Hi I am shashi Bhushan Dubey, I got a call with no. [protected] from a executive of shine.com on 4th sep 2016. He told me that there is many opening for account profile in renowned company like DLF and private bank and give 100% guarantee that my resume will be selected by these company if shine.com send.
For this i have to pay only Rs 1999/- for registration fee and there after i have to not pay any more. I do the same and made the payment of Rs 1999/-. Next Day I got a call from Dharmendra [protected] and told that there is need to improve resume and linkdin profile than my resume will be shortlisted for this i have to pay Rs 3199 and Rs 3299 and this is the last payment again give 100% guarantee that after pay this amount my resume will be shortlisted. I do the same and paid the said amount. It has been more than 45 days they have not send my resume to any recruiter.
When i call back them they are demanding more Rs 6999/- to send my resume to recruiter. They are saying that If i do not [pay the amount they will not send my resume to any recruiter.
There is no transparency in their charges.
What I do?

My details (Specially mobile number) has been sold to external parties like hr consultants, manpower providers etc without my notice. I have been receiving calls ever since i created an account where i explicitly unmarked the choice to be contacted via phone number.

I wish to lodge a complaint and hence demand strict action towards shine.com.

I saw a add from shine.com. I have contacted the number given in the shine.com Name of the person is Rashmi by the above company, for job. They have initially asked me 2.500 for registration,

After that they ask me to take on line test after that telephonic they connected. Then she asked to speak to hr name is Karen he said I have got selected and again ask me to pay 25, 000. Then only they will send an offer letter. After I pay the amount now they switched off the phone.
Can anyone help to get my money back.

I got a call on 10/11/16 from a person called ankur [protected]. he told me that there is job opening in reliance fresh and nestle. for that i have to pay 1650 as a security deposit which will be refunded after joining. he passed my call to account section where i paid the amount through paytm as directed by the person. i got a conformation mail from them (hr shine) and he asked me to send id proof, passport size photograph and my cv i did it. he said that i will get a call for telephonic interview the very next day but nothing happened. also his number is switched off right now.
I want the person to be punished and i want the refund of 1650 inr.

21 September 2016:-

Today received call from Amit Gupta, Mobile No. - [protected], Naveen, Mobile No. - [protected] claiming from Shine.com.

Amit Gupta told I have to make a nominal fee of Rs.3999/-

Post which he said I would receive a call from Shine.com recruitment team.

I received call from Naveen few minutes later and asking me to pay 3 amounts of Rs.5350/- each and Rs.6999/-.

This person was behaving as if his parents had lent me money and their son is recovering it.

Total amount paid is Rs.27048/-

Details of the payment are as mentioned below:-

Immediately, I mailed the details to Shine.com to confirm the details and asking a refund and don't need any service from them.

I received a mail next day from Shine.com and till date they have not refunded any penny and neither guarantee any job.

In fact Naveen even gave dhamki to me saying do what u want I will also see who will give u refund.

Illegally Shine.com has kept my money of Rs.27048/- since 21 September 2016 till date.

If fact candidate has to do all the hardwork and employer hires him, Shine.com is a dalal, commission agent, broker who pockets money without any hardwork.

They say:- We regret to update you that we don’t have any refund policy (Listed below).

That means they are all children of Vijay Mallya enjoying life on others money.

They are all involved in this scam and won't give up anyone and will defend their colleague as they share the money equally.

I Got a call grom Delhi, gurgaon, from shine.com person named "Batra" saying they have got my resume from the website. And i have a JOB Offer from Microsoft.
1)Firstly, they asked me to become a paid customer by paying them Rs 2100 for being a life time customer. my mistake i did it. Then going further on the call, they told ki if "Microsoft Company's" requirement is there i may or may not have to pay some more amount. Then going further on the call, The guy is saying that, Microsoft Company is asking for Rs 7200 for recruiting me and creating my profile, thankfully i refused to do so.
2)Secondly, two days back, i gt a call from shine.com person from the number "[protected]" "Pratik", then he asked me whether i was getting calls or not i said no, and then i asked me if i wanted refund of the money. I said i want.

