Shine.com — Extortion, unethical behavior, misrepresentation

Have been defrauded by Shine.com of approximately Rs. 1, 10, 000/- an online Job portal. They represent to be a subsidiary of HT Media. One Mr Saksham represented to be relationship manager and called me from number [protected] and[protected] from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
They asked for an amount for various registration and verification of documentation purpose requisite for Online Job Portal recruitment process. The payment was done through my bank account UPI transaction from paytm. The crime was well organised and they pressurised me to transfer money in 6-7 parts one after the other claiming it to be last payment.
I was compelled to make payment in time bound manner to avail the service. I later found out through reviews over internet that it is a fake and fraud company impersonating to be a genuine portal. I refused to avail the services thereafter the same day and demanded a refund which they refused.
