I had took employer login from shine.com

I have paid 12000rs to shine.com agent through check in a month of july 2015 when i have purchased this employer login and i told to shine.com agent that i want to us it only 1 time (Which mans i required it one time only) but shine.com agent have informed to me that according to our company policy i want 3 more checks which i am not going to deposit so i thought its ok and i have given 3 more checks to him and now he deposited the cheque.

I have sent so many mails to them but still no one is taking any proper action and now even i raised a complaint in cyber cell against shine.com and i have get the given mail from the acp of cyber cell crime-
