I want to raise a serious concern I came across today while taking the services from shine.com
I had registered myself on shine portal seeking for JOB and have taken paid services of Resume booster.
Today I was contacted by relationship manager Mr Ankit, and he proceeded to inform me about the resume and career services.
As I proceeded with the discussion, I was asked to pay the money again and again for activating the services - charges for which were not discussed with me prior to starting the call.
Once I make a payment, I was again asked to make another payment for another service obviously the total amount for all the services was not informed to me earlier.
Increasing payment for another service crops up banking on the candidate's vulnerability who is looking for a new opportunity.
Also, I was asked to make the payment on the call immediately not giving me time to think over it on the pretext of "we have to submit the profile on the live call" following were the amounts asked for
3, 657.00, 6, 751.00, 11, 208.00, 18, 885.00, and 27, 717.00
Please initiate the refund as i do not want to get the services activated.
Expecting a prompt response in this matter.
