I receive a call from shine .com and they talk me about bank related jobs.and i agree with that. they conduct my interview and all my procedure is done i already submit my all fees about 30000/- But now today nobody picked my call. le.please please their is no trustworthy person. I send all my documents on [protected]@outlook.com. please resolve my matter as soon as possible.Please tell me that how get my money back

This is a fake company asking money always without giving any service at all. After taking money they do not respond at all. It is true that some openings are posted by different industries on shine.com but employees of shine.com refer those jobs to outside agents who ask for money from candidates, ultimately the opening goes to some random candidate. Hindustan Times is a good house and they have started job portal with a noble intention, but the employees of shine.com have connivance with fraudsters and both are looting job seekers. I also lost approx Rs.20, 000/- but I paid to shine.com, without getting any support from any of shine employee. HT top management must look into it. My advise to job seekers is don't pay a single paise to shine.com. Please contact naukri.com only and only genuine agency in India. Shine.com is in the hands of FRAUDSTERS, I mean it really.

Today i received a call from no. [protected]... He told me his name is vishnu... & calling from shine.com. 1st of all he was not all proffesional... He was sounding like vasuli gunda and called up to do some vasuli... Hence l refuse to speak to him and hanged up... It hurt his ego and he called me again and start abusing on mother and sister.. I warned him and blocked his no. Then he called up from a landline i. E. [protected] and again started... I fail to understand if shine.com is hiring such criminals who abuse there candidate if they refuse to pay... This is disgusting... I have seen one more complain against the same guy but no action been taken against this... Shine authority if it is reaching you than pull up ur socks and be careful in ur own recruitment...

I received a call from shine.com ([protected]) from one mr. Kushal desai.
He explained all details of this job portal to me and sent me a link from shine.com for a one-time payment of rs.2778/- which i reluctantly agreed as shine is a hindustan times company.
I was then told that one mr. Saroop singh would call me with the details.
Today mr. Saroop calls from the no:[protected] and asks for another payment of rs.14000/-!!! Today itself.
I understood it as fraud and told him to pay back my money and lay off.
My question is how did these people get the official link of shine.com to send a payment link?
Shouldnt shine.com be responsible for taking precautions to prevent such occurances/
And now who will pay me back the amount?
Note the two telephone nos shine.com and do something about your reputation if you have one.

I received a call from shine.com and after one mr. Kushal desai, their executive spoke to me, i asked all questions about the charges that they levy and after being told that only rs.2780/- is the charge, i paid up the money through my debit card.
Today one mr. Saroop singh from shine.com calls and says that i need to pay another 14000/-
I was shocked and knew that it was fraud that these people were indulging in.
I have proof of payment and want my money back immediately.
Further when i was shocked and refused to pay new steep charges, mr. Saroop singh started calling me names and talking impolitely.
This is a bad experience and i want my cash back.

Dear sirs,
I am a consultant operating in new delhi and specializing in civil contractual disputes and arbitration under construction and infrastructure contracts.

1. That on or about 22.03.2017, one mr. Samundar singh from shine.com contacted me on my mobile number and represented to me that shine.com renders featured profile and structured job referral services on payment. He further represented that the job referral service is delivered through round one, a partner of shine.com, who will facilitate referral requests directly to company employees and once the referral request is accepted, they can be contacted to earn their referrals to increase the chances of getting hired.

2. That when i explained to him that i was not on the lookout for any employment and that i am a legal consultant specializing in construction and infrastructure civil contractual disputes and my target clients are contractors rendering construction services to government organizations and enterprises in delhi ncr area, he represented to me that referrals can be made to such contracting companies also for availing my services.

3. That pursuant to the telephonic talk as aforesaid, i received a mail from mr. Samundar singh reading as under:

5. That subsequent to this, i started receiving mails from one mr. Vinay sharma from round one. As he could not understand my requirements, i sent a mail to him on 25.03.2017 reading as follows:

I am a legal practitioner specialising in construction and infrastructure civil contractual disputes and arbitration. My target clients are contractors rendering construction services to government organisations and enterprises who may require legal advice on their contractual disputes with such entities. Such contractors may like to avail my services by engaging me as a part time consultant on a monthly retainer or refer such disputes on a case to case basis. I can render my services for drafting and finalisation of contracts, claims and settlement thereof.in the above background iook forward to referrals to such contracting companies in delhi ncr region. In spite of my above mail, no efforts were made by round one and i did not receive a single reference to fulfill my requirement.in view of this, i demanded refund of the amount paid by me.