Now, this guy told that card to card payment will be done that to only in SBI bank. and then to the most false trick of hacking was he asked me to go to the ATM swap my card and Put is card number in my ATM card for doing card to card transaction.
Which is incorrect, My Question is if Card to Card payment is there why shoul i give his card details in my atm.
When i questioned about this they said they will generated a link.

Today morning i got a call from a person named rahul stating that he is from shine.com and said he will arrange for interview with big comapanies.. I paid 22500rs for the services and later i realised that it is fraud and tried to call him back.. But he did not pick my call. Also he asked me to send my photograph, payslip and pan card copy to [protected]@gmail.com. I have sent the same without knowing that it is fake.

I was contacted by rajni sharma and rajesh rana and they made me to pay huge amount (Rs 3899.00, invoice no 765825 dt. 30.6.16 and rs 47517.00, invoice no. 766283 dt. 2/7/2016) in fraudulent way in name of providing service. When i got detail of services, which was given after repeated follow up, found that services which are not required for me, i was made to pay. At this point i told in clear term that i do not want to avail any service and my money should be refunded at earliest but till date it has not been re funded. On dt. 21/9/2016 i registered my complain on this site but i have not recieved any information in this regard. It is once again reguested to refund my hard earned money at earlist. JOBS here are just scam, people here have no conscience, that can be seen by their work. They lure people by their convincing words and take money from them in the name of registration. You might think its only Rs2070 but let me tell u theirs always threads attached. In my case they cheated me for tuition teacher job. A guy named aman aznani ([protected])called me and said he ws calling from changeyourcareer.in nd i just need to register for Rs 2070 and then i'l be given interviews and if i get selected or not i'l still get my refund during the interview. i registered and called back he directed my call to another department a lady picked up her name was aditi sharma she told she has vacancy but for the vacancy i had to pay Rs 7000 more as per the company requirement. I understood i had fallen for their trap i said i dont want a job for which i need to pay before i work, coz i m not in that situation. They directed my no. towards the refund department again a lady picked i dont know her name but she gave me email id. to send bank statement details for last two months. i was more shocked since they didnt ask me any detail or give any detail while they convinced me to register. Anyways i sent my transaction receipt and bank statement. i got call again dis time he told his name was tushar([protected]) though he sounded like aman, he told u need to come online and do the same process and he gave me a code and though i doubted him he still convinced me to do and again i lost 2070 which equals to Rs 4140 and now when i call them continuously there no.s are off or busy and they arent picking up. Thats how they cheated me. Shine .com i[censored] really dont want to lose in business remove the fake and fraud jobs and confirming real jobs. For u all it might be nothing but for others this little sum of money is everything. I got a call from Rahul Shrma on 29th september 2016 and he told me "Your resume has been selected from maruthi suzuki company and you should paid rs 1500 for selection process and i am also paid first 500rs first and then one foreign call {+[protected]} comes to my mobile number ([protected]) and they said me "i am calling from maruthi suzuki company and they asking various question and i told them the answers" and then shine.com hr recruiter and ask me to paid balance money and i also paid the money balance 1000rs and said your are selected to that company and you should paid rs 4000 for document verification and send me a joining form also then they told me "which is refundable after your joining from company side".
And yesterday also calling me the same mobile number and said me to pay another amount of rs 7000 for security amount and also said me this the last amount you pay and this amount also should be refunded after you joinng the company side. Then saturday (01.10.2016) also calling me from the same number the shine hr recruiter and said me you should open the account from axis bank and you should pay rs10000 for it and this amoubt also refunded after your account opening and then take your amount from received axis bank ATM card. I told them "i am not having that much of money to pay you so please ask me" and then he told me "if you not pay this money you definitely lose your already paid money and your job so do it today itsself to pay the money" and i asking time to ready for the amount and he give me monday (03.10.2016) and i try to arrange the money rs5000 and gave him monday rs5000 and ask them to one more day and then tuesday balance rs5000 paid to them. Then they tell me (tuesday) "today your company ID is created and i call you tomorrow".
And he call me on thursday (6.10.2016) and told me to pay rs15000 for Personal accident insurance opening then i told them "i am not having much money to paid you" and he said you should paid the money otherwise you lose the job and your money" and then he cut the call and he call me on friday (08.10.2016) "if you want your job or not why you are not paid the money and i am sorry you lose the job today is your last chance to pay the money otherwie you lose your money and your job and dont call me and i am not responsibility for your amount" and then he cut the call.
My parents asking too many question for the money i paid them. I paid him (1500+4000+7000+10000) total rs22500 please help ME to refund the amount and i have all the calling records what they said and email records and also transaction records so please help me.

