As i have registered for job, variors calls are coming for paid interview .. saying they ll fix the interview, inform all the questions and answers to be asked in the interview, and within 1 week they are guarenteeing cool job . just by paying 2000 and 3000 .. the numbers are

I received a call from Vishnu from shine.com & he demanded me to enrol for the paid services providing a job opportunity. When I refused to enrol, he sent some harassing messages by sending me sms on my mobile. He has sent me messages from his mobile no. & also email from his id vishnu.[protected]@shine.com. Vishnu also sends me a message that he would get my resume blacklisted. How can such behaviour be justified. I then started chatting with Aarti & requested for the email id of shine.com. She did not provide a response to that. She dodges the topic by telling that she would arrange a callback. What kind of behaviour is this??

I received a call from arvind singh few days back for human resource management course and i register it today with shine.com and made a payment of rs.4000/-.

Immediately i received a call from mr. Deepak singh dhaka asking me to hold the call and said he is calling from training department and sent me an email from deepak. [protected]@shine.com (Ph-[protected]) with a link asking me to pay 16, 000/- for online training which i never asked for. He was trying to insist me paying the online training fees which arvind never told about that. I called up arvind in his mobile number [protected] and he picked up my call. Later the mobile was taken by deepak without even my concern.

I hope shine.com cheat people very much and deepak has told me to make complaint to any one i wanted to.
1. I was not told about any online training fees
2. Who is deepak to put pressure on me to take the online course
3. He is not suppose to speak with me when i was speaking with arvind getting his phone.
4. He says it is a common number and any one can speak. First i was suppose to speak with arvind as deepak is cheating he is not suppose to get the phone from arvind and speak to me without my concern.

I hope the action will be taken for violating the rule of getting the phone from one and speaking with me without my knowledge.

One more thing is that your number is marked as spam by many.

Request you to take necessary action or this has to be posted in all social media stating that you tried to mislead the career of a paid customers of shine.com.

I want to just know need to pay charges to work in air lines security deposit parpes
Because one person is telling me to pay the amount for boding 6 month, 12 months, or 2 years has different different amount for... Because he said is depend on the months or years you decided for boding and security deposit...
So i want to just know should i pay or not that amount 15500 for 2 years...

There is a scammers call from shine.com to deposit some amount after that you will get the job.first they are asking about the money deposit after that all the process will be done.please do not do this don't play with the freshers emotions.as at the starting the freshers don't known anything.And after this call the freshers get cheated.so please take strict action for this.

Despite after sending you the mailing request 5 to 6 times about deletation of my account you are just not doing it and I'm still getting job related mails and lots of spam calls daily...i had even registered a request for call back back from your side so many times so I can directly talk to you, but no response from there either.

Delete my account asap. I have got the job. And I don't want any further communication from your side.

I am Vivek from Kerala, I got a call from shine.com Miss.Kavya Sharma and Ashish Sharma and tell me that this is from hrindia recruitment and my CV is shortlisted for Airport Ground Staff at Bangalore International Airport.And next day they called me and said me to send all my documents copy to hr.[protected]@outlook.com.Then next day they called me again and ask me to deposit 1600/- for documentation fee and 5700 for security deposit.I need a job so I deposited the amount to Kripal Singh's account.They said me that the amount is refundable at the date of joining so I deposit the amount they said that is 12800 also.They called me next day for online test and I passed it then they call me for telephonic interview .So they again ask me to deposit cash..Now I have no job no money...Plzz help me sir...

He called on [protected], This is to inform you that i got a call from your representative (KUNAL SHARMA) regarding job offer in MNCs like Honda Cars, Yamaha, JCB machines against a merely amount of Rs 2400. Once he found me disinterested, he started talking ruthlessly.

I received a call from executive of shine.com named saurabh kant.
He asked me to pay one time charges rs 5999 for lifetime subscription with shine.com. he told that
After payment I will receive calls from experts of shine .com who will help me to update my portfolio and will share with top companies and also help for recruitment.
I asked saurabh three times that after this payment, I have to pay more charges then he said clearly no to me.
Next day I received call from Mr Maru Contact no. [protected] and he asked me that i have to pay 19999rs for portfolio creation, when I told him that saurabh Kant told me there is no any further charges to be paid by me then He told me that saurabh did mis communication with you. we are sorry for that and I am offering discount of 40% to you for next levels of recruitment so now pay 12000rs.
But I said I want to get my refund of 5999rs and
I don't want to get your services then Mr Maru misbehaved with Me.
I have recorded calls of all conversation also.
Hope your organization will support in this regard and resolve this matter ASAP.

We were asked to be registered by the company named ENCORE MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN "Janakpuri West district Center, New Delhi".We were asked to pay 1000 rupees as a part of 1 year subscription for we were told that our interview will be scheduled in companies like motherson, emerson, sunrays in core profiles and we were handed interview lwtter of sales profile for e commerce companies..And when we wrote references of their company on our Resume, company told us that they didn't know such company and the company is not in their references..
We are requesting you to look forward to our situation and take necessary step ASAP., so that no more candidate becomes a case like us..
We also demanded our money back but they said amount is refundable, sir we are trapped and are looking for justice in our case..

