I have availed services for canada job through shine. They are the cheaters and their moto is to loot you as much as possible. They are not at all interested in you and your job search. Ht media is playing with our future. It's a shameless company. I asked them for refund and they refused saying we don't have a policy of refunding money... #.

Sir/madam.
I was looking for a gst certificate course for my own purpose. For that, i enquired from your website and you gave me the details of the course and your partnership with vskills.

After that, i got a call from [protected] on[protected] and he explained me the course and i read the details too. He sent me the payment like for the same and i made the payment of rs 11400 with transaction id in20170712_33337_141624 and they said that now we will shortly confirm the address and your study material will be dispatched.

After few hours i get a call from another correspondent that if i want to enrol myself for gst certificate course, i have to enrol myself for ifrs course also by paying rs 15500 more.
I am not interested in doing it and you say that it is mandatory. Nowhere in the world, it is an eligibility that if anyone wants to do gst course, he also has to do ifrs course also. Furthermore, you have no right to force me to go for any course that i don't wish to do it. Moreover, if your organisation has such criteria, why you did not give any information about it in earlier details when you sent me details of gst course. Now he said that it's compulsory. That is a complete harassment on your part. So, kindly process my order and other materials so that i can do my course or issue me the complete refund for my made payment. This is very much a false marketing practice from your reputed organisation. Before i move to higher legal actions, kindly look into the matter to the priority. Hi sir, i got a call from [protected] and they said they are from shine.com and said you got job in accentur, ibm. Please pay 2500 rs, so that we can fix an interview with them. And the call was forwaded to crm manager named ; vidhi sharma : [protected]. Then she started taking the details and said to fill more 6500 rs. I denied to do so, and said i want my money return of 2500. She said please send in your details i will process it.
Thats it, from then no answer to calls.

This consultancy is totally fake. They had taken 6000rs from me in lieu of giving employment in icici bank back operation.

Again another fake hr asked me to pay rs 6000. I paid that toooncondition that tere will not be any further amount paid. For it. Again anjali sharma asked me to pay 12800 rs as salary confirmations from icici bank head quarter. I denied to pay now they are not refunding my money neither they are responding to mymails. They are very clever they even created fake interview letter of icici bank with hr bangalore icici bank. After i call him not reveive my call and cut the call.

I uploaded my cv on shine.com for job then i received a call from madhu ([protected]) on 8th july 2017 informing me my cv has been shortlisted by wipro and ibm company she told me to pay rs.1800 for registration and she told that this amount is refundable. She gave me details where to pay

After that i have the amount 1500 by paytm she only have transferred my call to transaction department and they gave me their paytm account id and i have done payment successfully.
Then she told that on mail u got one link for online test and then i have given online test and i passed the exam then i call back to madhu that i have cleared the exam so she congrats me said that u send all your documents like marksheet, idproof, passport photograph and exam passed screenshot. So i send this things on

Now again i call backed her about 2:30pm in evening to madhu that i have send the documents then she said ok i will check the document and your telephony interview will be conducted on monday 10 july 2017 because tomorrow is sunday i said ok.
On the same day about in evening 3.51pm in evening amit ([protected]) call me from shine.com he asked all the details of my that you got call for your job then i said yes that i got call from your colleague madhu and i said all the talks whatever i talked with madhu then amit said that i will conduct your interview on sunday ie 8th july in morning i said ok then he said i call u tomorrow in morning.

On the next day (8th july) amit call me and he said i conduct your interview in half an hour i said ok after an hour i call backed for asking when you will conduct my interview he said that hr is busy so i conduct your interview at 4 :00pm in evening and also said that i call you at 4pm for your interview then i said ok.

On next day i called madhu that when interview is going to conduct she said in one hour you will get mail on what time is your interview is going to conduct i said ok. After half an hour (12:02) i get call from vikas ([protected]) he said i will conduct your interview in wipro company in 5 minutes then after 5 min he transfer my call to hr sanjeev kumar (Senior hr of wipro ltd.) and he conducted my interview on telephony and after sometime i answered all questions n then he said i m selected and u have to sign bond of year so u have to pay rs10, 500 and i have paid the amount by paytm then vikas told me that u have to send all your marksheet on hr. [protected]@india.com and i have send the mail again at 3.30 in evening he called me and said that u have to pay rs 7500 for documents verification and i claimed that you are only saying to pay amount n you are not giving me any proof for paying any amount he said you have to pay first 7500 then your bond is ready n you got mail for bond and your all this payment is refundable when you will join the company but i refuse to pay 7500 then he said forget your amount 10500.

So please refund my money please i need this amount.

Today I recieved a call .other side a lady was there I don't remember her name.She told me that I have registered on shine.com and my CV is shortlisted for IBM and ACCENTURE.Which would be my first preference.then I told Accenture.Then she told me I will redirect your call to our online support department they will explain you the further process.
Then a person mailed me a link from [protected]@gmail.com.I asked him to send it through official email id then they told it's just a link you can click then I denied.they were asking me 2700 RS for registration for interview.

Yesterday, i got a call from Gourav regarding a Shine service to get interverview oppourtunities. I bought that service by paying 3099Rs. Today when i called him to activate my account, he is asking me to pay 6199Rs again for profile report. Yesterday he didn't tell anything related to this, if he mentioned yesterday itself i wouldn't have taken this service itself.
Also, yesterday he gave confirmation that i will not be charged again but today he is asking me to pay 6199Rs.
I haven't used my account yet, So i want to close my account with shine and i want my money refunded.
If i didn't get my money back then i am going to complain this.
