Shine.com — Getting No Response from Shine.com despite being their Premium Member | |||
I am a premium member of online Job portal service provider, Shine.com, for which I had to pay ? 1.54 lakhs to them. Despite being a premium member, I don't receive any response from their end. My Resume has been updated at shine.com portal as a Default one, due to which I can't update my current CV. Nor can I delete the existing default resume. I tried to draw their attention number of times through phone calls and emails but no response at all. Shine.com is requested to do the needful so that the Default status of my Resume at shine.com is removed at the earliest. Relevant screen shot of the Shine profile attached.
