Shine.com — Profile Resume Status Still Showing As Default-Not Yet Updated

On[protected], I submitted a complaint against Shine.com towards updation of my profile resume status which is wrongly marked as Default at their end. The Resume status still shows as Default even after a span of almost 3 weeks. In the meantime, I have received a series of mails wherein Shine recruiters have shown interests in my profile. Hence, I require to update my profile, upload current photograph and updated resume. But, due to default status, I'm still unable to do the same. Needless to mention, I'm a premium member of Shine online job service.

Shine.com is hereby advised to take immediate necessary action so that I can update my profile, as mentioned above, failing which I would be compelled to resort to appropriate legal action.
