My package was suspended on 2nd Aug 2016 and since then I've been consistently trying to contact them to know the reason for the suspension of my account which is nowhere mentioned in the email received by shine.com.
Also, I got a call from one of their executive claiming that he is from Legal department of Shine.com and he mentioned that we have violated the terms and conditions of their company. Regarding the same, we have already written to them twice, however we have not received any justification/reason for any of our below concern

1. When and how we violated their rules.
2. Since how long we have been violating their rules?
3. Why there was No prior intimation or warning about violation of rules before suspending the account.
4. Why the rules and regulations are not clearly explained to the clients (Us) at the time of selling the package.
5. How we are supposed to know your rules and regulation when you people do not communicate the same with us.
6. Who is responsible for our work/ financial loss which is getting affected since our package has been deactivated?

Shine.com — Cheating call from shine.com asking to pay 2500 for assuring job in companies.

So I have Submit a Complaint
Today I have got a call from called Name Mr.Akash, +[protected] said that calling from Shine.com from Hydrabad. He asked me to pay 6500 for confirming job in MRPL, CCPL companies. I didn't know that its spam. Its completely trap, he fooled me not only by taking the money, instead he took my photo copy (colored) and Pay slip of the present company and My resume. I blindly provided the same. But later realized that its all fraud business. I hope he will not misuse my details in any activity, if also so, I will not be responsible for the further misuse of my details. It will be not with my knowledge. I paid the 40, 000.00 amount to the a/c : [protected] Name : Mr. Chitrang Mishra. I also please others not to trust such mails or call. Please take it as alert message .

The moment I have created profile on shine.com, i have been receiving calls from fraudsters to pay money for a job registration.they are spamming my mail inbox with the crap.am getting calls al the day.it has become big nuisance and unbearable.there is no privacy and security for users.below are the numbers of fraudsters

Shine.Com was call me for interview send document and cv then rs. 2150. If i was not pay money so it was block my documents for 3 year and my documents was collecte officer at my home and pay chalan.

I am shubham sharma from kota. i received a call from shine.com (mob: [protected] and [protected], r. k tiwari) for the job of site engg.in l&t jaipur, firstly they said to send my all certificates to their email id - [protected]@gmail.com and i did as directed.
Then they asked to deposit rs. 2000 to their account - [protected] dated 9 jun 2016, (afsc code sbin0005943) for document verification (refundable) then they conducted a phone interview which seem unreal, then they asked to deposit rs.4200, for the interview in jaipur which i deposited on 10 june 2016, in the same account (receipt id - t[protected]) this amount was refundable and they alloted the date 30 june for interview which later postponed to 25 july.
After that thy asked rs - 8200 for the company training in delhi which we denied. we searched and came to know that actual shine do not demand money. so this is the way i got betrayed. kindly refund my amount and take strict action against such frauds so that it may not degrade the reputation of shine as it give a hope to millions of students.
And if documents are used in inappropriate manner then it will be the responsibility of shine.com

I am student. Last week shine.Com call me and said to send my document and after sending the document company say to pay the 2000 rs but i am not capable to pay this amount. After 7 days company again call me and said to pay amount inr 17559/-. Company text msg me to pay this amount in court in 24 hours nd officers team visit your home... Company employer treat me to to pay the amount 2000/- for reference or pay the 17559/-...
Ir my complain is that company treat me... Now i am in depression...

Have registered user of shine tuk paid services by paying 8500 last 6 months getting alert that emp viewed your profile and people contacted me but till date have not recv any calls just getting only alerts of people contacted you.
Is this type of service you offer to customer its very bad experience agent who had contacted committed me that your services are better than nakuri and assured me that you will have gud experience.

I chatted with ms aarti about services of shine.com, she told me that in rs.1999/- you will get get membership for 6 month, i said yes after that she arranges a call then mr. lakhbinder singh send me a payment link for rs. 3899/-, i told him why you send payment link of rs 3899/- instead of rs 1999/-, he told that you take this for life time membership.
After making payment of rs 3899/-, he transferred call to mr amit bhardwaj, he gave me his personal mobile number i. e.-+91 [protected], and he told me that you can call me anytime for any job related services, but for this you have to make a payment of rs. 2000 approx after that i will work for you any time. and will arrange lots of opportunity for you.
I said okay, he send me payment link for rs 8497/- instead of rs 2000/-approx. he flush my mind to giving me promises that he will provide opportunity more than my capablities,
He asked me that how much your salary expectation i told him 4.2lac to 6lac, he told me that i will provide you more than 8lac salary but for this you have to pay full and final payment of rs 8497/-. after made this payment he send again a payment link of rs 13999/-, i was shocked that what and why he send me again payment link if i paid already full and final for all those services,
He told that this is our full and final payment from service operation department for all those services, you have to make this payement otherwise your form will not be completed.
O i think i have to pay this otherwise my rs.12000/- will be wastage.
O i made payment of rs 14000/-. mr amit send me again a payment link of rs. 29997/-,
I was shocked what is this again? i was denying to pay this much amount, he tried to flush my mind so many time but i denied then he transfer a call to mr. mahesh shrivastava or mr sarabjeet, they are again forcing me to pay this amount, then i told that i dont want to take any kind of services from shine.com, you return my money. they deny to return money.

