Kindly note that i registered myself with shine.com career services after paying inr 5699 on 14th june 2016. Before making payment, i received many calls daily but after paying up, i did not receive any response to my mails & calls. Even i did not received any services. So now i want my money to be refunded immediately since i have not received any services.

Please delete my account from shine.com. some one from shine.com ([protected]) called me for shine.com account opening. i said i am not interested and disconnected (it was a 12 seconds call). they created an account without even any kind of otp send to me. i have teh sms to prove that this account was created afresh!

Please answer my questions
1. if it was your represenatative, do an investigation and take action as to why she opened an account when i said i am not interested
2. if it was a third party, how could they create my account without otp? and why are 5 - 6 recruiting agents getting my data from shine.com when even i have not verified mail or phone number. clearly, a process fault in that case!
Apart from this, please delete my account and personal details immediately

He called me up & said that he got my mobile no from shine.com website & he will provide me a job in fmcg sector & for that he needs a registration fees of rs 1950/- which i paid and before payment i asked this is the only fees or i need to pay any other amour post that but he assured me that this is the only amount which i have to pay but after submission of that amour he asked for another rs 6250/- from me for some verification which i denied and asked for the refund of my rs 1950/- but after 02 months i am still waiting for my amount...

Earlier over the phone he was assuring me that he is following up with the account department regarding my refund amount but now he is not coming on the phone and avoiding my calls..

I literally feeling cheated and i am going to post this mail communication on social media if i didn't get any response from your side within 48 hrs...

O that other persons like me can be saved from the cheaters of your company...

and they given payment portal for payment directly in mail id, henceforth what i will do about this right now i am unable to pay extra amount. i have mail from you only 8000/- (eight thousand only) no extra amount will be pay be me .

this is requested that please look in this matter seriously and solve this otherwise cancel my order and return back money .

I paid rs/- 5900 for the services (resume showcase=6 months, job referral=6months) from shine on dated 19th mar-16. but till now not provided any services regarding the same. no proper feedback regarding the services. shine committed daily 3referral job mails to my email address (2500 referral job mails relevant to field) but till now after 4 months nothing. for resume showcase i committed resume completion 100%, with highlighting & sending resume 2500 companies. but when i demanded for details regarding the same no feedback & still resume not shown completed.instead of this when i inquired for this, ask me to paid again rs/-2000 for activation of the services as these are not activated properly & after payment again no services. my transaction id' of payment are given below[protected],[protected] &[protected]. i expected they provide me the services for six month from this date as till now they doing false commitments no services &actual implementation. when i contact demanding more money for the services for which i already paid. i have receipts & emails as proof regarding the same

On 7th july 2016 at 11.32 am someone name manjeet call me ([protected]) from shine.com and told me am i looking for any job change, i confirm him that my home town is kolkata and i am currently working in a mnc in gurgaon from last 3 years and i also confirm them that looking for a job in kolkata location due to some family problem. then he told me that i have already 8 year experience and as per my cv i can easily get a job in kolkata location with a 50% to 100% hike and after that he told me please pay 1999/- for a job referral pack from one of their partner roundone which help me to find a job in kolkata location easier and faster.

And after payment done by me i received this below mail - "your payment of rs. 2000/- is received. your transaction id is :[protected]".
Then he told me he transfer my call to the hr department and they will told me what more services that i can get from shine.
At 11.42 am sanunder singh from the hr team from shine.com call me ([protected]) and told me my profile is still incomplete and i have to buy an another package and for that i have to pay 5000/- and they will provide me the below services...
1) job referral ( job referral pack – unlimited referral for 6 month)
2) linkedin profile (mid level).
3) background verification (profile experience verification)
4) background verification (education background verification)
Moreover he laid emphasis that shine.com is part of hindustan times and that creates higher opportunity for you to get selected.

I made payment of rupees 5000/- (transaction id[protected] for which i received mail from “[protected]@shine.com "
At 12.25pm from shine.com amit bharatwaj call me and told me i have to pay again 5000/- for executive bio and some other services. i told him the first guy not mention i have to pay further any kind of amount. i told them please refund my previous amount 7000/- which i already paid i don't need any services from shine and why they not previously told me that i have to buy more services. so he told me i don’t have to buy anything else, they will give me the above mention facilities within 2 to 3 days after verify my docs.
I submitted my all docs and experience certificates to the idfy.com on 14th july 2016. on 22nd july 2016 dharmender from shine.com call me from[protected] and told me my profile is still incomplete and i have to pay 7000/- more for getting job in kolkata location. i told him will not pay a single rupee to shine.com please refund my money as soon as possible i don’t need any kind of services from your company. so he argues and told me i will not get job until i pay the amount.
I am requesting you kindly look at the matter. i think they are fraud and request you to make strict action against them.

