from various companies. On 2nd january 2018 received a call from mobile number [protected] in the name of mr. Sanjay is himself introduced as employee of shine.com first conversation with sanjay then he has handover mobile to mathuws lawrence who is also another employee of your company who is made interview with me for about one hour. He told me my resume is fit for jp morgan ltd company at the stage mr. Mathuws lawrence asking me to pay registration fee ₹3540/- with shine.com while making payment through net banking i used credit card but your account is not accepted credit card payment. So mr. Lawrence is suggested payment through paytm for which he has given paytm account number same as mobile number i. E., [protected] namely sanjay. Before making payment myself enquired with lawrence is there any hidden charges except registration fees? He told no hidden charges based on his words i have paid registration fees ₹3540/-. After making payment he again demanded 9500/- plus tax for e-verification (Again i made through credit card through paytm account of mr. Sanjay toatl amount (₹9999/- + ₹444/- = ₹10443/-). Agin based on mathuws lawrence words i make payment on e-verification completed again mathuws lawrence demanded another ₹10000/- for e employment charges. At this stage we stopped payment. Whenever i stopped payment so many employees of your company entered conversation with different mobile numbers (Male or female [protected]) however i could not make any payment for which i demanded entire amount earlier i paid. Again your staff members told cook and cocks stories for which we recorded evidence. Lastly they agreed to refund the paid amount. I have already so many times make so many calls to your company in this regard. Till date we not received amount. Now i am here by notice to you i have not received my paid amount within 10 days from the date of this mail. I will touch the court of law. For your reference attached credit card statement for your perusal.

I got a call from shekhar he told me i am from shin.com (Ph no:[[protected]], [[protected]]), the representative of shine.com. He told that there is a vacancy for a job in canada location. After that he asked me to pay the registration fees (9 oct. 2017 rs.6847) and he assured that you will get an interview and professional resume very soon. After one day shekhar called me and tell me now abhishek (Ph no:[[protected], [protected]]), will call you for your further job search in canada on behalf of shine.com and next day abhishek asked me to pay rs.6069 and rs. 6200 for the education documents verification and experience verification. I refused to pay and he told this service is required for canada job. And i paid this money on 11 oct 2017 then he told me some more payment you will pay for next service from shine then you will definitely get your job, i will call you with in two days and he called me then again asked me to pay rs.8699 for job interview preparation shine will teach you how interview will be cleared then after he told me to pay rs. 11498 for skype interview scheduled from client in canada and one last payment to pay rs.19559 for 100% job interview clearance and if you failed in first interview then we will tie up with our another clients in canada and defiantly you will get your job with in 45 days.

I refused to pay this amount and he told me if you didn't pay, you will surely fails in the interview. I paid the amount because they are giving so much confidence and daily call 3 to 4 time in a day but when i paid all the money on 26 oct 2017 and 18 nov 2017 then after there is no any calls from shine.com. After 10 days i got a call from shine.com he told me i am jitender and he told me to pay 13498 for job and interview assistance. Then i shouted him and i told i cannot pay this amount. So then

# and # from shine mr. Abhishek and shekhar (Ph no:[[protected]) called me and asked me to pay the part payment. After that i paid rs.6195 for job and interview assistance. After that there is no single call from anybody in shine.com. If i call them, they were not responding properly. They are all fakers. I have all the records payment slip and call recording if i did not get my money back then i will file a case against shine.com although i have disused with many lawyers they advised me if you will not get your money back then we will help you and i have also discussed with police they told me we help you but still i am waiting when i will get my money back my kind request is to

Who search for a job, please don't believe shine.com. And i request the money cheaters to return back my money, if you are food eaters.
I request the indian government to throw this company out of this country as soon as possible and i need the guidance to fight against this fraudulent if there is no response for my complaint.

I paid money due to they offer me a job, but they cheated me badly, they asking every time pay money to me as a procedure of joining. I was already paid over rs. 75000. Amount but whenever i make inquiry to respective employers they give me information that their is no such type of selection procedure. So please kindly refund my amount its a request

This is regarding a call from [protected] number which i got today morning. What happened is that i got a call from [protected] mobile number day before yesterday and she asked me to submit my resume, last semester marksheet and college id card. Then after submitting it again i got a call from the same number yesterday and they took my telephonic interview for tech mahindra company and after that they told me to wait for a day for the final selection.

Today morning i got a call from another number [protected] and that lady told me that i have qualified the telephonic interview and now i have to go through document verification process for which they are asking to pay 950 rupees and they also told me to come for interview on wednesday but she havn't specified any location for the interview. And also she told me this amount which i am paying right now is refundable after final selection. So i just want to know the authenticity of the call. They are using your name shine.com and therefore it is best to ask from you. She has also sent me account details to pay

I have received a call from shine.com from gaurav on 30th march, 2018 (Numbers form i have received calls - [protected],[protected], [protected]).. He ask me to deposit 3103 paid services for more jobs form shine.co,. I have deposit the same and than he sent me a mail for more money i. E 6195 and 11304 for verification and resume update and i have paid the same. Later on i check the reviews in internet and realized that they are fraud. Now. I want to return my money. Please help me..