Hi, i'm anil on july 30th 2016 i got a call from shine.com for job assistance program(Rajan-[protected]) they told me to pay 2999 for activating the service after a long discussion i have paid after that he transferred my call to Mr. Srinivasan([protected]) no.1 cheater not even know how to talk in english this guy have told 4999 again has to be paid and nothing to be paid after that but like that he made me to pay 4 time that is almost 22645/-(Invoice no. 779469) the total amount. after that he told they will start some process and that has happened for 3 days drama and suddenly stopped e-mails and when i call them they told me that the process is going on. Again on 8th aug'16 i got a call from shine resume team and they have given me one resume which i have not liked it when i told the same to these guys they told me that they have only one format i can change only colors if i want. Suddenly after one month one of the person have called me and told me that you need to pay still4999/- then only they can activate the services. i told them i'll not pay.

In the meanwhile time they have sent some links for job search which were irrelevant from my job. Before paying this process i have asked them clearly that i'm a sales guy and can u provide sales jobs also, they told me that they have a multiple MNC openings for those jobs so i proceeded. When i saw the dashboard there are not even a single job for sales field.

Now when i'm calling them and asking about my money and all they were telling that you dont have any option either you have to pay what we said OR FO is the language they have used.

I'll be definitely filing an FIR against these guys as i have a call records and mails also. If Shine.com doesn't respond to this i will proceed further to any extent.
This is not a matter of money but these guys are playing with careers of job less or job search guys.

Respected sir/madam i want to tell you that 4 months ago i am taking 3 services from Shine. they said me that after complete your profile company will contact directly and they take interview and select you..for which i had paid 5600 rs..against his services but neither they complet my profile nor any interview taken by any company. whn i called to shine they again asked for 10000. for another services and said after that you received interview calls from company. they make me foolish.what i do..i cant understand.

Shine team is worst in their service. I Received call from jyoti saxena [protected] and nisha sharma [protected] for job regarding. She said for registration rs. 2000 for job which is refundable. After pay this amound she tell me for rs.6800 for Offer letter, Joining letter and she also mail me for this confirmation and also told for refund on tuesday 27/9/2016. After Pay this amount she told me again pay for 10800 rs. paid. They take rs. against various services but there is no one contacted me from their side. Very worst experience.They are giving me fake commitments each time I call them and also giving me new dates to refund my money. They provide me offer letter also and give me confirmation mail everytime. But not giving my refund money or any job.

Shine.com agency trapped me in for the sake of job. I was searching for job and updated my account in Shine.com. Thereafter,
I received a call from Shine representative from a normal number and not a company number by any means and he asked me to opt for paid services which will boost my chances of getting job by way of internal referrals and profile visibility. The amount was Rs 3999 and I readily paid it for the services that were Internal Referencing and profile visibility.

After paying the amount, I got a call from another Shine representative and he said that to provide the features that were promised I would have to pay additional amount of Rs 5350 otherwise those services would not be beneficial. This has been a false commitment made to me at the time of purchase. I asked him many times that this was never communicated to me in written or verbal. He said that it is based on profile and he did not any idea that the company might let me ask for further payment.

After a lot of arguing with both of them they said that they can't do anything as they promised till I do further payments. I have the recording of each and every talk we had. I told them on call that I am not willing to pay anything but they resisted and they asked me to complete the process which asks for Rs 5350 and also asked to refund Rs 4000 but they said that it can't be done. I had already paid 4000 so I paid 5350 making sure that I did not have to pay anything more and he said that this is the final payment and everything will be complete. I paid the amount right away and then he asked me to make another payment of 5350.
I was very frustrated that and yelled at him for cheating me this way and he said this is the process that has to be followed.
I had already paid approx 9000 so I paid another 5350 and after that he again gave me a link of 6999.

This is a very big game that Shine.com played with me just bcoz I was helpless. They deceived and tricked me into paying this much with this game of slowly killing me. I then asked for refund and asked to cancel all the services immediately which they refused. I dont know what has happened. I have the recordings to support my claim. Please help me I want my 15000 back and dont want any shine services. I paid the money on 23 Sept 2016.

Shine.com has created my profile without my permission. Apart from this they have entered false details about my personal, education & career. This is leading to unwanted calls on my mobile & unwanted mails on my email ID. More than anything, their action is hampering my career opportunities as they are creating profiles with the wrong details.
Request you to kindly resolve it.
I have already mailed their customer care to delete my profile as this a breach of security.

They called me regarding job opportunity today and did not explain in detail about the total money involved in it. They started by asking me to pay an initial amount of rs 7500 for registration and further proceeded with various processes saying next steps and services and forced me to pay up to 45000 rs and now again they are constantly calling me and asking for another 50000 rs. i asked them to do the services for the 45000 that has been paid already but they refuse to do it and rather insist on making me pay the 50000 rs . It looks like cheating to me and they are not ready to refund the money and they are constantly calling again and again harassing me. I want my money refunded. it is causing a lot of mental agony.
