Shine rep has contacted me. I told him I am interested in the Oversea jobs. I have paid Rs 3047 for registration to apply for two countries ( Singapore and US).
Then a relationship manager (Mr. Shiva Pratap) called me and asked me to pay Rs 8130 to initiate the services.
I have mailed to Mr. Jatin of Shine.. Please read this mail for further details,

I am sorry to say this, but this is a highly unprofessional and unethical behavior from your relationship manager (Mr. Shiva Pratap)
Initially, you people have charged me Rs 3047 (on 13.07.2021; Ref No: 515571_200920) ( for enrolment or registration.( he said this is for two countries)
Then a relationship manager has asked me to pay another Rs 8130 ( on 15.07.2021Transaction ref No:[protected]).
He did not disclose what is the total amount i have to pay. He was talking clandestinely and cunningly.
Then he send me another invoice to pay Rs 12289 (on 15.07.2021; Ref no: [protected]).
Before paying this, I have argued with him why he was disclosing the cost in the instalments?
I have asked him whether there are any other hidden costs, after paying this amount, He did not disclose the amount and he did not tell me the further procedure and the cost incurred.
I have emphasized that he should disclose now itself, then he said there is no extra cost and this is the last payment.
After he payment he send me another invoice for Rs 17700 odd.
See, this is highly unethical from your end, being a reputed consultancy, your managers should not degrade to such measures.
You should have told me initially the approximate cost of your service then candidate will decide whether he is afford to pay that or not.
This man was sitting on my head and blackmail me after the payment of Rs 8000/-, that if I pay tomorrow, another relationship manager will be allocated and I have to pay him again.

I no more trust the SHINE and their reps and would like opt out of hiring your services. I request you to pay back me the amount I have paid to Shine. I enclose all the receipts and transaction IDs for your reference.
