Shine.com — Cheating the job seekers after taking lakhs of rupees through paytm wallet | |||||
Hi, I am one of the victim who lost Rs.1.40 lakhs for guaranteed assurance given by Mr. Rahul Verma (contact No. [protected]as given by him) in getting the job. He introduced himself as Rahul Verma from Shine and assured that he can get me job in MNC. Believing his words I paid the amount using my credit and debit cards. After getting the amount he is not picking the phone nor on replying to my mails. There is one more culprit Mr. Vinay Kevin who joined with Rahul Verma in looting and cheating the public. Mr.Vinay Kevin is too dangerous. He sends LOI as a token of appointment order in soft copy and signs as Head HR, or Director HR of big MNCs. when enquired with the MNCs the management confirms that there is no such person in their organization and moreover they do not have such organization in India. I have all the proofs/evidences on payment made to Rahul and Vinay as guided by them and I have all recorded telecalls for the conversation from Rahul and Vinay who confirmed the receipt of amounts. I informed about this cheating to "[protected]@shine.com"through mails on 13th Feb 2017 and till date I have not heard anything from them. I feel this is also a bogus and fraudulent department in Shine. As I have all the evidences I am thinking to file 420 case on them as per IPC Sec 420 by producing the call recordings and the credit and debit card statements in the court and police station as well if i don't receive my entire money within this month. So dear friends please don"t entertain any calls either from Rahul Verma, Vinay Kevin or any of their team members who pretend themselves as representatives of Shine and holding senior positions in Shine. I was also contacted by the person named Rahul verma and made me transfer 1.15 Lakhs. These idiots don't have minimum amount of responsibility. Everything they say is a lie without a flinch they continue saying lies and false promises.
They kept on asking for more once u fell into the trap. I request the authorities to please take up this seriously as this is not a small amount that's been trapped by this bunch of crooks. When I asked them to refund the money after paying the cancellation fees they are asking more money simply saying they went in loss because I asked for cancellation and so I have to be paying 10 percent of what was lost which I doubt they have. After repeated calls they asked me directly who I am and not remembering anyone with my name and not receiving any money from me.
I gave a complaint to cyber crimes police department and waiting for them to get Any lead.
In fact I lost all my hopes I wish no one else falls into his trap
