Updated by Ragini2020 Hi Team,
I frequently receive fraud emails from Shine and from the fake employers who are registered in Shine. Please verify the employer details before taking the job posts from them. The below email can be one example of scammers. You are not only risking the reputation of your company, but also the 100's and 1000's of job seekers who are looking forward for their dream company.

Shine.com Customer Care's response Dear Ragini,
Greetings from Shine.com.
With reference to your comment, these days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them. We will like to clarify that the money paid by you is not to Shine.com and is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants.
Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, sms or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.
Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers. Also please note that time to time, we advertise this on our own newspaper Hindustan Times. Hence, we strongly advice you to immediately file a chargeback with bank and file an FIR against the particular recruiter or person from whom you have received a call. For further assistance contact us at[protected]/355 or email us at [protected]@shine.com.
Regards
Team Shine
We have already emailed our concern multiple times to [protected]@shine.com, however the email has been addressed only once, that too only for inquiring the contact details and not regarding the concerns. Also, two of their representative (Mr. Amit Kumar and Mr. Himanshu Joshi) visited us for the meeting and as per the discussion, they were supposed to share with us the conclusion of the meeting on email but till now we have not received any mail from their end.
Every time we try to contact shine.com via helpline numbers, they always revert saying that "we are looking into the issue, you will get a call from one of the concerned executives after some time". Executives of Team Shine are calling our consultants saying that they are from legal department and they want to investigate an issue and then leading to a cruel, abusive conversation.
Till yet, no initiative has been taken from shine.com to resolve/consider the issue, due to which our business is facing huge financial loss as well as loss of degradation of our market reputation. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
Attached are the screenshots of the multiple emails sent to shine.com for your reference.
Regards,