Shine is most ridicules site, their hr executive have no courtesy, even they didn’t have basic etiquettes how to talk to their clients, someone has called me for job opportunity, when i said i am not interested for these kinds of job he just started shouting on me. He was compelling me to pay the amount he was demanding. When i refused to do that he started using vulgar words instead. After that i got calls from different hr of shine.com and someone influenced me to pay then i paid 1650rs after that my telephonic interview done for samsung and after that again they said i have to 8200 for 1yr bond and 12200rs for 2 yr bond then i refused after that i mailed them that i want my refund and i don't want any kind of service from you people and call them but they are not responding. I am attaching the slip which i paid

This is to inform about worst experience with shine.com who calls stating for job recruitment and then fraud of money and switch off mobile. They are big fraud please if any one recieved calls donot come to there words. I have lost my 25 k. They initially tell 2000k then fraud u till 25k. Please note the below numbers [protected].

Initially they told that 1400 rs for highlighting. Again another department call you and provide the payment link asked money 4200 rs. Another department called you, finally you will need to pay the 13000 inr/ so don't make any payment. Your money will not be given by them. They will provide only services.

They are asking money 1600 for placement in hdfc bank. they also provided me the mail id careers. My name is chandan upadhyay my company name is lion's rider llp. i am a recruiter and my shine.com recruiter account as (chandan upadhyay freelancer). i am putting complain here against to "shine.com, regarding return my balance money and i am asking my recruitment service activation and expiration details from shine.com.
I paid 16300 by my hdfc bank credit card and rs 300 i paid in cash to shine.com in 13/04/16 regarding recruiter services of 6 month. my company id: 559898. company id i got from shine.com. after few days of my payment i got information from shine.com that i am not going to get recruitment service for 6 month for which i made payment. they given option to me that i can go with 3 months or 1 year validity of recruitment service. they sad to me that if i go with validity of 3 months services then he will return my balance money. so i given approval for 3 months validity of service, and i sad return me my balance money pls.
They had activated my service which is valid for 3 months and i got service activation e-mail at 6th of may 2016 at evening and 7th of may 2016 i got e-mail that my service has been suspended. after this till date i did not get any e-mail regarding my service activation. so i don't have any prove about my service activation and expiry date of my service which i required.

Many time i had called and e-mail to shine.com regarding return my balance money and my service activation and expiration detail of my recruitment service. but till now i did not get my balance money and my service details.

I can very well understand the problem as if now related to suspension of your shine portal account due to"physical verification failure" because of no address proof of the premises. we are here to provide every service to you but you need to support us by providing the required documents for verification as we dont want that the portal usage goes in wrong hands.

Secondly coming to the facts as mentioned below let me enlighten that on 13th the payment was made and we met in our east of kailash office on 21st april wherein you required to meet some senior of prerna as you were not convinced on the csaf form she handed to you, hence i wrote a mail stating the deliverable and payment terms received by us as a proof. on the same day it was informed by you that please activate the services on 2 may 2016 as you were going to your hometown.

Due to certain changes we could not offer you 6 months deal and hence requested you for 3 months or 1 year deal and you only informed to change to 3 months deal for rs 12366 inclusive of taxes and informed that rest of the amount would be returned to you and was informed in advance that by friday evening (6 may 2016) the services for 3 months would be activated and yes we activated the same after all approvals.

I want to complaint about an employee of shine.com. They people force a person to join their paid plan and if a person refuses for the same they start abusing them. I received a call from yourside on 15/07/16 from your employee named pankaj he told me about a plan of rs. 3999. I told him to call me back after one day at 1 pm. He called me at 1.18 pm at that time i was not to able to attend the call so i didnt receive it. Another person named rohit called me in the evening i told him that i am not interested to take that plan then suddenly he started shouting on me and abusing me. Please look into the matter and call me back asap for full details before i go to the police and court. My number is [protected].

I have received on call since from yesterday with name mr. Amit saxena -[protected] and anjali [protected] regarding job recruitment we paid some 13500/- amount to mr. Amit saxena as he told us he is job recruiter in shine.com. And now he is not responding for same and again asking for the money. True caller shows this number from mumbai and name also amit saxena and card is from loop. If we will get location of this company and registration of this number we can at least take objection on this.

I request you to please have look in this matter as we are new member on shine. If we file the police complete it is not possible us as we are not owner of company. It willl spoil the name of good company. Please take stick action on this and find the fraud maker.
