Shine.com — Misguided and misleaded asking for aditional/extra Payment

When i got call from shine they said the service charges will be INR 3302.66/- after availing the services one relationship manager has called and asking the additional payment for bag round verification when i denied making the payment they started shouting on me.

initially the guy who advised me he never mentioned about the additional charges, and he confirmed that there are no additional charges will be applicable for the service. after paying the first payment they demanded for second payment which is unethical and unprofessional behavior.

requested to refund the payment asap.
