I have received calls from shine.com on regular basis from 28-feb-2016 to 07-mar-2016 contact person Deeraj Ojha, Ayush Sharma, Ajay Kumar saying to take there paid service for JOB and they have given the guarantee to place at the desire job with in 7 days while saying that they have various opening in a lot of Companies names as follow AJNARA, DLF, SUPERTECH etc & told me to just pay 3999, so i have taken your service for 3999, then on the same day they told me to pay more 2699 for other attended services that have paid, then again they asked for 2699 and i have paid to them, By this i have paid a sum of Rupees-9397 to shine.com by account transfer.
But after that i haven't revived any call or sms from shine.com
So, i have contact a lot of time to all of them, but they are giving various excuses that we will call you in 2 days and all but still no response.
One of your customer support executive MR.RAGHAV told me that don't call us HT MEDIA & SHINE.COM is now a separate legal entity and not working together so you please call shine.com and today i have a conversation with MR.VINAY DIKSHIT and he was saying that to call after 28-MAR-2016 that the office are remain closed till then for HOLI HOLIDAYS.
they are making fool of me from last 17 days
So, this a request to you to please look into this matter and revert me as soon as possible.
