[Resolved] Shine.com (Ht Media) — Not delivery of service as promised to the paid amount

I am a jobseeker registered at Shine.com as like in other job portals. Got a call 0n 25th Feb 2022, from shine.com (+91 [protected]) saying that all job related services will be assisted as total package of Rs.3365.47 (Resume highlight, booster and dedicated career guidance). Paid the amount on the same day (Invoice id - IN398623 / transaction id - IN20220225_[protected]_[protected]). Also they said that a career guide will be calling me by the following day which also happened. Career guide (Rohit - [protected]) advised me to pay Rs.5192 extra more for my certificate pre-verification process. I argued with them that I was promised with all the process within the package of Rs.3365.47 and not to pay any extra amount, but now asking for excess of Rs.5192 and saying that without paying this money they won't proceed further next step of job support which I am not ok with it. I requested for the refund as the service is not appropriate and satisfactory. They deny to do. I request Indian Consumer Complaint to help me to sort this out. Attached the proofs here. Thank you.
