May 11 i got a mail from shine.com on air ticketing job. A lady her name as preethi called me and offered a job in airport and for that you have to pay 1600 which is refundable i[censored] don't get job and by paying 1600 we will schedule a interview in airport as said by her . After paying the money she called me up and said that u have to pay 5930 for document verification from shine then i realized it an fraud and i asked that lady to refund my money back then she stop answering my and after few days her mobile is switched off and u can see the below attached mail got from shine by person name Kunal Raj Sharma

shine portal has been collaboration with fraud people and company and taking money from the job seeker

I have received a call from [protected] (Ashish), [protected] (Pooja) saying that they are from shine and will be assisting me in getting a job. They were saying rs 2997 on telephone call as the first service charge for resume services. Then asking for rs 8699 for interview preparation & my job thought report on email with line as discussed i. E, without discussing the charges part on telephone.

The charge details they were not sharing me in prior on telephone call or by email and again for doing certification they are asking for rs 13000 and ended with rs 9999. On every call they said that this is the final amount and they wont be charging more for doing the service and on email they were asking for charges and which is not acceptable.

When i said this is not acceptable, the person who called me multiple times till they get the money, disconnected the call.

I have paid (2997 + 8699) rs 11, 696. Please refund my money and i don't want to have this service now.

Please refund my money rs 11, 696 to the below given account as soon as possible.

Metro job consultancy taking 1100 rs from me. After that they not pick up any call. Mr. Amjad ali is the person taking money. Every day they sending email for job through shine.com for mechanical engineering. And say you call another they. I call every day, but they not responding me. I am taking money from my parents without taking him permission. I feeling very said. What can i do.

I got call from shine.. They've vacancy in hilton hotel at singapore as frontoffice executive. Your resume is shortlisted and you to pay only registration fee 1900rs through paytm and no other charges. I've done the payment through paytm (Ajay mehta-[protected]) and they've done telephonic interview at the same day in the evening. Next they messaged me congrats you are selected and for the document verification you must pay 6984rs immediately and it's refundable, trusting their words i paid 6984rs through neft acc. Number-[protected], name-vishal sharma, punjab national bank, ifsc code-punb0407000. Then they sended me offer letter (Fake letter) i've directly checked to the hotel hr from hilton clearly said it's fake letter. After couple of days they've send me training letter.. That i've to take training from hilton hotel at chennai for 15days with 1000rs salary for per day. Next i got mail to pay 21000rs. For visa and medical purpose hilton hotel is asking... Fraud pakka fraud.. Cheating poor people.. Shine.com is selling resumes to fraud agencies... Now they don't want to speak with me becos i'm asking my money.. Lootersss.. Very shame on you.. Cheating and earning. I want my money immediately.

I purchase a career plus service from shine.com (Transaction id: cp[protected].) after telling me that when you purchase this service your interview call will increase but after payment made i got a call from shine recruiter team and they are asking for another payment of rs 3500 for creating some report (I don't remember the exact name) and when i refuse to pay for another service they just cut the call.

I purchase a career plus service from shine.com after telling me that when you purchase this service your interview call will increase and we will provide you one expert weekly report resume editing but after payment made no one pick call one person picked a call and said purchase another service resume writing and said 80 recruiters have viewed etc. This is the response after 22 days have lapsed after payment no expert called me no update is coming no interview calls are coming. One Mr. Nautical gave me a mobile no. Which always remains switched off Mr. Rahet ali who asked me payment now don't pick calls shine customer care says leave msg after a beep our executive will call you back but no call back came yet

I want to lodge complaint against shine.com [protected], she don't know how to talk with the customers, and it's totally my decision where to invest my money and where not, you people can't force anyone by saying "garpe aaram kro na fir, cv he q upload kia h" u have no rights to talk in this manner. I receive a call from shine .com and they talk me about bank related jobs.and i agree with that. they conduct my interview and all my procedure is done i already submit my all fees about 30000/- But now today nobody picked my call. le.please please their is no trustworthy person. This is a fake company asking money always without giving any service at all. After taking money they do not respond at all. It is true that some openings are posted by different industries on shine.com but employees of shine.com refer those jobs to outside agents who ask for money from candidates, ultimately the opening goes to some random candidate. Hindustan Times is a good house and they have started job portal with a noble intention, but the employees of shine.com have connivance with fraudsters and both are looting job seekers. I also lost approx Rs.20, 000/- but I paid to shine.com, without getting any support from any of shine employee. HT top management must look into it. My advise to job seekers is don't pay a single paise to shine.com. Please contact naukri.com only and only genuine agency in India. Shine.com is in the hands of FRAUDSTERS, I mean it really.

