Hello, my contact is[protected].
Shine order no. CP[protected]
order date - 11th April 2017.

Details are :
Around April 1st week, was contacted by a lady by Name Ms Yashika Midha, (phone no. [protected] and [protected]) claiming to be from Shine.com, promising for job interviews if we take their premium service. She used to follow up everyday for more than 10times. finally agreed to take their service and made a payment of INR 4899/- and got an acknowledgement of the order.
After that there was no news or service from them. Called her again and she connected to someone from their resume team who asked me to mail the latest resume, which i did.

Then on 17th May which is yesterday, got call from someone claiming to be from Shine team and said, they are unable to provide service, hence they want to refund the amount.
She connected me to a person from their accounts department. The number was from [protected]). The modus operandi was as follows:

1. they asked me to log in to paytm website and gave their id (phone number) and password.
2. then they asked me to do a payment to that id (in the name of Viraj Mallik) and said, once you do the payment - it will reflect as credit into your card or bank account. was quite suspicious - but wanted to understand their process.
3. when i did the first payment of INR 4750/- they said, we need to a double of that amount - only then the double entry will work. at this stage, they asked me to send both the OTPs and they would send the number. So i did not proceed with this transaction.

Later on searching from internet found that there are many people who have been cheated in this manner. The numbers from which they are calling are :

1. [protected] - this is not even a registered number - it says IDEA delhi
2.[protected] this shows from Yellandu Andhra - but from truecaller - we get a name of Supriya Biswas
3.[protected] not yet registered - says Aircel Delhi.

Thanks, kind regards
viswanathan
