I am writing to formally demand an immediate and full refund of all amounts paid to Shine.com / Shine Learning. I was subjected to aggressive sales tactics, deceptive misrepresentation, and psychological coercion by your representatives first Saurabh Misra, Ankit, Nikhil Rathore and Ruby tiwari.
Below are the details of the fraudulent transactions forced upon me under extreme duress:

The Incident: I was approached by your representatives for job application services on 11th June . After securing my initial payment of ₹3, 657, I was subjected to back-to-back harassment calls. I was aggressively told that my profile would remain inactive and my previous money would "go in vain" unless I made subsequent payments.
As the sole breadwinner of my family responsible for my children's education and household bills, I was put under immense emotional distress and forced into a trap of desperation. Your sales team deliberately lied about job guarantees and profile activation purely to extract money. I have attached the order IDs for your reference.
Before any services were initiated, and immediately after the third payment, I explicitly requested your team to stop, cancel any unrequested services, and process a full refund. Despite this, your representatives ignored my request and continued demanding more money.
My Demand: Please accept this email as a formal notice to cancel all services associated with my account and refund the full amount of INR 71616 to my original payment source within 48 hours.
I expect a prompt confirmation that my refund is being processed.
Please please help me in this regard, this was a big amount for me and family in this crucial time.