I had call from raman from shine.com regarding pmp certification program and she told the fees is 13000 and not disclose any hidden charges, and i paid 11700 (10% discount offered) the amount and got call from verification department for qualification and experience then charge 13000 each means total 26000 fees as a verification cost... I request the people who is looking for pmp training do not trust till you verify all charges... This is worst experience in life that the shine.com not shine the peoples they shine their own.

I have taken paid service from shine.com for US and UK vacancy. first they told me entire cost will be 6000 only. when i paid them 6000 then after some day they told verification cost i have to pay again. i didn't know about this payment before but i paid 4500. after some day when i ask for vacancy again they told me you have to do one more verification. But i refused to pay them they told this is last after that they never ask me for money so i gave them 2000. I have all recordings also i will give you all. now they are saying me to give again 3500 some thing. now i told them i don't want your service. i can't work with cheating people refund my money. they what can you do you can do. don't call me again. more than 10000 case pending at consumer court forget your payment. Yesterday I got call from shine.com . A professional girl is talking that I m shortlisted for good MNC companies in my city. Then he told me to send my resume and other educational qualification certificates to the mail. Mail id- requirements.[protected]@india.com. then after they said to deposit security money 2k rupees in their bank account. Which money is completely refundable and they took this money only for surety of attending the company interview by the candidate. They said the reason is to taking money, some guys are said yes to forwarding their CV but they didn't go to interview, that's why the image of the company is losses and the tie off of those companies to shine is breaking down. That's why they took money from the candidates. I told them I will call you back soon and check the complaints against shine.com .i know this was a fraud call. If again they call me then I will record the call and go for a FIR against them. Hi i am abdul rahib. i recently got a call from worldplacement service telling that they got my cv and contact from shine.com. they are offering me a job offer in dubai which are (zara, gucci) with a good payscale. and as a part of modifying my cv and forwarding the application they told me to transfer rs: 3200/- as the registration fee. after reading the complaints on this site. i am bit confused with the recruitment they provides. please help me to clarify their service soon.

I am also cheated by those fraud guys. The frauderas are how cheating is like this. I make payment nearly 4lakhs. I am from middle class family. So please help me to recover the money from that dirty fellows. And you have to take serious action on these fellows because these are cheated by using shine.com. So please help me and take action about those guys. The numbers and bank details are attached to this complaint. So i hope you to recover my life and so many students lives like me.

Before 2 days I have been received telephonic call from shine.com. They ask me your resume is shortlisted in HCL technology so give us your documents, mark sheets, and passport size photo. we will forward it to the HR manager of HCL technology If they select your resume for the interview then we will callback to you. Next day I got a another call from that phone number and they inform me that you have to pay 2350/- rs to given account number. If you dont get selected then we will suggest you another job that matches your profile. I already got these type of phone call from naukri.com and monster.com in two days so I thought HCL company has a collaboration with these recruitment companies. Then I have paid 2350/- to that account no and till these time I don't get any phone call for interview. so here i am requesting you please take a right actions against them because they have my documents. they can misuse my documents.
