Shine.com — Complaint against the false promises you make to sell product /services. I want my money back

I am writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge that your sales representatives make false promise each time and asked to pay for services which I pay instantly but did not get the services as per promise made till date.
First I have explain the complete false promise made by Company (Shine.com) Representative:
1. I have received a call on May 25 2021 from shine.com, congratulating me for shortlisted my CV on shine.com.
2. Your company Representative (Mr. RK Sahu-[protected] ) brief me about your services and confirm me that whatever my salary right now, it will go to 7 lakh to 8 lakh after getting shine.com product and services.

Designation -Senior Associate
If Job in Bangalore then salary be 12 lac normally- but due to covid19 you expect 7 lac.
If Job in Delhi then salary be 14 lac normally- but due to covid19 you expect 8.5 lac.
If Job in Delhi then salary be 14 lac normally- but due to covid19 you expect 8.5 lac.
3. After that Mr. RK Sahu Asked me to take services of Rs. 3292 from shine.com then after you will get call for Interview.
4. I agreed and paid on Dt. 25 may 2021 Of Rs. 3292.
5. After some day, I get a call from IVR number of shine.com, said that Rs. 3292 is the charge for activating the shine.com service only.
6. Then Mr. Abhimannu (Mob: [protected]), he call me and repeat me again the services provided by shine.com but for that I need to pay, then only your services will start.
7. Mr. Abhimannu trapped me one by one with autogenerated mail about 5 charges (All total Rs. 49425/-) actually Mr. Abhimannu Trapped me very smartly with false promises of Product and service, which is not given till date. I did not get any Interview call.
8. On June 22 2021 I got a call again from IVR and detailed me that if you want Interview call you need to pay Rs. 3000/-+ otherwise you will lose whatever you pay till date (Total - Rs. 49425/-)
9. One more thing your company (shine.com) representative sell Learning product in the name of Services, which is by far not important.
10. Why I am not getting any interview call after giving so much money. False promises made by your Representative.

Actually, sometime we (as a customer) fall into trapped, I completely trust on Shine.com but after getting this type of misleading, false, trapped behavior from your representative, I completely shocked that how and why shine.com do it to me or to any customers.

As we all know that the current situation was not good for any one o[censored]s, due to COVID19 basically for employee like me who want to excel in this current situation. But unfortunately I fell into trapped and lost my salary for one month. I pay this amount from Credit card and we all know the charges and compliances we face if I am not able to pay.

Now I want my MONEY BACK as you are not able to response as per your promises.