As no such refund was made as promised by ritu panwar, i addressed a number of e-mails to ritu panwar and vinay sharma. It is a matter of record that they have been assuring resolution of this issue in 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours and so on and did nothing to resolve the matter. I furnish below a transcript of the very last mail dated 05.06.2017 on this subject received by me from round one:

I was received a mail from shine.com with reference of, vacancy from toyota motors as a maintenance engineer. They are asking the resume for interview, after they are conducted first round, after that they are asking the profile verification certificate for second round interview for that they are asking rs.4300 as a processing fees of that. I paid through net banking name of ibm recruiters for this certificate, after that second round interview conducted via telecom and again they are asking money rs.16520 for ipa processing without given offer letter and company proof.

One of the shine member (Chandan) contacted me saying that i have been selected for wipro company
He stated that 2000 is the price charged for the second process and said that no further payment is charged/required for this service. And he promised me that you will get an interview call...

I paid amount of rs.2000. The same day after the payment shine members mobile numbers are switched off.. I have tried all his contact numbers.. Still no reply nothing

One of the shine member (Rohit singh) contacted (Several times even i said no he forced to me that you will get good opportunities in canada with low cost) me saying that he will able to provide job opportunities /interviews for canada.
He stated that 6, 400 is the price charged for this process and said that no further payment is charged/required for this service. And he promised me that he will arrange many interviews with canada employers until i got placed in any job with no extra charges from shine or other third party.

I paid amount of rs.6400. The very next day after the payment shine members are saying that i need pay rs.20000 more for verification/immigration.

I had a long call (2 hours) with 3 of shine members to refund my money. They are saying money wont be refunded.

Please help me on this.

First call recd. Of surbhi ([protected]) for payment of 1900/- for registration charges against job in munjal auto industries limited, so i am complete the transaction of rs 1900/- by net banking.
Second call recd of trilok mathur ([protected]) for payment of rs. 6300/- and also rs 15300/- (Refundable) against schedule for telephonic interview. So, i have given above said amount by net banking.
Third call recd of rahul ([protected]) for payment of rs 46600/- (Refundable) against creat of verivication code and recruitment id for schedule of telephonic interview, so i have given above amount by net banking.
Rahul said.: all above amount will be refund after creat your two type id (Id required by d subramaniam [protected]) but my money is not refund after creat below mentioned id.

Freshers hub your client is a fraud company because they provide metro jobs from gurgaon sitting there n providing job here. They called me n said they will provide metro jobs u have to pay 250₹ and after i paid they said ₹1600 rs n now they are not receiving the calls.

It is very unfortunate that on 29th of may i got a call from a no.[protected] with a name ravi jain. He told that he is from shine career and he got my resume from shine.com portal. He offered mein job at icici bank at patna location. He told me to pay rs.525/ (Refundable) as a registration charge... I paid.2nd day i got a call from [protected] confirming my registration.. And told me that from admin department mr. Pankaj jain will guide mein further. On 30th may mr. Pankaj jain called mein and told me to forward my updated resume, scanned signature both in hindi and english and scanned passport size photo and 10th 12th and graduation marksheets... I did the same. Again next day i got call from his side mentioning form filling amount rs1352/- (Refundable). I paid the same... After 2 days they called for confirming my interview date and said document verification is needed which would be done by cri so a amount of rs2519/-is needed, i paid the same... Then he finally said that on 20th of june 2017 interview is scheduled... Detail information and a call letter will be provided to mein one aur two days before the interview... Today is 19th june, 2017 i am continuously calling on all the above nos. But nos are switched off... Now i feel cheated... My documents and signature are with them and i am scared that they may misuse them so i want to inform that i got cheated and by false mean they got my details so anything misuse done is not accountable...

I got a call today from neha something and she had tolled that they have requirement for hdfc bank for the post computer operator and for that post they offers[protected] per month. He give opportunity to give a gob in bank. For that he said about security amount is only rs. 2000/- only. Not other charges will take.

But after he received money, he told that u had to pay rs 3800/- more for the documentation. But this is wrong as he promises only rs 2000/-, no extra charge have to pay.

Now on 16 th june 2017 a guy called on my phone and asked for 1500 rupees because my cv has been shortlisted for job interview after paying that they asked for 3800 rupees and i denied it and told them to refund my 1500. They said they cannot refund my money, if i pay additional 1500 and then they will transfer 3000 rupees to my bank account. I argued with them about there genuineness and the they cut the phone call by saying that they cannot help me.
How will i get my 1500 rupees back.