They said that they dont have policy to return money.
I told him that i made payment now and i am saying to return my payment at the same time so what the problem to return my money.

I frequently receive fraud emails from shine and from the fake employers who are registered in shine. Please verify the employer details before taking the job posts from them. The below email can be one example of scammers. You are not only risking the reputation of your company but also the 100's and 1000's of job seekers who are looking forward from there dream company.

On 28th i got a call from gurgaon/new delhi shine.com office for a good job in indore. i was impressed & paid rs.4000/- for registration charges as they demand (call made by mr. sunil mobile no.[protected]& [protected]). on 29th mr. sunil again call me & asked to deposit rs. 8600/-for verification fees & i deposited the same through my banker hdfc bank and mr. sunil arranged for a false telephonec interview with j. k. tyres personnel (name mr. ankit cel no.[protected]) after depositing rs.13400/- & rs.24600/- on 30th june & 1st july2016 as callection & interview id registration. the amount rs. 4000/- & rs.8600/- i have deposited with axis bank (a/c no.[protected] & ifsc no. utib0001810. details of transaction given below from my bank statement) in favor of shine a/c, & rs.13400/- & 24500/- deposited to icici bank a/c no.[protected] ifsc no. icic0000831 in favor of securend).
Theyhave assured me for interview on 7th of july but now they are asking for more money rs.32500/- for final interview but now they are not responding properly. so please help by recovering my money.

After that they have asked for deposit of rs.32500/- which i was unable to pay, hence i have requested for my money back.

Now many times shine.com people not picking up my phone. need your help to get back my money. on 6th july i have submittted my complaint with consumer complaints but till 28th july no action has taken on shine.com, need ur help.

Today i have got a call from no. [protected] & [protected] for job requirement notice through shine.com, they have asked me to enroll myself aby paying some money which i refused, then they start using slang and abusive language and than kept the call end, then i again called on the same no. and some other guy pick the phone and told me that this is shine.com contact no. and i warned him that i will lodge an fir, then he suggest me to do the needful.
What is this, is shine.com is treating there members in such a way?

My name is Ms Yogita Rajurkar. I got a call from Shine.com saying that just by paying registration fees you will get a job. So he told me to pay Rs 1800 and assured me for getting job. He said that I'llget a call from Samsung company and they want again 12000 for making bond as he said that and I refused to pay that money and i asked him for my refund but he said that as per my company rule your money is refunded within 30 days and after 30 days I called on that number is switched off.so after that I call to customer care of shine.com they couldn't properly my complaint and cut my phone But before paying I called on Shine.com number which was given on their website to assure whether it was true or a fake call. When I called no one picked up. But after calling repeatedly only one call was answered and when I was about say he said we will call u later and then the company never called back. So when again. I got the phone call from that representative I told about him that I called shine.com and he said I work in their Gurgaon office only. So he hi the genuine employee of Shine.com and shine.com is not taking the responsibility for refunding my money. I paid in the account holder name of Hr.Ajay kumar through demand draft of Punjab national Bank.and I also attached the payment slip

Respected sir i am raj kumar samanta order no p774 selected for parle agro but still now i didn't get any information about joining. Still i deposited amount rs 2250 for registration, rs 8500 for training security, rs 12500 for bond security, rs 9000 for profile verification in favour of a/c sunray services, ac no. [protected]. Ifs code punb0047800. But companies hr executive didn't give proper information.
Moreover i want know that is above mention acount details of shine.com?
Those persons contact with me in favour of shine.com like mr. Malhotra [protected]. Mr. Mohit [protected]. Senior hr executive [protected]. Email - [protected]@india.com.
I submitted a complain at indian consumer complain forum. Then a person call back me in favour of shine.com accounts department like mr. Sachin [protected]. He gave me two options you refund money or need job, if you need job you have to deposit rs 10200.

I lost money by world placement service. They offered me a fake job offering in sharjah cements & took nearly 30000 rupees from me. They are not responding to any calls now.

I nikhil hirani, my problem is for shine.com, yesterday i got a call from shine.com for job in bajaj finance.In that i give interview in telephonic round and for that they demand 2000 rs. Which is refundable as per their person is speaking. So i deposite it in sunray services account which have ac no.[protected]. Now they demand 8500rs for further process but i dont want to do this job so i want 2000rs back. So now they refuse to return me and says that u cant get this money back. This is one type of cheating because first they said that i[censored] dont do thi job u got money back and now they said that u can't.

I want to complaint about shine.com and expect i got solution.

Kindly note that i registered myself with shine.com career services after paying inr 5699 on 14th june 2016. Before making payment, i received many calls daily but after paying up, i did not receive any response to my mails & calls. Even i did not received any services. So now i want my money to be refunded immediately since i have not received any services.