This is tejaswi from hyderabad. I got a call on 13th of feb 2018 from hr of global employment solutions she told me that they are one of the client of shine.com and the reason they called me was to offer the job in airlines under cabin crew/air ticketing. She asked me to pay 2000rs as security charges though i was not ready to pay she forced me to pay rs1000 as my profile was selected and amount will be refunded by shine. I paid her rs1000, after half and hour she called me again and told me i even got selected for next round so i have to pay 1000rs or else i will not be getting refundable amount. So i had to pay 1000rs again and the total amount of rs2000 will be refundable by that day evening if in case i'm not going to be selected for next round. But later she called me and told that i got selected for next round i. E telephonic round. Now when i told her i want the money back as that round sounded soo fake where she again asked me to pay rs8500 she starred arguing, after lot of arguments i was told that amount will be refunded after 45 days. Now it's more than 45days she never answered my calls and when i tried calling from different numbers she answered the call and kept my call on hold. So i request you to look at the issue and refund the amount as early as possible.

I have spoken after that. Now you will have to pay rs. 4500 for the verification of your document. If i ask for payment again and again, i have given it too. Now that you are interviewing, you will have to pay rs. 7500

I want to colse my shine account because my data in that website is not safe and i got many fake calls and emails from those companyand demand money and also got daily sms from that company i. E., shine and also someone take money from me for promise of giving job and not returned. I got the call from shne regarding the paid services and initially they told it will be nominal charges. Now i landed up payng around 80k still another services is pending to complete it is another 30k. I am not getting any call regarding the job or any help from the shine.com towards the job. I request shine team atleast refund the unused services amount so it will be helpful for us. As i already dont have the job it will be very useful for me to lead the life.

I got scammed on the behalf of messages sent by shine.com and recruiter did say that they will provide me a job in chandigarh airport for that they did charge me 1600 rupees. I haven’t get any job and their phone number is switch off. I have all the proff. Please help me i want my 1600 rupees back. That recruiter is from delhi. They did promise me to provide job in indigo airline in ticketing department.

Got call from shining carrer plus navigator and told to pay 1950 as initial payment. I had paid that money. After that i got call from h r to pay a amount of 5250 (Paid on 23/2/2018) as verification amount. I paid that also.. Still now no response and h r is not taking phone his name is b k mehra.. Sir, as there was a call from shine company members and they said that we are providing job in banking sector nd asked me rs.5000 and after that they were asking me to submit more money when i have not submitted then they have cancelled my file and at strarting they said that they will refund my money within 2 hours when my file will be cancelled but when it has been cancelled they are not refunding the submitted money. Hi my name is anisha i am writing this report from bangalore. I had to take a call from rahul sharma and vivek (+[protected] from delhi on 26th of march 2018 stating that my resume was shortlisted for hr executive position with tech mahindra.in order to share interview questions and create an id, i had to transfer an amount of 3000 and then came a call from tech mahindra hr for a telephonic interview. After 20 mins of time i received an email from tech mahindra stating i was selected and have to transfer an amount of 5000 to shine account to run document verification. Account details (Shine, ac nmbr[protected] ifsc code indb0000162). They manipulated by saying everything about shine.com.
Most of them are being cheated with these kind of frauds around and also spoiling the reputation of shine and tech mahindra. I kindly request you to take a proper action and get us justice as even a single rupee was earned with hard work.

Hi Team, Seeking your help regarding the refund of the amount i submitted with shine.com. Have been chasing them for more than a month but helpless. Just after subscribing i realised they don't have any relevant job options as been discussed and committed by their sales staff member.
Before subscription their employee was in continuous followup even on Sunday & 12 pm in night, but once i got dissatisfied and started complaining that i am not able to find any jobs related to my field then they started putting it back on me that i am only not able to search properly. I followed their instruction but again could not get any option & stopped my search immediately or can say is not availing their service at all.
I even twitted marking their CEO & consistently asking their customer service team member to connect me to any of their senior but till now nobody else has contacted me other than the same girl who is just extending this matter from past one month and instead of helping me out blaming me only.
Let me clear this also, as per her i got a welcome call confirming my consent to start with their plan, its obvious any candidate will confirm on the basis of what their sales team commits at initial stage. If whole thing depends upon this confirmation call only then better they should teach their sales team for not getting so aggressive selling their plans on false commitments.
Secondly while browsing i just clicked on 2-3 referrals, but never proceeded with any further process as by then i had realised that they don't have any required options available. But still once on Sunday i got a call saying " Mam we are connecting you to the interviewer" i immediately disconnected as on the other hand i was already following up for refund and how one without any prior information can directly connect to interviewer that too on Sunday, not just this next day i got a mail " That we will soon be providing you the feedback on your interaction with the interviewer' which i haven't had only since i disconnected the call.
Now seeing their seriousness after chasing them like everyday, twitting, requesting for any senior intervention i have lost all my hopes from their end.
So please help me getting my amount released at earliest to me have wasted so much of my time & harassed now, kindly help me getting my money back.
