I paid the amount to shine.com, because of different miss commitments i have decided not to avail the service, therefore i would request you to investigate the matter and refund my rs. 6197/- at the earliest...
You as an employer should make your employees learn, how to speak with your clients, not to miscommunicate or not to make such commitments to your clients...
You can find all the details in the trail mail...
Please inform me, how i could get my money back...

What assistance you are talking about???
I trusted your service, your people, but they miscommunicate, they misbehave, they gave fraud commitment... And you say assistance...
I have been harassed by each and every individual, who called me..
I paid rs. 6197/- on faith of hindusthan times, shine.. But your people cheated on me...
Just to take the money from me, they committed that i can expect a salary of rs. 35 lac to rs. 45 lac per annum.
After taking the money i was told that i can get a package of maximum rs. 18 lac.
I was told that this rs. 6197/- service will not help, i have to pay rs. 6999/- more then only i will get a good package..
When i denied to pay, i was abused by bad language, i was threatened...
And you talk about assistance..
I deny to accept your service, and i request you to refund my money..
Please look into this matter on an urgent basis, other wise i have to take other action...
Thanks & regards

Subject: refund of money paid
Dear team,
Friday on 13/05/2016 afternoon i got a call from one of your tele caller for better job opportunities and then it was told to me that i can opt for overseas option also, then she transferred the call to your overseas dept. And it was told to me that for good option and for preparation of my cv i have to pay rs. 6197/- and it was confirmed that no more charges are there.
And as per my preference i got a call on 14/05/2016 morning and i paid rs. 6197/- through your payment gateway, then i forwarded my resume to atul. [protected]@shine.com and after 30 minutes i received another call from +[protected] and the person told me that i have to pay another rs. 6, 999/- otherwise as per my profile i will not get good opportunities. Which was not told to me earlier..
I am not interested with this service, therefore i would request you to refund my money back.
Please resolve this issue at the earliest, other wise i have to raise this issue...
Thanks and regards
