I received a call from a delhi based consultancy after i upload my resume and said there are vacancies for kotak banks. When i showed interest they asked me for 2500 rs as registration fees and said the amount will be refunded if you don't get selected. I had my first round of interview through telephone and said i got through first round.
The next day they called me and said my offer letter is ready and i had to pay 16800 rs a security amount and the same will be refunded in my third month salary. I transferred the amount. Again got the call the next day and asked to transfer 17000rs for call letter when i refused to pay they said they have cancelled my request and the amount will be refunded in 15 days. When i demanded my money from them they went rude and said they won't refund. I contacted them daily and they said it wil be transferred in 15 days.
Now from past 2 weeks the numbers are switched off.
Please find the mail details and the account details for which i transferred the money. Please help me in getting my money at the earliest.

After that i have received a call from customer care executive the number noted that -0091-[protected]. She said that i was short listed some companies and she recommended for next stage of candidate selection process. After that i have received calls from different numbers, they asked to complete registration process, after completing the same they asked to complete another process and everytime they were telling that this would be last process but their process has not been completed even after paying rs.40, 000/- approx as per below details :

Call details :nos.- [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected].

Transaction details through netbanking, paytm, debit card are attached herewith.

I have paid the money through the web site join-naukri.com (Company address is like-3/34 1st floor, outer ring road, paschim vihar, new delhi, delhi 110087)
They added that i must be paid same day itself because of this reason i had paid that amount on the spot
After that, i have received too many calls continuously everybody asking for rs.10000/- for a further candidate selection process. I could not get it what going on further i realised that it's a number one cheating same day with in hours i had requested them to cancel my service order and refund mypaid amount. Still, i have been contacting them by phone regularly. But they are not responding.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly investigate and take appropriate action and refund my amount. Apart from attached trasaction details i have paid rs.12274/- by my canara bank debit card.
On 2nd september i have received a message from vm-ccindi that "dear binay, consumer complaint lodged your complaint regarding shine.com. Mr. Rajiv nanda will contact you shortly".
Second message received from 001081 "dear manas binay, consumer complaint has notify your complaint regarding shine.com. Your ticket no. 458926. Mr. Rajiv nanda will contact you shortly."

After that i have received a call from [protected] stating that mr rajiv nanda was calling from consumer complaint, india and he convinced me that after receiving 10% service charge they will settle our account by refunding my paid amount. It was sounds good so i have paid rs.4200/- through mobikw and received a message from dm-mobikw that consumer complaint received rs.4200.

Today morning, i have received a call from [protected] stating that his name was raman and he is looking after the same case. After 10 minutes received a call from [protected] stating that he is mr. Amit mehra, calling from shine.com, gurgaon and was asking 18% gst so that they can settle the account. He has sent me a mail too...

                                  Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201017

I have been looted by shine.com marketing team, who offered me shine.com's job placement services, mentioned below in the end of the mail as forwarded message.

I got a phone call from mr. Rajat (Phone no. [protected]) asking me to take shine dot com job placement services. After talking and conviencing me for middle east placement services, he asked me to make the payments for their charges for these services and i can get a package of tripple the ctc i am getting here in india. Hence, i made the payment for rs. 7547/- online by order no. Cp[protected].

After it, mr. Rajat said me that i will get another call in 15 minutes from the senior panel member for verification and salary negotiation.

Then mr. Ranjan jha called me by his phone number ([protected]) asking me to get the salary and education verrification done by submitting another charges of rs. 6099/- by order no. In20171003_54115_155925 to complete the process.

I immediately asked him that i have not been informed earlier for these charges. I was told that no other charges will be paid after registration.

You can verify this in my conversation with mr. Rajat been done with his mobile no. ([protected]).

I asked mr. Ranjan jha, that i am not ok with any extra charges as i have not been told about it prior to registration of the services, and i want to talk to mr. Rajat for this. Then, mr. Ranjan jha asked rajat to talk to me on the same call from his phone only.

Mr. Rajat told me that, this payment is for my benefit and for completing the formalities of the whole process.

Unwantedly, i got convinced just for the sake of my benefit. Again i asked him many times that is there any extra charges that you would be asking me in future for any other services. He assured me that this is the last payment i have to make and you just cooperate with the senior person (Mr. Rajan jha) to fasten up this process.

If the company follow corporate norms then, any investigative authority can check the conversation between us.

Within few minutes another email landed to my mail box asking me to make the payment of rs. 11, 400/-. I was totally shocked, and thought what is happening with me. I am being looted just to avail the placement services, and that too by a bit organisation like shine.com.

I asked mr. Ranjan jha, who was there on phone line with me, that what is this, you are asking me to make another payment. Its really untollerable. After being clarrifying again and again from you people that i don't have to pay any further charges, you are asking me to pay 11400 rs. More. That's rediculous.

I told them, that i can't make any more payments, and i don't have any more money. I told them that they have done fraud with me, by not clearly telling me the complete pacakage amount and trapping me in their bad marketing skills.

I asked them, to cancel this and return my money, because i am not prepared to pay that much amount of money being asked to me. He said it is upto me, not to complete the process, but, the money will not be returned back, instead you can avail the services of shine.com for registering and salary verification only, the part of which i have made the payment. They have not taken my salary proof yet, but have taken the charges for it.

But, this is not for which i had made the total payment. For me half services is of no use.

So, i want to state that, i am writhing all this, in my full senses and confidence. I have been looted on behalf of my job placement service requirement by shine.com

I have filed a complaint of this fraud in consumer forum with the complaint id number: 451740.

Executives involved in this fraud are - mr. Rajat ([protected]) and mr. Ranjan jha ([protected]).

I want all my money back and strict action against both the executives involved in this fraud.

                                        Website: shine & city jobs

My name is nikhila lanka. I'm writing you to get a confirmation and information for me. I have registered for shine.com on[protected] and i got a message to my mobile that my cv was shortlisted for airlines-cabin crew. For more info - [protected] on[protected]. I contacted them on the same day a lady named khushi attended my call and said that my cv was send to them (Cityjobs) from shine and said that my cv was selected for jet airlines and said that to get selected you have 3 rounds (Exam, telephonic, and face-to-face) which is off-campus. As 1st round they asked me to pay 2000/- for exam through paytm - [protected] and i paid them the amount and they sent me a link for my exam via cityjobs. [protected]@gmail.com mail and i wrote the exam and qualified in it. On[protected] sr. Hr (Maani sharma) through mobile number [protected] asked to pay 7500/- for verifying my documents by national authority where they will promote me to the second round i. E., telephonic interview, and i paid it also on[protected] through paytm - [protected] and got a call for my telephonic interview on the same number that she was sanjana (Sr. Hr) who will take my telephonic interview and on[protected] they announced the result and maani sharma said that i was selected for the job and need to pay 15000/- for security purpose, if i pay that amount i will get my offer letter from jet airlines. But, this time i was not willing to pay them such a huge amount through paytm and after some discussion the sent their bank details to send them through that account. The aacount details are
                                        Bank of baroda
                                        Acct holder name: subhash kardam
                                        Acct no. _
                                        Ifsc code: _
But still i was unable to trust them and i asked them to send me the offer letter from jet airways so that i will pay the amount but they didn't send me any mail. Today[protected] after 1hr discussion they said that they will mail me from jet airways that you paid (2000/- + 7500/-) which is refundable. But that mail was not sent by the airlines they it was sent by themselfs.
So, please let me know whether the above details are real or fake. Reply me as soon as possible.

For my payment (2000/- + 7500/-) they sent me order number which i copied it below