Today i received a call from no. [protected]... He told me his name is vishnu... & calling from shine.com. 1st of all he was not all proffesional... He was sounding like vasuli gunda and called up to do some vasuli... Hence l refuse to speak to him and hanged up... It hurt his ego and he called me again and start abusing on mother and sister.. I warned him and blocked his no. Then he called up from a landline i. E. [protected] and again started... I fail to understand if shine.com is hiring such criminals who abuse there candidate if they refuse to pay... This is disgusting... I have seen one more complain against the same guy but no action been taken against this... Shine authority if it is reaching you than pull up ur socks and be careful in ur own recruitment...

I received a call from shine.com ([protected]) from one mr. Kushal desai.
He explained all details of this job portal to me and sent me a link from shine.com for a one-time payment of rs.2778/- which i reluctantly agreed as shine is a hindustan times company.
I was then told that one mr. Saroop singh would call me with the details.
Today mr. Saroop calls from the no:[protected] and asks for another payment of rs.14000/-!!! Today itself.
I understood it as fraud and told him to pay back my money and lay off.
My question is how did these people get the official link of shine.com to send a payment link?
Shouldnt shine.com be responsible for taking precautions to prevent such occurances/
And now who will pay me back the amount?
Note the two telephone nos shine.com and do something about your reputation if you have one.

I received a call from shine.com and after one mr. Kushal desai, their executive spoke to me, i asked all questions about the charges that they levy and after being told that only rs.2780/- is the charge, i paid up the money through my debit card.
Today one mr. Saroop singh from shine.com calls and says that i need to pay another 14000/-
I was shocked and knew that it was fraud that these people were indulging in.
I have proof of payment and want my money back immediately.
Further when i was shocked and refused to pay new steep charges, mr. Saroop singh started calling me names and talking impolitely.
This is a bad experience and i want my cash back.

Dear sirs,
I am a consultant operating in new delhi and specializing in civil contractual disputes and arbitration under construction and infrastructure contracts.

1. That on or about 22.03.2017, one mr. Samundar singh from shine.com contacted me on my mobile number and represented to me that shine.com renders featured profile and structured job referral services on payment. He further represented that the job referral service is delivered through round one, a partner of shine.com, who will facilitate referral requests directly to company employees and once the referral request is accepted, they can be contacted to earn their referrals to increase the chances of getting hired.

2. That when i explained to him that i was not on the lookout for any employment and that i am a legal consultant specializing in construction and infrastructure civil contractual disputes and my target clients are contractors rendering construction services to government organizations and enterprises in delhi ncr area, he represented to me that referrals can be made to such contracting companies also for availing my services.

3. That pursuant to the telephonic talk as aforesaid, i received a mail from mr. Samundar singh reading as under:

5. That subsequent to this, i started receiving mails from one mr. Vinay sharma from round one. As he could not understand my requirements, i sent a mail to him on 25.03.2017 reading as follows:

I am a legal practitioner specialising in construction and infrastructure civil contractual disputes and arbitration. As no such refund was made as promised by ritu panwar, i addressed a number of e-mails to ritu panwar and vinay sharma. It is a matter of record that they have been assuring resolution of this issue in 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and so on and did nothing to resolve the matter. I furnish below a transcript of the very last mail dated 05.06.2017 on this subject received by me from round one:

I was received a mail from shine.com with reference of, vacancy from toyota motors as a maintenance engineer. They are asking the resume for interview, after they are conducted first round, after that they are asking the profile verification certificate for second round interview for that they are asking rs.4300 as a processing fees of that. I paid through net banking name of ibm recruiters for this certificate, after that second round interview conducted via telecom and again they are asking money rs.16520 for ipa processing without given offer letter and company proof.

One of the shine member (Chandan) contacted me saying that i have been selected for wipro company
He stated that 2000 is the price charged for the second process and said that no further payment is charged/required for this service. And he promised me that you will get an interview call...

I paid amount of rs.2000. The same day after the payment shine members mobile numbers are switched off.. I have tried all his contact numbers.. Still no reply nothing

One of the shine member (Rohit singh) contacted (Several times even i said no he forced to me that you will get good opportunities in canada with low cost) me saying that he will able to provide job opportunities /interviews for canada.
He stated that 6, 400 is the price charged for this process and said that no further payment is charged/required for this service. And he promised me that he will arrange many interviews with canada employers until i got placed in any job with no extra charges from shine or other third party.

I paid amount of rs.6400. The very next day after the payment shine members are saying that i need pay rs.20000 more for verification/immigration.

I had a long call (2 hours) with 3 of shine members to refund my money. They are saying money wont be refunded.

Please help me on this.
